Honestly, the food was beyond awful. Chicken dryer than a nuns.. The 24 hour marinated wings were a disgrace, dry and covered in cheap sweet chilli sauce. Very Caribbean. I'm almost certain the jollof rice was microwaved uncle Bens. Wouldn't feed it to my dog. Ordered from uber eats, who refunded me after seeing the photos. If I could give 0 stars, I would. AVOID.

I wish I could post a picture of the food I just received. My rice was like 3 spoons of rice and this restaurant is far too inconsistent with their food. I am so upset and would return this if the restaurant was close to my house. Unless you want to gamble with an actual plate of food or a few tablespoons for the same price and not know which one you will get, I do not recommend.

Food is still not here - I had to go and collect at 7.45pm myself

I ordered peppered beef which was super chewy tasted alright the jollof tasted oily and it was not spicy the jerk chicken was grissly and the mac and cheese was dry although i liked the jollof still and abit of the mac and cheese but its not bad not good either

Good food but there was a delay in delivery which ruined the experience. Had to call the cafe and they thought it had been delivered but wasn't.

I have no idea what is wrong with this restaurant. Every time i order, the food comes in different packaging that's a different size. Today, i paid £12 for food that came in the same size plate as the £6 plate and i am extremely irritating. I cannot be gambling with my freaking money each time i order food so i would advise against ordering from this restaurant unless you want to pay full price for the size of a half plate

Didntttttttt arriveeeee I am fuming we sorted £32 worth of food and the restaurant excepted our order and didn’t deliver it. So took our money and we didn’t get food would never recommend this place and will never order again. Shocking 😡😡😡

Food quality changes each time we order. Meat was a pile of tough fat!

What makes a good restaurant, is the ability to make the customer look forward to a better taste. The only thing special about the special fried rice I ordered was the shrimp in it, this used to taste soooo good, with proper basmati rice. All I had was concoction with a lot of salt, same with the boneless chicken, very salty. I'm quite sad giving a fellow Nigerian this review.

Absolutely terrible customer service, first time trying and we waited over 2 hours when we rang to see where our order was after receiving a text to say it was on the way over 50 mins prior to be told it was on its way, WE NEVER RECEIVED IT! First and last time! Avoid this place.

Absolutely disgusted. Burnt chicken, stale rice, mac & cheese tasteless & the fried chicken was not fried & the tiniest chicken legs we had ever seen. We also had to wait upto an hour for the food. We will not be recommending or returning here.

Little bit too much seasoning for my pallet. But we both still enjoyed it very much so. Definitely will go back and try the sea food dishes on offer

Food was very cold on arrival. Never before had curry goat without gravy. Chicken was so dry it snapped in half. Rice tasted like microwave packet rice. Dumpling was dry with no sweetness to it. Chips were oven chips and the best part of the meal! Will definitely not be ordering again

Food tasted like it was cooked yesterday and just preheated in microwave not fresh at all.. Am a Nigerian man and I know what a freshly cooked jollof rice should taste like, this is the very last time I will order from here ever again. Totally disappointed.

Late as usual. However although tasty, marked reduction in quantity. Ordered efo riro which came with 1 piece of beef and 2 tiny pieces of tripe. How does that qualify as assorted meat?

This place is a little gem and the best around by far. My Favourite is the curried goat its absolutely delicious. I always order in shop and sit and wait while its ready. The staff are nice and friendly and its very clean... Try for yourself you will NOT be disappointed.

Ordered two portion of beef stew and only one came and the food came late. And when I called them they were rude and told me they put the two portion into one. Which I found funny because the portion was small and only four beef came in it.Will never buy from them again. Was in London last week and through out my stay my order from the Nigeria restaurant was excellent

Food was over an hour late, even though the resturant is 13 minutes from my house. I called the resturant and they said that they're very busy so they loaded the driver up with as many orders as they could. I asked the driver about the delay when it finally arrived, he said he's the only driver on tonight and he was just coming back from Salford! All food was stone cold, it was missing my pepper beef, the boneless chicken was so overcooked it was dry and ashy in taste. Overall a terrible experience. Will not be ordering from here again. Buyer beware!

Late by 45 minutes. Called up was told there’s lots of traffic.bare in mind it was 6:15 only coming from little Hulton to Astley. 10/15 maximum. So traffic load of rubbish. Food was really good as always. Just not enough goat. Needs bigger portions.

Rice was gone off. The smell and taste was not carribbean food. The favours were not consistent with our previous order or quality of food. Food wasted. Money wasted.

Absolute terrible service, I ordered my food at 19:18 and was told it would be delivered between 20:25-20:45 for then it to not be delivered until 21:46. I rang the shop multiple times to only be told it was on its way. The lady on the phone was terribly rude just kept cutting me up and not letting me speak. I rang one time as JustEat claimed my food to have been delivered, when it hadn’t. I rang a second time to be told the lady on the phone will ring back when she found out where the driver was. Never rang back then I had to ring back a third, fourth and fifth time, till it turned up at 21:46. The food was quite nice but the chips were soggy and cold. Overall I had a terrible experience with this restaurant and would not order online from here again. Or recommend to family or friends! Absolutely disgusted.

The food was delicious but for £8.50 a serving there simply was not enough meat nor sauce.

Food was lovely, hot and FRESH! Although the chicken was very tasty it was poorly cut. There were lots of tiny bone pieces this was the only thing I didnt enjoy about my meal. I am glad I have discovered this place! Highly recommend them!

I loved the Suya and Pepper Soup. Although the pepper soup was cold. Would have been better warm or hot. I didn't like the Jollof rice at all. Threw most of it away as it was too oily. Overall the food was good but a little bit pricey.

Her service was brilliant dealing with my fault over the phone, even offered to drop off missing item but I’m glad I didn’t make her although I would have apologised to her face I only came here to say that and also food was delicious, definitely returning. *** she even offered to contact me next day for extra stuff even though she knew I was in the wrong. This is literally the nicest food iv ever had in my life. My first time trying this place and it was well worth it, genuinely amazing food without all the grease a usual takeaway would have. I can't recommend it enough if your trying for the first time can't go wrong with the curried goat :)

This was some of the best food I have eaten in a long time, well presented and delivered on time. 15 out of 10, will definitely be ordering from here again.

Very disappointed mostly bones instead of meat, and dry to a point where tasted like was recooked leftovers. Plantains were cold and soggy. Adding some sauce would help everything was just below average.

Goat and jallof rice were really tasty but so so dry, you need to listen to all these reviews and add more sauce. Plantain was old and rubbery, coleslaw was just standard cheap shop bought. Probably won't order again due to quality but service was OK

Fantastic tasty food, but prices are maybe 20% higher on what I'd expected and delivery fee of 3,50£ for less then 1 mile driving is a bit too much. Would still order again and try some other items on the menu.

Really nice food, especially enjoyed the fried noodles. My kids loved them. I am yet to tuck into my pounded yam and egusi but I am sure it will be just as delicious. Well presented and very appetising. Kind and friendly staff too.
