KFC Crayford - Roman Way in Bexley

Wish I could give no star as the chicken was literally poisoned with excessive amount of salt.

When I was at 9:55, KFC store was closed already.. disappointed Though the time was mentioned 10:00pm

Placed order on app and paid. Arrived to collect and locked with notice on door saying "gone into administration " BEWARE NO IDEA WHEN I'LL GET MY MONEY BACK

Friendly staff and fresh hot food, plenty of parking and seating

tables, floor dirty. The toilet is dirty and smelly. the cashier was nice, friendly and very helpful. Apart from the fries, the food was good and fresh.

Can't beat freshly cooked KFC. Just a shame that their toilets were in a mess.

Delivery personnels are preferred. And they might miss ur order too.

Shihani is a truly amazing young lady. I entered KFC store unsure what to buy but she really took her time with me and ensured my family and I got the right meal for us. Shihani was friendly and smiling throughout my entire experience at KFC. The food was served quickly and piping hot. I now visit this store regularly knowing that I will be more than happy with the level of customer service and quality of the food, both things every customer wants from every restaurant. Quite possibly… the worst KFC in the south east. Used the men’s toilets, there’s no soap in the dispensers, no toilet roll, hand dryer not working… absolute filth, god knows how the staff use the toilets sanitarily. When I told them about it, the server just laughed at me and said “ok”? Paid for 3 pieces of chicken, got the two smallest drumsticks you’ve ever seen. Tables sticky, no serviettes, salt, hand wipes… nothing. It’s awful… don’t go.

Was here on a Saturday. The lady who took my order was very polite and service was quick. Food was hot and chips were fresh.

Lovely and friendly efficient team behind the counter today - ordered a six-piece bucket for collection via the app, and upon arrival, the server was very accommodating of special requests I made to my order. Service with a smile.

This branch has never improved from the 1st day it has opened. We keep using as near to us and for convenience and sadly disappointed every time. We were out and thought would grab a quick bite to eat. It’s been over half an hour and still waiting for our food. I can’t rate the good as I haven’t got it yet. Can KFC please advise why this branch is so badly run?

I have just upgraded to a large "2 piece dinner" As you can see in my picture 2 x pigeons, regular amount of chips, and reg, drink I took my dinner back to the counter to be told by staff this is "going large" but going large means drink and chips only. So if I went reg size 2 piece dinner, how much more smaller would this be, she was very short with her answer. I'm placing this on line as to me this is extortion. This is a small dinner it's not even reg size. I'm glad I'm only visiting this area just driven 5hrs to get this dinner. I'll make sure I'll avoid this place from now on.

WOW. I'm not from round Crayford, i wanted to eat something hot and spicy and went into the KFC, i must say i'm coming back, they staff were so polite and the food was tasty never have i ever had such a nice meal from KFC. This Crayford KFC is absolutely amazing. 100% recommended.

The last 2 orders from this place were atrocious! The food is literally thrown together and then thrown in the bag. Disgustingly poor! All sauces and salad from the burgers had fallen out into the bag. Wraps not wrapped properly so all fallen out into the paper bag too. The chicken bucket top squashed down, squishing the chicken pieces to the bottom, and binding the chicken skin with the cardboard bucket itself. It’s so bad, it’s hard not to believe it’s not done deliberately! When you call them no one answers. Eat anywhere but KFC Crayford.

This KFC has been fairly inconsistent but had a really good service today by the manager ( I think from the name tag ), Colin. Not even a joke, people need more of Colin . Probably the best service at any place I've had from one single individual. I wish there was more Colin's.Thank you.

One lady only, she was running up and down to serve everyone on time. Have at least 2 people serving and taking care of orders.

Appallingly slow service at the till!! Ignored me standing there for 10 minutes!! Had to call them over three times before I was eventually served! Then waited another 15 minutes for my food which tasted disgusting!!! Definitely not worth the wait!! Wouldn't mind but the place was empty!!! So they wasn't exactly busy!!

I’ve ordered from here a few times and the last time was the final straw. I’m allergic to lettuce so I put NO LETTUCE on the order but they either ignore the comment or don’t bother reading it not only that but they have got my order wrong every time and this time the delivery driver went past my road and delivered to an address in a different location 9 minutes away so I’ll never use this useless restaurant again

Awful service. The wait was ridiculous when they were not even particularly busy, not even with delivery orders. When finally received food...some in bag/some on a tray!! A whole meal missing. Incorrect meal given....Just awful!! Toilets were disgusting and No toilet roll. Bins full up!!

KFC is a KFC, we all know what to expect. The only issue I had with this one is that they nearly always miss an item when ordering for delivery.

