order didn't even arrive, after waiting for over an hour!

i mess up my order and they were very reassuring and helped me order another one. very sorry again. lovely food.

if I could give i would give 0 starts as I have ordered large size and spent money but they brought me medium size food and secondly I ordered Oxtail and they brought me something else, the food does not smell fresh, I am very unhappy. It is a Waste of my money.

My food is cold and some of My food was .missing

rice was a little burnt in parts. otherwise food was ok.

Always takes a long time to arrive but my dad absolutely loves their soup.. so I order often for him from here. Thank you

I ordered curry mutton not much sauce quite dry it was edible but didn't taste like caribbean, don't know what white rice was but it was awful not long grain rice, £2 for a drip of sauce lol won't be ordering again

Cold, dry, all the curry sauce was missing or in the cling film, the curry sauce that was there was like water. Haven't used this place for a while used to be nice

it was late I phoned restaurant and the lady on the phone was so apologetic she was lovely. Also the delivery guy was sorry too. So with it being late, it then didn't matter because having apologies was enough. Food was lovely too

not sure what's going on with this shop anymore but that's my last order . firstly the mutton meal tasted like it was out a tin.the driver didn't give us all the order and I had to call the shop ! also said spend over 30 quid recieve a free item ....no free item. that's the last order from us sorry but you have seriously gone downhill.

Dry, hard and stale food. Totally inedible. Usually lovely but today has put me off. Hard stuck together rice, stale festivals and no gravy/ sauce to have. All dry like it had been sat a long time.

took 2 and a half hours for food to come and was later than delivery time stated on just eat.

Said delivered after a 1 hr 50 wait, and 26 calls, but was not delivered, we went home from the in-laws and ordered another takeaway which was delivered, only to get a call 50 mins later from the driver saying he was at the in-laws with the food!

Order delivered was incorrect. Delivery time for this place is never great. When called about the incorrect order I was told the driver will come out immediately with the correct item. Still waiting an hour later!! It’s such a shame as you can’t fault the food ever from here but the delivery is absolutely shocking.

Rice taste like plastic, like they nuked it in the microwave before delivering, festival was not edible, with samke problem, ate here for a few years, time to move on to a new Caribbean restaurant

This is the second time I've had tough oxtail from this restaurant. Really a shame because the quality was excellent before. Now even the barbecue chicken sauce tastes weird, which is so strange. Sorry guys the quality has dropped on these dishes.

I've actually gone into wayans, and bought food from there, and the quality was decent, BUT, the soup wasn't as good, lots of little bones, could've done with more kick and a better taste, the portions are smaller then you get in shop, there's plenty room for improvement

Food was so niceeee , hats of to the chef or chefs, the food was piping hot ! Delivery was a bit long but it is expected for a Friday , there was soo much gravy which I love , no dry food , portion sizes are good ( please don’t change that) everything tasted fresh , will order again for sure

We normally get delivered and food is hot. I orders to collect and unfortunately had to microwave it when I got home. Once I had done that food was tasty as usual.

Food took 2 and 20 minutes to arrive and when it came it was all cold totally disappointed

really didn't want to write this review..as food before has been nice. but..the food I received yesterday was awful!! it resulted to me and my kids not eating as it was way too spicy and couldn't taste anything but pepper..!! waited over a hour for inedible food..??!!! disappointed and unfortunately won't be ordering again!!

Excellent! Top level food. We could tell they put live in the food. My Dad came for holiday from America and said It was simply the best.

Food arrived 45 minutes later than the already extremely long estimated wait time. The chips were overcooked, bland oven chips. The stew chicken was too salty yet bland. Arrived squashed and all of the sauce had dripped out so the chicken was dry. Best part was the coleslaw and even that was bang average. Also, when I called to see where my food was, the woman I spoke to was rude and unapologetic. Would NEVER order again.

I waited 2.5hrs for my food! When I called the lady didn’t care and reading the reviews it seems like this is the norm! I called back and got cut off. When my food finally came the delivery drivers said they been really busy! Lord knows how as it’s terrible service. Won’t order from here again! I only live 10 mins from the restaurant. How hard can it be.

I placed the order at 20.15 did not get it until 22.15

placed my order at 7.30pm arrived at 9.21pm asked for ASAP joke food leaked everywhere

took over 2 and half hours to arrive from ordering.

Delivery time stated latest 6.40pm but nearly 7.30 and still waiting when I made this order at 5pm. Spent £31.50 and still waiting. Me and my toddler absolutely starving not on! Calling the restaurant over 100 times they must have cut the lines off as they told us order was on its way over an hour ago!

I never received my order and when I have tried to call it is constantly engaged. I will definitely not be ordering again.

Wish I’d have looked at the reviews first. Delivery was late with next to no updates nearly the entire time we were waiting. My mutton and rice should have been with rice and peas and steamed vegetables, they gave me rice with kidney beans and salad instead. The chocolate fudge cake apparently comes with free flies as well. Actually disgusting. First and last time I order from here.
