Welling Chinese Takeaway in Bexley

Have ordered from this restaurant a number of times always had good service but ordered tonight on just eat and they delivered my food and was missing two items I rang the restaurant to let them know and they was rude put phone down on me I rang back and asked to speak to the manager and also was given exactly the same response arguing with me about I have received the food when I hadn’t absolutely disgraceful customer service and will never be placing a order with them again disgusting

wasn't keen on the chicken in the curry but it's how it's cooked I prefer mine cooked different but other then that it was nice food would order from hear ahain

The sent half a bowl of egg fried rice when I paid for a full bowl. I called them to complain and the lady on the phone ws so rude and said she was going to block my address. Awful customer service!!!!

Food was terrible the rice and chow main was not what I was expecting the gave half a box of rice with 4 bit of meat and the rest was just vegetables and a pinch of sauce and it was the same with the chow main 4 bits of meat and the chow main was more like grass noddles instead of normal noodles won’t be order from this place agin

Food was okay but I ordered with 1.5hrs of warning and they still managed to be late. my assumption is that their driver delivers multiple orders so they wait til a few are ready before leaving. The half a duck was also very small which is a shame given how much it costs. Average all round and probably won't be ordering from here again.

Only 2 items received so everything was cold just waiting for rice !!! If it comes the food is excellent when it comes on time I order every week twice this week yesterday and today as family around but no rice as come yet

The food was tasty enough, but the boxes were practically empty, really small portions. An actual rip-off if im totally honest, especially when considering that the prices are also quite high. Bad value, first and last order.

I seem to be more and more disappointed with this place, the butterfly prawns were absolutely awful, the were rock hard and nearly broke a tooth and the seaweed was not fresh at all was really chewy really really disappointing I think I’m gonna look for another Chinese

BEAUTIFUL Food on a budget and the food was perfectly balanced/cooked, I wish I would’ve ordered more but I definitely will be a new regular 😍 a really good price as well and to top it off I ordered 20 mins before closing and they prepared it very well and very fast so I got it before expected. Although the food took longer than expected, the food quality itself was excellent! The delivery time was only an issue because of hungry mouths but would definitely order from the place again as the food was sumptuous. I’d rather great quality food that takes a little extra time than quick food that’s inedible. Mental note for next time would be to plan a little ahead to factor in time.

my go to Chinese... food was not fresh last night at all... but it usually is... seems like they used old food and reheated it... and it is not good considering the cost... I love this shop and it's staff. its such a shame because we've been a regular customer for years now...food was still nice though.

Really disappointed again with the curry dish I ordered a beef curry not an onion curry seriously what is it with all the onions in this dish, before I asked for little onions and got no onions so left it and now I had again a full dish of onions and minimal beef and mushrooms it’s soooo frustrating

First time it’s been late, they must’ve been busy!

All the food we ordered was delicious: grilled chicken dumplings, beef with onion, beef with mushroom, sweet and sour king prawn honk Kong style, egg fried rice, and beef vermicelli. It was a good price and arrived in less than 40min.

Usual place we order Chinese food from is closed on Tuesday. This was really bad. Didn’t enjoy.

Ordered via just eat, was told by the website that the food was on its way at 19.57pm it didnt turn up until 20.45pm the restaurant was very dismissive and just said they were busy. when the food did finally arrive it was lukewarm, to add further i didnt receive the full portion of Prawn balls ordered which were also soft and unappealing. i requested a refund and was refused with the reason being they were busier than usual. i wont use again

When I rang restaurant, to enquire why order was late. Her attitude was unprofessional, rude and appalling. If I were her boss I’d sack her as she’s lost custom. I won’t be ordering from there again. In fact Just Eat sucks altogether. You take me for a needy sucker.

Absolute rip off. Poor quality. Duck came in tiny bits. The chicken balls are basically chicken nuggets and you’ve charged £8!

Absolutely no communication from driver. Restaurant could not even contact him. He eventually arrived after some poor excuse about traffic, food was soggy and cold. The last time I ordered it was late, because driver was lost. They seem incapable of reading the address correctly and using insufficient apps. Google maps bring them to my doorstep, but no one listens. Excuse after excuse, I will never order from here again and, up till now I have been a loyal customer. shame they just don't learn !

Food was absolutely delicious and piping hot - so hats off to the Just Eat delivery dude. I also really like the fact that all the food is clearly labelled on Just Eat with allergens and non-vegan ingredients, which makes life easy for myself and my son, who are vegan. I wish all restaurants did this. Top notch - will order again.

Ordered from here as my normal takeaway was shut, most Chinese takeaways shut at 10pm, this one was open till 11pm. Think my order went in a few minutes late but they still honoured my order and the food was really tasty, nice and hot and it came with free prawn crackers.

First time ordered from Welling Chinese Takeaway. Great food. I ordered pork Kung Po Style, Special Fried Rice: Large, Roast Duck in Black Bean Sauce & Butterfly King Prawns (8). Everything was 10/10 other than the Pork Kung Po Style however, the rest was too good to knock that. The Butterfly King Prawns were amazing and the Roast Duck was tender. Service was very quick as well. And the food was packed very nicely. My new go to local Chinese take away spot. Thanks Chef!

Awful food. I ordered sea food dishes and the Food had no taste. King prawns looked uncooked in dishes.totally waste of money. I will never recommend this place.
