Wedding House Patisserie in Lambeth

Staff is miserable cakes without taste ,poor athmosphere the owner was nervous and miserable cakes wothout raste bathroom dirty

We were exploring the south bank from Waterloo to Battersea and then over to Chelsea finishing in Holland park we started to look for somewhere to have a brunch and were advised to visit the Wedding house Patisserie the guys had the XL Breakfast and the girls a Brunch and a Veggie Breakfast coffees all round it was lovely the ladies in there couldn't have been more helpful and its obviously used regularly buy people from the area the cakes and pastry's looked fantastic will definitely plan this establishment in on our next ramble Recomended

Great Portugese place on South Lambeth Road. Came here for breakfast and it was a pleasant surprise. There were seats both inside and outside which is great on a summers day. The staff were very friendly and the ham and cheese baguette was tasty. Loads of pastries on show and highly recommend the pastel de nata. Average prices for a Portugese cafe.

Esta mañana, buscando salir de la lluvia, me encontré con este establecimiento. El café (yo tenía dos) y los pasteles eran maravillosos y los disfrutamos en un ambiente agradable.

I love a good cafe and this is one...around the corner from the Best Western Hotel Vauxhall & recommended by the staff there. Cracking cooked breakfast, good sandwiches, good value and friendly, nice staff & vibe. Come here if you’re hungry & in the area!

We visited for breakfast while staying at a nearby hotel. The staff are welcoming and helpful and food is served quickly and is well prepared and tasty. Eggs on toast are good value, and the almond croissants well filled and delicious warm. We've visited before and are always happy to return. No doubt on our next visit to Vauxhall we'll enjoy another tasty breakfast.

I went there twice. The first time a black forrest slice of cake was £2.40 per slice and a nice brunette served me. I bought 2 to take away. The second time I did the same but another waitress was there and charged £3.00 per slice. Being the prices are not exposed I thought they went up since the first visit 3 weeks before but a woman next to me saw the total at the till and asked in portuguese to the lady if it is 2.40? She confirmed and said something like for you yes. I did not realise what was said in that very moment as I am not a portuguese speaker but I do speak spanish and I ended up realizing later. While there,being prices not exposed and being I did not ask before ordering I paid and left without saying a word and extremely disappointed by the way I felt treated. It was on a Sunday at lunch time and it was a busy time, 90% all portuguese customers. She was fake all around the 5 minutes we spent there. The worst waiters do believe that as a customer you don't see it or you don't care, especially if you are usually an open and friendly person and surely I was not in the mood for a discussion. I am a local and there are plenty of similar places in the area so surely I won't be back.

Staying in a hotel nearby but this beat their breakfast prices easily!! Food was fresh and delicious. Friendly service and really quick! Busy with locals and workmen from nearby who obviously recognized a little gem of a place too

Petit restaurant de quartier sans prétention avec plein d'habitués. ideal pour les déjeuner copieux et délicieux à prix raisonnables. Personnel amical et serviable.
