The food is delivered lightening quickly. I've never known food delivered so rapidly. The food is very tasty and I forgot just how good... My chicken curry and rice were really tasty.. Quite mild but tasty. Worth a look into.

We have a new favourite! Last night was our first meal from here because our long-standing regular is closed on a Monday, and I'm so glad we took a chance. So many Chinese takeaways are bland, or monotone in the flavours, but not here. My house special curry was bursting with flavour and a welcome, but not overpowering, spicy kick. My wife said her beef chow mein, shredded beef and sweet and sour chicken were incredibly tasty, again with a welcome variety of flavour, and a lovely sour edge to the sweet and sour, rather than just sickly sweet. Added to that, the portions were very generous (I got two helpings from mine, which is unusual), and it wasn't just bulked out - there was plenty of meat. The final unexpected bonus was not only free prawn crackers, but also free spring rolls - again, more than what we usually get. Overall we were both blown away, and both agreed that we will be using Welcome Precious as our new regular from now on. Well done!

Welcome Precious is the best Chinese in Rushden. The food is of top quality and never fails to disappoint on each visit. There is a special offer available that offers 3 dishes of your choice, rice, spring rolls and prawn crackers for only £21.50 which we find is a fair deal. You need to try this! It's a great Chinese which offers a wide variety of dishes. The prawn crackers were very delicious. The sweet and sour chicken balls are very tasty. Try this and you won't regret it.

When I first saw this restaurant I was intrigued. “Welcome precious “ , what a lovely name. I decided to treat my friends to a meal with me here but they were busy washing their hairs??? Anyway, I absolutely love french food so I went on my own. It didn’t look very french inside but that doesn’t bother me. I was expecting to eat frogs legs,horse,fois gras,cassoulet,confit de canard and pate de campaigne but instead I had other “curious “dishes that tasted a little oriental . Imagine my surprise when I was told by my waitress (waiter) that they only serve this kind of food. One of the dishes I did enjoy was this sort of white meat in a sticky red gloop that was very sweet but also at the same time sour. Very clever. If my friends ever want to see me again,I will bring them back here and show them how advanced I am now. The only reason for me not giving a 5/5 is because when I went to the lavatory,a man with a green coat looked at me and winked and said “welcome precious “,I simply replied “gravel “. Very strange behaviour indeed I thought to myself…..

Really fresh tasty food thank you best Chinese in Rushden!

Paid over £100 for a take away staff get together after a hard week at work. To say the least we were disappointed , all of the rice dishes were so over cooked you couldn’t eat them they were all disgusting, the jungle curry was just a chicken curry no clear broth and no heat to it, the chicken satay was so over cooked it was dry as a bone and also inedible. Phoned the establishment to air out concerns and got offered 10% the next time we ordered 😂😂😂 don’t think we will be ordering from here again some how. You have been warned it was rubbish

Had a meal deal and it was dry and Bland, also we had duck tasted salty and not fresh and found broken sharp bits of plastic in the food .

Munch box is unreal! Well worth the money. Salt and pepper chips are delicious. Will definitely order from here again.

Hot, fresh, plentiful and great prices - very impressed with noodle (chow mein duck & beef were absolutely delicious) and saucy dishes. Prawn crackers were a bit hard and the fried rice was very soft and tasted a bit like old oil BUT ordering was a breeze, ready in 10/15 minutes for collection and amazing value. Will be back!

Hot and fast delicious food. The price is definitely not to be sniffed at and always delivered with a smile. Kudos to the girl who takes the orders over the phone though, she processes orders quicker than a computer. No messing about and always polite and pleasant. I highly recommend to those who fancy a Chinese in abundance. Very generous portions sizes that taste amazing!

Best Chinese I’ve had since moving to Rushden, Kung pao and chow mein really great. Satay sauce on the skewers underwhelming but overall really good meal. My new favourite.

Best chinese so far. Quick service and delivery. Always good value gives you free dishes when you order over £30. Only thing I would say is they need to be a little more friendly on the phone - always sound miserable

I got the food 20 mins after ordering and it was a big order which told me the food wasn’t fresh. One of the sauces was wrong and another has split and gone all over the other food. The food was either tasteless or didn’t taste nice at all. Won’t be ordering from them again!

Without doubt my favourite Chinese takeaway after trying it for the first time yesterday. Piping hot food, fresh tasting, large portions and not expensive - couldn’t ask for more. I’ll be going here from now on.

I ate a takeaway from here for the first time recently and was very impressed with the food - good flavours and decent portion sizes.The crispy roast pork is very tasty indeed! The duck rolls are good and the crispy king prawn dish we had was most delicious too - though the sauce had left the prawns which were coated in batter soft and not crispy as promised! We would definitely order from here again!

Can't comment on delivery service as I only ever collect. Value and quality of food is consistently very good, easy parking, don't think I've ever had a problem here. Always wondered about the name, wondered if maybe Gollum gets his Chinese takeaways here (but always gives them a ring first).

If you have your food delivered, please check you received the right order. They were very hesitant to send out the correct dish and would not offer fresh hot rice even though it was a 20 minute wait. So not only was our family meal ruined, I would never order from them again because they wanted to take back the wrong dish. They even explained they needed to check to see if we had eaten from it!!!!

Takeaway yesterday, crispy duck was delicious as usual. Love the deep fry combo, nice to have a bit of everything. Always reliable and deliver as soon as they can.

Ordered a meal from here last night the egg fried rice was brown n could clearly taste whatever was in the pan before the rice not very nice at all. I had 1 pork ball as for which I'm paying for today. We took our meal back and was well within our rights to being a customer that wasn't happy we had to try the food to know if it was nice or not. we were greeted with an extremely rude lady behind the counter we did not kick off once and Thier camera will prove so but she proceeded to call 999 which I was happy for her to do but as the police officer said it wasn't life or death so wouldn't be attending 😂 all I wanted was my money back which eventually I got thanks to the manager but to the lady behind the counter you definitely need to learn customer service as how u spoke to customers within Thier rights was disgusting behaviour and I will make an official complaint. Defo will not be returning.

I have just took back my meal from here and it was disgusting the lady behind the counter got very angry with me even tho I was well within my rights for not being happy with my meal and asking for a refund her customer service was disgraceful and also was cockroaches I will never go bk here again and this establishment should not even be running

Super fast delivery and the food is delicious!

Food is great but delivery guy is so rude and no customer service at all. It was our first time trying and first impression for customer service is ridiculous. In contrary the lady who took my order is polite. She need to train her delivery guy.

There are probably half a dozen Chinese restaurants closer to our home than Welcome Precious but none offer the quality of food, the value or the excellent service.

We order all our Chinese takeaway from here - it is always good, freshly cooked food and has never let us down. The chicken chow mein is second to none!

After discontinuing our business with a local Chinese takeaway we opted for the Welcome Precious and ordered some food recently.My wifes chicken breast and chips were excellent and my Chinese curry was one of the better ones i had eaten in a while.They offer a delivery service too which is very quick.A recommended takeaway.
