Called in for coffee. It’s been refurbished since our last visit. Shown to our table pleasantly by waitress. I noticed they cleaned down tables quickly following people leaving which is often neglected elsewhere. Nice to have waitress service taking orders quickly and serving quickly. Lovely coffee compared to others iv3 tasted recently. Will call again.

We arrived and seeing that the car park was full we were concerned that we would not get a table but although there were two couples in front of us we only waited about five minutes to be seated . The lady taking our COVID tracking details was very strict but did a great job so we felt secure. We were soon served with drinks and the meal came in a reasonable time. The waiting staff were all very polite and were COVID conscience. The food was also great, three toasted sandwiches and one jacket potato were all very nice so we had a very enjoyable lunch and a good chat with our friends. Thank you.

Had to wait ages for a table despite plenty of empty tables, staff milling about didn’t appear to be doing much clearing away. Very poor menu, weren’t told of the soup until we asked which when it came was average but at least warm, weren’t told there were no scones until we ordered one, later heard one of the staff saying they sold out of them early they day before !! Extremely expensive very basic tea room, unusual for Webb’s but it’s our first & probably last visit to it.

Webbs, Wychbold is one of the biggest garden centres in the UK and has been awarded Garden Centre of the Year by the Garden Centre Association three times! Catering for all your garden and home needs differing displays throughout the year, especially at Christmas time, Staff are friendly and helpful. The ice skating looked fun, reasonably priced and very festive. there is viewing outside and also a separate cafe with viewing Easy access for wheelchair users, very large car park with plenty of blue badge spaces, which is rare to see. On the downside, a lack of interest in providing top quality food was very disappointing and expensive for what you purchase. PLEASE SORT OUT THE CATERING SIDE Garden centre is well maintained with a wide range of plants and gifts. Nice gardens surround the garden centre which are lovely to walk round on a sunny day...

When we eventually got some food it was virtually inedible due to excessive salt content. Staff member was quite rude and unhelpful.

I had a pasta dish which was homemade and tasted lovely. The restaurant gets very busy. I did enjoy my lunch. The garden centre is very big and you could spend sometime loooking round.

We dropped in on Friday Morning 24th May, we were amazed by the vastness of the Centre and they really do have a lot of lovely plants, furniture and garden accessories for sale, albeit a little on the expensive side. Would recommended a visit as you will be most impressed!!

My husband and I had a voucher for reduced price mains. I had cottage pie and he had faggots. Both were well cooked and a good sized portion. All the cakes were well presented and looked very appealing and we went back for some. We both wished we hadn't bothered! My red velvet cake was overly sweet and tasted synthetic but the worst bit was it was dry. My husband had a brownie which he said was also dry. These were not cheap and we were both disappointed. With hindsight I wish I had complained at the time but the restaurant was very busy and we were both pushed for time.

The family enjoyed hot chocolate, salted caramel shortbread and a fruit and nut slice. All delicious. Concerned to see the lady serving a customer made an effort to use the serving tong's to take scones from the display area onto serving plates then made an effort to use the bottom of a jam jar to scoot one scone on to a different plate. However, when she turned her back to the customers she handled every scone out of the large tub and placed them on the display with her bare hands. This was after handling money, cups, placing hands on the till etc. A little concerned about the lack of care taken here in regards to cross contamination. Busy garden centre, normal prices for type of shop, nice Christmas displays that helped to create a christmassy atmosphere.

This time of the year, the place was well stocked with Christmas items, but nevertheless, they still had plenty of gardening things around. As always these days, they stock various other non gardening things, plus there is the usual cafe. Worth a visit.

Popped in for lunch on a Saturday, whilst the food was presented very well I found it expensive for what it was, really the sort of place I will only have a drink and biscuit or slice of cake in future.

The food is expensive and tastes average - nearly £7 for a tuna panini that was rather bland and the crumpets with cheese (£4) were very heavy and pasty.

Lovely day out with the grandchildren. Especially the falconry. Kids loved it and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. That also interacted with the grandchildren. Well done and thanks for a lovely day.
