Piping hot. Loads of food. Fast delivery. Best Chinese

First time I've had anything negative to say but not sure what the potato butter scallop is supposed to be. I was expecting a standard slice of potato fried in batter but these are deep fried mushed up bits of spud with some very strange flavours, really quite unpleasant in texture and taste. Everything else on the menu is lovely! 😋

Really nice food. Will definitely return in the future.

Food was awful won’t use again.

Food is always on point. Tastes good, I used to live really close to this place so was my go to when I was not able to prepare home meals,moved houses still come here cos the Chinese close to me now tastes horrible.

First time ordering and we were really impressed. The food was hot and tasty, it wasn’t greasy either. Will definitely order again.

it said one hour to deliver but came in 25 minutes, Also one item missing ( curry sauce ).

Wasn’t great tonight, we had fish and chips, the fish had a backbone in it and didn’t taste right at all, it’s usually good as well

The chicken in OK sauce was something completely different to what it normally is, we didn’t like it.

Food is always tasty here. Very consistent every time and usually deliver earlier than estimated time.

ordered for 19:30. As we were bathing the children to get them ready for bed. the takeaway came at 18:45. had to put it in the oven for 45 minutes. defeats the point of getting a takeaway, and having to put the oven on. I did try and refuse it on the doorstep, but the driver said take it and just ring the restaurant. Restaurant said when phoned, we will make it up next time. how when we order through just eat? never again.

Just about on time but food was all cold tonight. Sauce had leaked from containers into bag and salt and pepper chips were extra firery, yet cold too! So disappointed tonight :(

The fillet steak in black bean didn’t seem like fillet and there were no Green peppers. The chicken with ginger and spring onions was very gloopy. VERY DISAPPOINTING

Salt and pepper box was just chips fatty ribs a couple of wings and small chunks of chicken not worth the price

A old school type Chinese take away where the quality is always on point. As a fellow Chinese person, this is high praise! I recommend the Salt and Pepper dishes.

Probably the worst spare ribs I ever had. Extremely dry, rock-hard fried tiny bones in disgusting breading - that's how it should be named. Meat content was less than 10%. And the breading was disgusting. I will never order from them again. No thank you

Really disappointed with this order. Had food delivered plenty of times from Wayfung and it’s always been spot on. Even though the food arrived early, it’s usually wrapped in paper to keep warm and to stop spillages. Sadly they have stopped this which meant soups and sauces had leaked in the bag, so everything was gloopy and sticky. Some food was missed off the order, add on rices to go with main meals. For the prices they now charge, the food was extremely underwhelming, such a shame!

Way Fung is the best take away in the area for Chinese and Fish and Chips. Superb light crispy battered fish and tasty chippy chips that aren't too greasy. Ideal for family orders when people want different meals! Loved the satay chicken which my husband had with a portion of soft noodles and beansprouts - better than a chow mein if you fancy some variety. The delivery driver was so kind and polite. I was thrilled that the order came earlier than expected as we'd had such a bad day and just wanted something tasty and comforting. Highly recommended and great value for money.

Food was hot, sui mai was hard like left to dry out, char Sui was full of fat so couldn’t eat curry as it put me off so ate a bit of rice, but wings were ok.

Everything was on time to be collected. Fish and chips served hot and wrapped on arrival. Lovely tasty Chinese dishes for the wife so we both got what we fancied at Way Fung. Polite and helpful staff. It's been in Irlam for at least 15 years and the quality has certainly not declined despite the increase in cost of living, where other local places there's rumours of reheating old food. Not the case at Way Fung! Highly recommended for a Friday night cheat!

The spare ribs weren't the best iv had. The quality of the rib and flavour let it down. Everything else was fantastic as always.

Way Fung never disappoints! Food is delivered hot, fresh and always in great time! Firm favourites are crispy chilli beef, salt & pepper chips, seaweed & prawn toast. Always my first choice for takeaway delivered in Irlam!

Food was not up to standard, to be honest. The fried rice was very greasy and most of our food was lukewarm if not cold. Won't be rushing back I'm afraid, sorry.
