Very satisfying breakfast for £9. Mainly free range ingredients which is unusual. Beats any other breakfast in diss hands down.

Went for brunch on a Saturday. What high quality service and food! Can’t recommend it enough. Had full English and the quality of the sausages, black pudding and bacon - clearly local produce. Added to that was the quality of the coffee! Well done Weavers - have been recommending you to everyone and we’ll definitely be back!

We only popped in for a drink and it was 20 minutes before closing time, however we were welcomed in, shown to a table and not rushed one bit even when it hit closing time. Lovely big glass of rose prosecco! What is there to complain about 😆 will be back for food...as a lovely atmosphere and decor.

Good food and a great ambience help to make Weavers a successful restaurant. It has a small but varied menu but the food is well prepared and presented.

Really lovely experience at Weaver, super friendly staff and nice offering. Would recommend although it is a little on the expensive side just to forewarn - maybe more of a treat! They also did have a vegan menu which was great.

Our first visit having moved into the area. Very friendly welcome and excellent service all night. Delicious food all freshly prepared. Pleasant atmosphere and we were not hurried at all so ticked all of the boxes. Plenty of free parking within 300m. Will certainly return.

Enjoyed an evening meal here, very welcoming and the food was good. Not a large menu but catering for all tastes.

Excellent Sunday lunch here. My Mum had pork tenderloin with veg and straw fries which was enough for her, my friend and I had a nut roast with all the trimmings which was delicious, my other friend had roast beef. Fir dessert, my friendxand I had rhubarb parfait, Mum had sticky toffee pub and my other friend had frangipane tart. Service was exemplary and the food was really, really excellent. Good to have such a restaurant in town. Perhaps a bit more expensive but you get what you pay for. Can't rate Weavers highly enough.

After the 4th time of trying to book a table at this obviously popular restaurant we managed to get in. It didn't disappoint, well worth the wait. We couldn't fault the food, wine or service. All were spot on. We had Lindsey serving us and she couldn't have done more. Can't wait to return in the near future.

We went for dinner yesterday. As often there was a large party in and that usually means slow service for the other diners but not at Weavers. The service is very prompt and the staff are so welcoming and friendly. A lovely choice of starters, mains and desserts. Just one query. We have never had any vegetables with the main course!

Lovely atmosphere for a 60th birthday party. We were given the downstairs space together and the service was excellent. All orders were given to the correct people and bar tabs were exact. Great atmosphere and awesome food

Brilliant food, French inspired but original. Great presentation. Very good but unpretentious wine list. Friendly staff. A real pleasure to eat here both at lunchtime and evening.

Couldn't get hold of them to try to use a £50 voucher received for Christmas last year from our daughter, my husband has been incapacitated with needing a hip replacement, he has now had it after a wait if 3 years and 3 cancellations and is just walking and using normal chairs etc, we just wanted to ask for a week's extension on the voucher as it was impossible for him to negotiate a long walk up or down a hill before. I would be unable to recommend as it's impossible to speak to anyone on the phone or leave a message and get a reply! Our grandson has also tried! I will be 80 shortly and my husband is 77, it's such a shame we have wasted our daughter's money in a useless voucher!

Great food, served by extremely friendly staff with perfect timing between each course. I had the Duck dish which was perfect and my wife had the Cod which was also perfect....also just to add the red wine was served at correct temp🍷

Small, long established, restaurant in a lovely old building in the "Heritage Triangle" of Diss. New owners took over late 2021, but I haven't tried them yet. Let's hope the maintain the previous high standards. (Google maps only let's me edit my old review, not delete it, which would be more appropriate)

Very good food. Fresh and seasonal ingredients cooked well. Service was very good as well. Lobby and Polly were polite and attentive without hovering. Will definitely recommend to others.

Weavers is one of the best - possibly the best- restaurants in Diss. If you appreciate top quality food at a very good price this is your place.

Our first visit since the new owners and on mother's day. A very nice range of meals on the menu and although it was a full house the staff worked wonders with efficiency and a smile. We really enjoyed our meal and the time of relaxation.

Great food and really nice atmosphere shame it's closing

My partner and I had a wonderful meal and experience at Weavers last Friday night, 27th August 2021. The food was out of this world, the service second to none, I think we probably had the best table in the house, upstairs next to a window, and everything was exceptional. It was, regrettably, our first visit here and sadly also our last, due to the lovely owners retiring, which is well deserved but you will be sorely missed. I only wish we had discovered you sooner. We wish you all the best for the future and we hope the restaurant will continue under new ownership, although you will be a hard act to follow. Love and best wishes to William and Katrina and all your staff. xx

If you want good food and proper old fashioned service, Weavers is the place to go in Diss. It's warm and comfortable, great menu, excellent bar, with food to match. Well worth a visit.

First time at Weavers and enjoyed it very much. Went for the 3 course menu with lots of choice in each. Highlights were the Steak & Kidney Pudding with hints of mushroom and celery and the Mango & Passion fruit cheesecake. Fully stocked bar and relaxing decor adds to the experience. For that special meal a great place to choose.

15 of us went for our office Christmas meal and the whole experience was amazing. The staff were very friendly and well organised and the food was out very prompt. All three courses very delicious and the bar was fairly priced. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you for a great time.

Food was great, not amazing. Still the age old issue of a large group doesn't work as the place is wet out for smaller group meals. Still a lovely place to eat with a really lovely atmosphere. Give it a go you won't be disappointed.

The food was amazing, every course was delicious in a unique way. The staff were very professional and friendly. The building was also beautiful and nicely set out. It was my first visit and I will defiantly be back. Everyone of our party was pleased.

We were taken to the Weavers at Dis for our final night in the area. The four of us had a table booked and we had some wonderful food in the restaurant. The three courses were very good and if I return to the area I will go back there again !! The venue is nice and quiet, and the service is attentive and the food was stunning.

This is our favourite restaurant.Been here many times.The food is spot on and the service is friendly and spot on.We take all our visiting friends here.
