Stayed here on a last minute thing. I only stayed in the actual hotel for a few hours but it was absolutely fine. 5 stars

We stayed here for a cheap getaway for the Christmas markets. The price of the room was great! The room itself was quite large, tidy and clean. Service at the front desk was great and the bar and restaurant area looked nice although we did not use them. The location was perfect for the markets! Only downfalls would be parking is very limited and difficult to find with the one way system, however must say parking was cheap compared to other places locally. Also the spare pillows in the room were not clean sadly, however everything else was very clean and tidy. Overall, would stay here again for a cheap getaway.

Stayed here for one night, lady on the front desk (can’t remember her name unfortunately) was so accommodating for my mum with disability with such a warm welcome. Room was lovely & clean with extra pillows if needed. Great night sleep. Yes the hotel is under going renovations but it wasn’t an issue for just a nights stay.

Not to be confused with Manchester Central Arena, of course Solid location, nice and close to the Arndale and prime for taxis long as they don't mind parking in the cycle lane. Beds were nice and I can confirm at least 1 room has a bath in it, so that's always points in my book. There were no outlets next to the bed though Lovely breakfast too, and very polite staff. Don't put your pancakes in the toaster, they'll do it for you if you ask

Really bad do not book this hotel. Went for business trip and was given a horrible room. Stains on the bath, mould on the ceiling, stains on curtains, room window didn’t close so I could hear all the noise from outside. The only upside was that the room was big and staff were helpful and changed my room. Avoid this hotel

The receptionist (Ka*) was quite unfriendly and unpleasant when I came for key’s help at 1:15 AM on 2/8/2024. The room had only two chargers, both far from the bed, and there was no hair dryer. The key malfunctioned multiple times, and each time I called the staff, they insisted I come down to get a new one, which happened more than five times. Moreover, the keys were unstable, usually not working. We had to stay outside and wait until it was resolved. The bathroom and toilet were not clean and sometimes didn’t work. I booked a room with unlimited Wi-Fi access, but I couldn’t connect and had to request a new code. The receptionist rudely threw the paper with the code at me.

5* treatment from manager Ryan in Manchester Central. My son stayed there overnight 30/7/24 and accidentally left his beloved late father's favorite football shirt in the room. Ryan personally took charge of the crisis and several hours later located it and arranged at no charge to my family to post this very sentimental and much loved item back to us in Wales. Customer service at its absolute best. Thank you Ryan, we are much relieved and indebted to you. Diane and family. I am very impressed with your professionalism.

Hotel itself wasn't too bad. Few stains in the room on the bed and curtains but expected for a travel Lodge. Man behind the desk was lovely and friendly we got a warm welcome. It is very confusing to find by car. Not the hotel itself but their car park is pretty hidden away. We did end up circling around a few times which is a pain since it's all one way then chose to risk going down the tiny side way that did say parking and found out it's sort of underneath/behind the building itself which is why we couldn't see it. Parked up and got our ticket which didn't expire until 13:30 the next day and we left before 12pm the next day. We did pay a little extra for early check in and late check out due to being there for a concert. Anyway fast forward 17 days later we get a letter in the post claiming we didn't pay for parking. On the letter/fine it actually said we left at 11:45am. Our ticket which we luckily saved in the car was valid until 13:30. We've luckily been able to appeal it with the evidence we saved but I know most people would not save their parking tickets that long! Letter was sent out 8 days after our stay but we didn't receive it until almost 3 weeks after our stay. So just a big warning if you park in the travel Lodge car park to save your ticket! I can only imagine the amount of people they've scammed out of money claiming they've not paid when they have due to them not saving their evidence. The appeal is still on going but we literally have the proof. So yeah that part is pretty much the only reason for the bad review. Please be careful!

A former office building converted into a hotel - I stayed on the 4th floor and and the room was a very good size and was clean. The staff were also very friendly and the location is great - 5 minute walk to the Arndale Centre. My only complaint is that the room could do with a refurbishment - I was in an older style room and it was a bit dated but for the price I paid I can't complain.

Stayed a few times. Room rates vary wildly from £30 one day to well over £100 on others. Its very central and right in the heart of Manchester with a brilliant team running it. Just keep in mind the room you are paying more than £50 one night was the same one someone paid £30 for another night

This Travelodge has modern looking rooms. I was in a family size room with a double and 2 single beds. The bathroom bath/shower set up, there was plenty of room for all your shaving and make up equipment on the large shelf under the mirror. Room was very clean and fresh smelling, no dirty flooring or stains to put you off. There is a TV which you can connet to if you want to watch something on your phone/tablet/firrstick Lots of plug sockets but no usb ports. Plenty of work space on the desk for a laptop if you are working from the room, there is also a large dining lounge area if you prefer to work there. Shelving and hanging space for clothes. By far one of the biggest twin rooms I have stopped in, plenty of space to move around. Tea/coffee equipment is also in the room. No air con, but a fan is supplied and the room had electric heating. Restaurant area is clean and food laid out very well presented. No ironing board or iron but reception was able to supply one if asked. The lounge/bar area is large spacious and very comfortable, TV is on displaying the news channel. Lots of sockets and USB ports in the lounge area. Breakfast was additional for £9.75, kids atr fee with each adult. Staff are well presented, smartly dressed, polite and very helpful. 24 hr reception. Key card to access lift area, access to corridor on each level and you room does make it feel very secure. Vending machines in reception if you need snacks or a drink out of hours. There is a bar available where you can also order a variety of pizzas as well as drinks. There is parking on site although you have to pay for it. £10 per day, NPC just around the corner was also available for £6 per day. I didn't see any EV points but there is also a multi storey close by where I would assume they are available. I would definitely stay here again. Casinos in walking distance, Local shops/Tesco on the same the road if you forget anything you may need. Lots of different restaurants takeaways within 5 to 6 min walking distance. Arndale Shopping centre is also in walking distance. Very close to the Arena Venue. Give this review a thumbs up if you think it is helpful.

As someone who has enjoyed the taste of lime flavoured sweets for many years, i expected the exquisite taste to be replicated by this fruit. I even thought that its taste would surpass that even of a lemon, but i was wrong. Limes are an awful fruit and i would never recommend someone to eat one. They may seem enticing, as they as just as a green lemon. This deception is however then quickly ruined by the awful flavour of this terrible fruit. I advise people to stay as far from eating this fruit as possible and to stick to eating lemon over limes. They taste far better and though despite being sour have a taste that can actually be enjoyed unlike their green counterparts.

I greatly value the service & reasonably priced food choices available! Above all thank you for being a reward partner with Tesco allowing exchange of club card vouchers! Staff is also friendly and welcoming :) Slight point to improve may be the waiting time for food which can take longer when busy

what a pathetic establishment. Do not accept card payments but also did not accept my £20 note because it was from Bank of Scotland. They also have a 1 star hygiene rating if you want to bother googling it. Won't be back.
