Webley Waterfront Inn, Bar & Restaurant in Pembrokeshire

Been here twice now in a month and has not disappointed us excellent food excellent service with excellent views of the Teifi Estuary

Beautiful setting and lovely pub but that’s where the positives end. My meal arrived 15 minutes before my husband’s meal arrived (he had ordered a sandwich!!) We ordered onion rings with it which had arrived dripping in grease and tasted foul. There are much better places to dine in the area!!!

I was disappointed with the Sunday lunch carvery I had, the veg selection was very good and hot unfortunately the meat wasn't very hot the roast potatoes, parsnips, stuffing and yorkshire pudding were cold, not warm. The table service by the young lady was okay, in that, we were served our drinks the next time we saw her is when she cleared the table. I gave a three star because the food was tasty.

Lovely Pub/Res/Hotel which has expanded & in recent years,fab Gluten free meal for me & lots to choose from,big welcome from Sam on arrival.will definitely return on our next visit to the area which we both love😀

Turned away at 2:40pm because they stopped serving lunch. Kitchen to reopen at 5.30pm. Why bother advertising that you do lunch and don't make these details clear. What a wasted trip. 😪

We stayed in the Orangery room (109) a smaller room but with a large private orangery (sunroom) attached with balcony and views straight out across the bay. The room was very well equipped and extremely comfortable with luxurious linen and toiletries. The restaurent and bar both had those views across the bay wherever you sat. The food was exceptional, both the evening meal and breakfast. The staff were all welcoming and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Definitely going back for a longer stay as soon as possible.

Booked a one night stay at this hotel, at a cost of £195. Very nice location alongside the teifi river. Nice walk to Poppit sands beach with beautiful water and sand, and a Crwst cabin to enjoy a lite bite. The hotel staff were friendly, hotel smelled new and clean. Our room was a fabulous size, spotlessly clean and with lovely amenities. The bed was enormous and comfortable. Asked for extra pillows which were delivered to our room with no problem and no delay. Bedsheets were a little rough to sleep on. Biggest downside to this hotel is the breakfast. We looked at booking.com which states breakfast is included. We then booked direct through hotel, whose website states continental and a la carte list for cooked breakfast items in the morning. What neither says is that the a la carte is not included in the price. We were asked on arrival if we wanted to spend an extra £10 each to order this, and given a checklist of items to write down the foods we required to be booked. For a lovely hotel it somewhat cheapened the experience. This was the fourth out of five hotels we stayed at during a summer tour of West Wales, and the only one to charge extra for cooked options. A bit tacky and would probably be enough to dissuade us from visiting again. In saying this, the buffet continental was plentiful and enough for us to be getting along with.

Train your staff in customer service, eye rolling and attitude does not make for a pleasant experience when one is being quite polite!

Went here about 3 years ago loved it then and promised myself to go back it was not a disappointment it was better this time

Called in for a drink & a snack after a lovely walk around the surroundings areaThe restaurant wasn’t that busy, filled in the Covid forms then was told to take a seat over the road (lovely seating area) was told someone would be over shortly,after 30 minutes still nobody came to take our order, in the end we just decided to give up a& go else whereVery poor service Would not recommend & will definitely not be returning
