Friendly staff and fairly priced drinks.

Not that clean I had to clean my table myself, it wasn't that busy either. Only one coffee machine was working even after mentioning this to a member of staff it wasn't dealt with while I was there.

Extremely rude server. Sat texting up the back of the bar and said "what's her problem" and "I've been here since 6 I'm having my breakfast" when merely asking for service from the colleague who is at the bar.

The usual tbh you know what you get and it's a pleasant atmosphere

Haven’t been here since last year. Woman at the the bar was rude and snotty so I had a go back at her then she spent the rest of the time giving me dirty looks. Should be sacked doing that to customers. Use your common sense love.

The service was very good but the toilets were absolutely disgusting the chains didn't pull and no locks working on the doors you need to get these fixed very quickly.

On the few occasions we have been here , everything has been spot on over the last few years

Dan was exceptional, he was a brilliant server, always smiling and a pleasure to watch cleaning the tables. He was the highlight of our trip to Bilston. Super Dan, Super Dan. We love his work ethic 🥰

Lovely place, food was great and staff were friendly and helpful especially Dan who kept the pub and tables so clean with a super smile on his face

Tried the Newbolt early doors on a Saturday for breakfast. We were almost first through the door and grabbed a seat by the window. Traditional breakfasts were ordered and as ever we ran the gauntlet of what would be cooked/uncooked/warm/cold, etc, etc. The answer was it was mostly fine. The beans are almost always cold in a Wetherspoons pub and wrap themselves in their own skin, seemingly to hold in the heat. But even the beans passed off incident free. The staff were reasonably polite, but with an air of 'it's far too early on a Saturday morning for any prolonged niceness'. It would be overly picky to find fault because for what we paid for the food it was perfectly ok. Oh go on then, I will. The butter was so hard it was almost weapons grade. I digress, it really was fine.

There were 3 frozen chips on my plate. I reported it to who i oresume was the manager who said it was because the cooked and frozen chips were kept side by side so must have got mixed up. He offered me a free drink to compensate. Also we ordered an American burger which arrived as a burger on a bun, no red onion or cheese. I also reported this to the manager. He wasn't the most pleasant of people, unexpected of a Wetherspoon pub. I won't be going again. Very disappointed.

1st time visiting this venue. The members of staff who served us at the bar and our food were both very pleasant compared to the other staff member we encountered. Unfortunately, the food wasn't good compared to other JDW units. I had a steak, mainly gristle and literally 10 chips. The atmosphere isn't due to the venue itself looking clean and well maintained. However, to the clientele, we must have sat in a regular customers seat due to the glares we were having and up on leaving they didnt give us chance to put our coats on before jumpimg in our seats. (There were other tables available) Overall, the visit was like eating food in a doctors reception or gods waiting room.

When came here at 11:50 and soors was locked even tho on there door its says open till 1am when trying the door the manager was shaking hes head even tho hes oub was full and was still suppose to be open till 1 and this is not the first time eother its been a few times this had happened also they dont put there wet signs kn floor when mopping as my partner has got nerve damage and slipped and they didnt care

I had a sausage sandwich and a refillable coffee. Excellent value. The sandwich was hot and delicious. I would thoroughly recommend it if you don't fancy a full breakfast.

Food was lovely once it arrived and service from the bar was good. However the toilets were disgusting and could do with someone checking them every hour. One had no lights, one there was water everywhere not sure if it was water or urine and 2 we full of crap and couldn’t be flushed otherwise it would have flooded No sure I’ll be returning in a hurry

Staff are very rude and arrogant. They serve who ever they wish to first, they keep you hanging on as if you are transparent. No manners.

Had 2 wait am hr 4 meal steak warm chicken tikka cold brought another 1 out n rice n saw ok but some of the chicken 2 hard 2 eat n the naam bread rock hard could only eat abit of it the table opposite me had 3 all day dreakfast n all of them were cold when get another 3 breakfasts there was only cutlery 4 one person went up the bar n I asked if it was new cook n got told no the manager was cooking tell u somethin 4 nothin want b coming here again 4 food.