Wins the award of being the dirtiest KFC I have ever been in. Maybe if the staff was paid more they might have more incentive.

Convenient for parking but ultra busy with all the delivery drivers for take out. Only ordered some hot wings and had to wait over 45 mins.

Slowest workers ever. Ignore the customers and more concerned with the deliveries than the people waiting for their food. Thamesmead branch knows what they are doing and shall go there forever more!

Tonight I ordered 2 large meals, a burger and 4 Hot Wings, it was really quiet in there so I didn't think to check the bag like I normally would but that was a mistake on my behalf because both meals had a missing item each and there was no hot wings at all. Thats 4 items missing!

Waited for 15 minutes to order, ignored, no acknowledgment. Terrible service.

Takeaway got. Machine order. Slow on getting food. But ok.

Lack of staff resulted in minimum 30 minute wait for food. Frustrated staff member tried to apologise but not first time experienced issues here so won’t be returning.

Great location for a quick bite in Crayford

After long waiting when my order number came up on collection screen but no one serve my food! Again long waiting for 10 minutes! No one bother to ask. They was busy for delivery and taking order on the till. Only 2 girls are working. When I mentioned about my order then they prepared my food. Service was very very very poor. 👎🏽 Food was not tasty like original KFC. Over cooked and salty.

Absolutely vile food and service. Seating area was filthy and sticky. Staff standing around but no intention of keeping the place clean for paying customers. Only KFC I’ve been to in my life that only serves thigh and leg pieces. They also prioritise Uber deliveries before the customers standing there in their shop! Avoid this nasty place as it’s rotten!

Only 2 people ahead of me in queue and it took 15 minutes to make my order, after I had to remind them at 10 mins of my order number. I had only ordered a snack wrap box which was already on the prepared food shelves at 5 mins. So I don't understand how it took an additional 10 minutes to make my order. Only 1 girl behind till being made to take and make orders, and manager only came out after 2 other customers complained. Slowest service ever ! Place was practically empty but it still took about 20 mins for two wraps and a pepsi!

My delivery had items missing and items I never even ordered, tried phoning both the shop and deliveroo, but no one answered the phones, so I had to go down there to get it sorted, which meant I missed the first 2 goals of the England match, so I'm never getting kfc delivered again, only had it delivered due to the match being on. The lady who served me was polite and helpful and gave me the items I was missing, also offered to let me keep the wrong items, which as I didn't like them I didn't keep them.

What ever happened to ordering your food with a person behind a till, paying for it and then they round up your food and place it on a tray so as you can go sit down before moving on to the next customer ! 30 minutes I waited after ordering from a jerm infested screen and all that I watched was scooter riders being served with food ordered 6 minutes prior from the likes of justeat ........ The fast food world is only fast for Internet orders now days, I would have been served food quicker going to a proper restaurant.

This has got to be the worst kfc in the universe 70 min wait in store! uber drivers are rude and surround the counter so you cant even get your food the managers have no control and ALWAYS understaffed for a multi billion pound company dont makes sense id rather travel to the next town than come to this branch

I thought KFC was supposed to be fast food? It’s not like this experience is unique to crayford, I’ve noticed the same in other stores. But wow, the service is atrocious here, half of the time the staff are rude and I’ve spent on occasion more than 30 minutes waiting for food. Might as well eat in Nando’s… It’s also responsible for so much rubbish in the area. Their staff never seem to empty bins or tidy up like most McDonald’s so diligently do.

Received Hot fresh chicken, I never get the chips as all kfc chips are poor, I much preferred the old style chips, gravy was bang on.

OMG. How bad was the food and drinks in here. Chicken either rock hard, fries bland and drinks were syrup water.. worst KFC I've been to. When I took my order back I was questioned as if I was lying. Food replaced by being chucked at me and a dirty look. Second lot was even worst. I threw it all in the bin. £26 worth of food that I wouldn't feed to my dog. AVOID THIS PLACE. IF YOU DONT YOU WILL PROBABLY GET FOOD POISONING.

Food was hot, but took ages to get it, even though there were only 3 people inside. Why is it that priority is given to those lazy People that don't get off their backsides and get a delivery driver to pick up the food? This is wrong!!

The blonde who attends is horrible on the part of a manager, she disrespects customers and staff and treats food delivery guys like trash… she doesn't deserve the load she has and shouldn't be working with.

They had a que in store 10 deep and had so many deliveries to do they could not serve customers. When you did get served after 30 minutes it takes 20 minutes for your food to come. Stop doing deliveroo when you have customers to serve!!!!!
