Worst chinese I've ever had. I had chicken noodle soup and a beef curry. Noodles where like mush and curry was rancid. Even the prawn crackers tasted like they had been lying for days. We phoned to complain about my partners ribs to be told that's just the way they are!!!! There was no ribs just a tiny box of bones.

Superb takeaway. Lovely food. King prawn salt n pepper. Chicken chow mien. Not had food for a while. Used it since it opened. Food is still bang on. Mabee front of house needs a bit of a refurb but apart from that superb. Thanks. Will definitely return

Dreadful. Greasy Prawn toasts. Dried out Spring Rolls 2 pare ribs about the size of my thumb. Special curry had 2 prawns and the sauce tasted like it was made from a tub of curry paste. Absolutely awful.

I used this place a lot but the current people running the shop have let the place go down ...I ended up with serious food posioning which lasted nearly 2 weeks ...I called the following day after eating there food which was rotten ...and they didn't want to know ...I will be taking this further...the shop needs the be closed on health n safety grounds ...it's a pity as previous people running the shop did a far better job than the clowns running it just now....rotten food and nearly breaking your neck as you slide on the floor from the grease

Wee china used to be the best take away in the South side but over the past 6 months to a year has went downhill. I'm not sure if it's under new management or has new staff but it's been terrible. I ordered a beef and mushroom and it was average. I then ordered it again thinking it was a one off and we collected the food and they had made us beef in black bean sauce. They not only gave us the wrong food but it was horrible. Again thinking mistakes can happen we ordered beef and mushroom agaain and it was inedible. I will not spend another penny in there which is sad. I used to spend alot in there. AVOID!!!!!

This is my favourite Chinese in the Mount Florida area. I always pop in and make my order and its normally pretty quick! The only thing I wish they would do better (which I've tried) is the large spring rolls and onion rings. I prefer the battery type ones as opposed to the filo pastry ones and I was hoping for those giant onion rings you get when you go to the Chinese buffet style places but these were just your regular shop bought frozen kind. Other than that I'd highly recommend the chicken balls, chips, beef curry and kung po king prawn - these are all top notch!

Staff are nice and so is the food. I liked the chicken bos and chips although the chicken Bos can be a bit burnt but chips are tasty and are delicious when dipped in curry sauce. Prawn crackers are good and also better when dipped into curry sauce. The chicken and sweetcorn soup is thick and tasty. I do love a wee cheeky Chinese on the weekend and I think you will to

Chose this chinese takeaway because of its location and its prices! Prices were not expensive as others in the area. I chose house special curry with boiled rice. Ready after a few minutes wait, even had a small bag of prawn crackers. Took my takeaway back to my hotel and aye it while watching tv. Thoroughly enjoyed this one and I have tried plenty on my travels. Curry paste was just lovely with the right amount if heat. The only thing that could of made it even better was to include mushrooms in the dish, but for this you had to pay extra lol Fab curry!

Read a lot of reviews on the Wee China Take Away and have to say that in my opinion it's nothing to write home about. I had a chicken curry with fried rice(that was NOT red as had been mentioned in several reviews) and it was poor, gravy was really thin and runny and fried rice was very pale and tasteless, also had mini spring rolls that were crispy but very greasy. All in all I think I've been fair with an average rating as there are many other take away's in Glasgow that serve up a much better quality meal for a similar price.

Contrary to recent reviews I found the service friendly and fast. No complaints there. The food was pretty generic, uninspired takeaway Chinese food though. Got two completely different mains which looked and tasted pretty similar. Crispy wontons and spring rolls were fine. If you're looking for a totally standard Chinese takeaway then this is one.

I don't know why everyone is so obsessed with this lady who worked behind the counter. Get over it. Food is excellent and the service is fine, what more do you want? Would also like to add; a reviewer has commented that the boss is not very nice and doesn't speak a word of English - this reeks of racism to me. If he doesn't speak a word of English, how do you know he's not very nice?

Used the Wee China for years now. New owners it seems, very polite and friendly. Curry is now excellent more traditional than previous although some peas would take it back to childhood memories. My wife and I love Chinese food. Read the reviews and decided to go with Wee China. Ordered Chicken Chop Suey and Teriyaki Chicken Chow Mein. Had to wait 15 minutes as it is freshly prepared. Long overdue a review from us. We started getting our Chinese meals from this Carryout a couple of years ago, and have been consistently satisfied with quality and taste of its food, and attention to making sure that we have exactly what we are looking for, particularly as my wife has chilli and pepper allergies. We phone our orders in, and there always seems to be a happy atmosphere at the other end of the line; likewise, they have got pleasant Delivery Staff. Portions constitute excellent value - we are both pensioners now, and while we have no reason to feel embarrassed about sharing one portion, likewise we have no reason to feel that we need ask for more. Well done, the Wee China - that's us just finished another one!

Fantastic value, fantastic staff, and tasty food. The staff make you very welcome and do there best to assist with any requests. The place is clean, tidy and that it is surrounded by loads of other take away places and has such a loyal following speaks volumes for the effort the staff make. The food is good, not great, but for the prices and portion sizes there really isn't much to complain about. They do a terrific £8 meal deal. Send it in one word: Poor! It said 10% off for students. I have an S3, so I asked the cashier to compare my student ID card with it. He said it doesn’t matter. I have to pick the side card first to get the discount? I'm really pissed off, I'm my brother-in-law, but I don't accept credit cards, I only accept cash, so it's obvious that I'm smuggling and evading taxes.
