New Super Cook in Glasgow City

Got a chow mein this evening,3 bite size bits of chicken,beef,2 bits of pork and 2 prawns,very disappointed at the price of £8.60

I have ordered once munchie box and it was large box b in the menu. I have ordered the same box this time and it came small box instead, which is a joke for £20 Have called restaurant and they told me that is everything as should be and being super unpolite and shouting on the phone. Small box 9inch Large box 10inch. Will never buy here again Also I ordered salt and pepper and it came spicy as I cannot even eat it Rather to buy frozen food and eat it as it is.

Ordered all in 1 tray supposed to be salt and pepper chips and chicken was pathetic 3 small bits of chicken shocking

Nice enough food, but the chicken they use is disgusting.

Lady at the counter was very nice bubbly and cheery and knew all the customers by name and what they order to which I commented on im a bus driver from Edinburgh and got a plain munch box every thing it has was fresh hot and tasted absolutely brilliant great value for money next time I'm driving the celtic bus I will absolutely be back

Big tasty portions from a big menu of yummy delights! Friendly and happy staff. I like being able to phone my order and collect it 15 minutes later. Alas, a lot of single use plastic boxes and, June 2023, bigger boxes. Note prices are £1 more per person compated to the advertised prices.

Best Salt and Pepper chicken balls on earth. Get a great gab in the shop, too.

Has to be one of the best Chinese takeaways in Glasgow. Honestly, no where compares to how good their salt and peppers ribs/ or chicken wings are! Excellent curry, but I prefer to spice it up a bit with some extra chilli requested in it. Delicious!

Food was really fresh and tasty. The satay sauce was very delicious as was the curry sauce. Decent portion sizes and lots of prawn on the prawn toast.

Got shredded beef solid anf bits of fat un edible, i phoned the shop and they said they would change it and apologies for the beef so id like to think they deserve a second chance

First and last time trying here, poor quality, no taste and overall disappointing. I'm amazed so much was packed into the udon noodles and not one bit of taste, that's skill

Rice is boiled not fried no prawn crackers with a curry run as far away as possible from this shop

2x small chips rice and curry & 2x small chicken curry and rice could have done will a bit more curry but was LOVELY AS IT ALWAYS IS thanks again xx

Salt and pepper chips were just half cooked chips with a few onions on top of them and the chicken fried rice was that small you could get count the grains and the solitary piece of chicken and for paying £23 not even as much as one free prawn cracker, the chef obviously added 4 pints of water to one spoonful of mayflower curry sauce and forgot to stir it, the satay also had long unidentifiable objects in if that could easily have been very long fingernails so all in all in all was quite decent

Supercook food is absolutely our favourite and we always get the same delivery driver. I was working when it was delivered and got home to find out the delivery guy had PAID FOR OUR ORDER because he knows I work for the NHS! Honestly felt so grateful and it was so very kind of him, THANKYOU SO MUCH! Our meal was absolutely beautiful too, so happy to know such kind people exist! Absolutely wonderful.

It’s never a good start when you can’t cook chips!! Freezing cold chips that resembled cardboard in the middle. Salt and Chilli chips had no seasoning and came with one slither of onion, microscopic chilli and a wee spring onion (this is no exaggeration) Chicken balls one portion hot other portion freezing both soggy. Curry sauce and prawn cracker are the best thing that was sent. Someone needs to take ownership of the food that’s being sent out it’s honestly the worst that I have ever had.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS******** ordered 2 breast of chicken chow mains and salt and chilli chips. The chicken was over cooked dry and had a brown colour on it as if it had turned. In addition, the chilli chips where undercooked had no seasoning and a few onions and chillies in the box. The noodles were drenched in oil and it was cold. I phoned the shop to explain this and got no were they told me it was cooked and to take it up with just eat (which I did) I never complain but this food was horrendous I mean it looked awful I wish I could upload the pictures.

The dumplings were delicious. Ordered a green Thai curry which was a bit too hot for me which is a shame as the meal, would have been great otherwise.

Food is absolutely amazing! I've definitely found my new favourite! - Although delivery times are better mid week as at the weekend you'll be waiting over an hour.