Food was good, however, bar staff, not so much. The waiter seemed a polite chap, but did not at all approve of the way the staff at the bar treated my girlfriend, when she ordered her drink. Extremely rude and inconsiderate. Not to mention they were Facebooking while on the job. Will be avoiding this particular Wetherspoon for a helluva long time, if not, for good!

The barmaid was very rude to me left my drink standing on the bar for 10 minutes I went up telling her I had made a order for my table and asked if it was definitely my drink she sarcastically said does it look like it? So I just simply said yes and she shouted well take it then. No need for sarcasm it should have been bought to my table ages and yes I did see this barmaid too busy showing her colleague photos on her Facebook. Don’t know how some Wetherspoons staff get away with not only being rude but being so lazy and staring at their phone as well.

Very disappointed with my experience as the staff are usually lovely! The man serving us today was lovely which is why I’ve gave 2 stars I ordered myself a drink via the app the barmaid had left it with other customers drinks standing on the side of the bar for 10 minutes they were just standing around chatting so I went up to ask for it I caught her looking at her Facebook showing her work colleague pictures when people were waiting for these drinks. I told her that I had made a order for table 35 I said is that my drink by any chance and then she very sarcastically said does that look like it? So I just simply said yes and she raised her voice again and said well take it then. I did make sure she knew this was not acceptable and when I went back to my table my boyfriend was calming me down but she was just looking at me for long periods of time giving out dirty looks. I hate to complain as I work in customer service myself but at the end of the day I don’t come to have food just for bad service whilst they’re too busy gossiping and looking at Facebook then to be spoke to like that. Will be leaving feedback to head office shortly.

Real ale was poor, think the pipes need cleaning. Glasses need cleaning, staff are polite.

Staff polite and very helpful when asked about allergens instead of directing me to touchscreen to find out for myself they went and checked ingredients for me. Food was good and service was very quick

Arrived for breakfast and table was dirty and place was being hoovered I cleaned the table myself with spray and cloth left on side food was not best prefer sedgley or Dudley branches

Sticky table, had to wait ages for the food, only one meal was brought out, they left my wife's food in the kitchen, I had to complain before they went and checked. We will never be eating there again !!!!!

It's a nice weatherspoons the outside smoking area is clean and it's lovely on the evening. Its nice to finally have a weatherspoons and the toilets on the same level. Our food yesterday mixed grill was cooked lovely, didn't eat the non cooked mushroom tho. But overall was lovely

Another spoons and again same as the others, why try to fix what an't broken. Good choice of beers, food is cheap and cheerful. Would definitely recommend this venue.

After work meetings with workmates, got there 6:30pm very quite, spacious room, generous food portions, beers quite cheap, good table service

Food wasn’t great, pizza looked on the small side,ribs and wings didn’t look very appetising.

This Wetherspoons pub offers a fair range of well kept ales, and the standard of the food is as expectated from this chain and offers good levels of service and cleanliness.

Pleasantly surprised! Walked past numerous times but so glad I popped in! Staff are so friendly and it has such a warm atmosphere. Loved my breakfast, and the toast was really good too!!

Lunch menu good, beer prices very reasonable

Came here for the curry club and was very impressed with the service and food. Served by Karen and was looked after well. After ordering the katsu chicken I asked what the best dessert was and was recommended the chocolate fudge cake and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food for the price. It all came out hot and fast, the only draw back is that because they focus on speed of service the staff miss the opportunity to upsell. Such as if Karen would have asked me if I wanted to add a nan bread with my curry I would have gladly added it to my meal. Instead I was disappointed it didn't come with the meal as the picture promoting it shows it in the picture so I presumed it came with it. Overall a very good visit. Well done spoons cheap and cheerful to the rescue

The moment you enter this bar you'r greeted by special people who instantly make you feel like your home.The seating area is very large so you can always find and place to sit down and drink or enjoy some nice pub food also .The staff are like my own son and daughter very special people indeed. I always have same tipple as I'm like that way and its cheapest pint in town.I have occasionally eaten here and it was excellent .Reminder to myself must try more of the menu when I get a chance . Recommend this bar very highly to all.See you al again very soon.love you all