Food was hot and plentiful and delicious

The crispy duck was so ‘crispy’ , it was like leather , there was no sign of duck , only burnt dry hard pieces , totally inedible and looked as though it had been cooked several times over and reheated , it went straight in the bin !! Won’t be ordering from here again

I was supposed to collect at 1710. Sat waiting watching the delivery man go in and out until I finally got my food at 1740. If it wasn’t going to be ready til 1740, don’t tell me 1710. 😡

christmas day so late delievery was expected... all the food was fresh and tasted wonderful, had to phone due to problem, staff were helpful and delivery driver was very friendly... will be back :) merry christmas!

Food quality is rubbish under cooked fried rice , got onions in my 2 curries when I asked for just one with unions , chips over cooked . Wouldn’t recommend this Chinese what so ever

Food is always great but the delivery driver is absolutely shocking, rings the buzzer for as long as he can, doesn’t even look when handing over the food, guy has an attitude problem, terrible service, sort him out.

Food was very late. Is the restaurant in Manchester? Who knows. However what felt like an eternity the food was dropped off. I then Opened it to find it cold and portion size weren’t terrific.

Sweet and sour sauce was watery. Curry didn’t have much spice or flavour and the chicken wings were too dry to eat.

Ordered it on saturday night its now tuesday night and im still waiting...it was absolutely shocking DO NOT EAT FROM HERE!

We are here visiting from fife for the pipe band championships at glasgow green and ordered a takeout we could not fault it as it was really good and very tasty .will definitely order again ☺☺

Meal tasted lovely portion size not great

Booked a buffet from here for my mums party. Cannot fault the service I received or food. I received a text the night before to confirm booking and it arrived when requested. Everyone was asking where the food was from as the curries were amazing. Well done and thank you

Sadly it was pretty poor, no prawn crackers despite my order being over £19.., Chow Mein soggy , greasy and tasteless!

Was early delivery. Food was ok but very over priced for what it is. The special fried rice was weird, the curry was good however. There was literally 5 prawn crackers!!!

I only had chow mein which wad fairly tasty but was quite dry, the shredded duck pancakes were very greasy and really not much duck inside and not very tasty. Wasnt amazing, would probably use it again and try something different

Great food staff good only one problem shop cold in winter also old fashion take down tiles on wall at customer side and new flooring on customer side modernise behind the counter and staff should we wearing uniform when serving food or giving orders to people

Curry sauce was way too runny and chicken balls where horrible, chips with salt and pepper where not the best either .

£20 for a delivery and not even a bag of prawn crackers. Daft wee lassie who answered the phone telling me that they have a policy were they do not give prawn crackers to just eat customers. Delivery was late and food was disgusting. Never again Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

Food was cold and paid for prawn crackers but never revived them.

Cold soggy chips! Paid £18 didn't even get free prawn crackers! Asked for soy sauce on noodles, noodles were dry and the side of gravy was watered down. Won't order again

Very last minute booking that we added on. Was delivered early which was perfect.

The order was already going to take 1 hour 20 minutes and then it arrived 20 minutes after that. The food was cold on arrival and had to be microwaved.

First time ordering here and taste of food was good. Only thing was Curry and Foo Young were luke warm once here and had to heat up in the microwave, but still nice food. Also paid for large prawn crackers and got a small.

As always food was spot on clean tasty not at all greasy mess you get from some other Chinese take away's worth a visit best to collect though as very popular and sometimes busy meaning delivery can take a while but generally worth the wait

Driver asked for extra pound when food was delivered, very strange as payed the delivery as stated on the site...reported this to just eat ....so won't be using this take away again.

I think there was a slight mix up with our order and we got special fried rice as opposed to our char suey but the food was still enjoyable as always. 💘

I'm not one for leaving reviews but wouldn't recommend this Chinese to anyone. The curry was watery and bland( I could have made a mayflower curry sauce nicer) chips were a tiny portion and some weren't even cooked through. 100% disappointed with this Chinese!

salt and pepper squid is one of the best I’ve ever had

very disappointed - never known a chow mein to consist of just chicken and noodles and nothing else - no bean sprouts, mushrooms or spring onions - very bland

waited over an hour for our food to come freezing food was still good but only down fall it was freezing and you don't even get free prawn crackers even for an order for 16 quid complete joke
