Their kebabs, cleanliness and attention were amazing. Kebabs are very delicious, you should definitely go there.

Absolutely disgusting service very rude don’t care about the customer! No customer service whatsoever! We ordered on a Friday around 6pm our estimated time was 6:45 didn’t come till almost 8 I called numerous time the owner kept saying it’s 5 mins away didn’t even think once to call his driver! We was even happy to go to the shop and collect the food our self!! He was soo rude on the phone to me and put the phone down on me twice my husband then called and he was literally, screaming and shouting at my husband. Absolutely disgusting service Food was Stone cold he promised a refund gave us his personal number and when my husband messaged him to say we havnt Receive our refund apparently, he was in hospital and having operation it’s been 2 weeks now and still no refund! Its not even about the money the way they spoke to us the lies misinformation and disrespect is Absolutely appalling Would never order from here again

Took too long for a nearby location and food hygiene is definately questionable! Kebab looked ripped as if it was a week old! Look at the pictures and see the state of the food delivered! This place is a criminal!

The place is perfect in terms of cleanliness, the management is wonderful, it delivered our orders quickly, it is a place we want to visit whenever we go from Turkey, thank you very much for your interest, we are glad that there are such places and tastes...

I ordered through their online service Grub24. Unfortunately it wasn’t the best service and the food was not great but I was assured I would get a refund when I spoke to the owner that evening. He said to call him tomorrow. I did and then told was told he spoke to Grub24 and they were processing the refund within 24hrs. This did not happen and when I called again I just keep getting told to call tomorrow. Grub24 do not respond to emails either. I said I would accept the bad food and service was just a one off and not put a negative review if I was refunded. Well, if I get my refund tomorrow, then I will do as I promised and modify this review. I do still do think Grub24 should be avoided at all costs. But let’s see if WatfordBBQ actually do honour their customers! He did eventually get back to me and refunded the money today.

Accepted order but then cancelled because of distance even though they've delivered to us before. Waste of time!

What a rip off! Ordered a large wrap and got the tiniest wrap I've every seen. Hardly any filling! I paid £ 13 for this. What a rip off! Terrible!

Extremely poor this time. Lamb Shish and mixed shish had almost no meat in it. Basically paid a load of money for a box of greasy rice. No bread with the kebabs. Chips cold

4 small pieces of lamb in the shish. Not much more in the mixed. Used to be good now frankly average.

unfortunately I won't order from here again. i use to order often but the food has gone down hill. portion was so small, chicken had a different seasoning. didn't like it at all. always missing something out, drink, salad, bread.

I am extremely unhappy with your delivery driver. He drove is moped/bike up the footpath on Park Road, then down our path to the door. And then he turn around across the lawn and back up the path to the road!

Food turned up late. Driver rung but couldn’t listen to instructions to find my address. I then open up the bag to find this. Rang the restaurant and all he kept saying was next time….there won’t be a next time this is shocking.

Chips are disappointing and burgers, both beef and chicken are the cheap variety and fairly tasteless. However, the Shish and donner kebab, wraps etc are top notch. Bread is great and meat is lovely!

Overall good food . Only give four stars because I’ve ordered mixed meat but it was almost all lamb and no chicken . The chilli sauce really hot

Despite the clear instructions I put about the exact location of the building, the driver was unable to follow them and found himself two streets away on the phone to me and knocking on other doors. Please use drivers who can actually follow instructions as I paid £1.50 to collect my food down the street.

I don’t want to be over critical, but some things need to be pointed out. I had a chicken shish meal and the chilli sauce was definitely off. I tried it and it gave me this constant sourness and bitterness aftertaste which indicates it was definitely off , on top of that when I opened the lid it was making crackling noises. (Tried a bit hopefully won’t get any food poisoning). Garlic sauce tastes very artificial, a big let down to the authentic Turkish restaurant because this sauce always comes nice and fresh. Salad was lacking in flavor. However my partner did enjoy chicken wings and chips. All in all there’s plenty of better “authentic “ Turkish restaurants out there.

Food arrived completely cold. Lamahun wasn't good like always and I had feelings that's portions are smaller then before. Didn't like it this time

We enjoy the food but, wish that the fries were in a separate container. Please allow some way of asking for them not to be included with meat & salad.

Ordered a House Mix (+ chips) on JustEat. Food arrived as per the time schedule provided. I was a bit worried that the chips and bread would be soggy. To my surprise both were crispy! The meat was piping hot as well. One comment is that maybe the chilli sauce was a bit too watery - needs to be more thicker. Will definitely order again - or even visit the restaurant in person!

So glad we found, quite by chance, this little place on Market Street. Food is always, ALWAYS cooked fresh, upon ordering. The chips are some of the best I’ve had. Not greasy or mushy but lovely and crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Not to mention they taste amazing and burgers are very tasty too. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a tasty meal deal that hasn’t been sitting around, in a warmer for hours. Would give 10 stars, if possible!!

We are still waiting for our food when the estimated time of delivery was 8.15-8.35. It’s now 8.47 and instead of saying “courier on his way” it now says “enjoy your food” we have not received order.

I had the lamb shish and it was incredible!! Whilst it might look like a standard kebab shop, it is FAR from that. The service received by Namak was amazing. It’s a fantastic sit down restaurant with wonderful staff bringing delicious Turkish and Mediterranean food to your table. Anyone in Watford should visit here!

This place is seriously fantastic!! The balance of the food, coupled with the customer service, it’s all great! I have just moved to Watford and this is now my new haunt. Honestly amazing!! Must visit!

This place went downhill fast, was great fist few orders, best kebab place around. But this time it was cold chips with cheese that wasnt melted, chicken breast that was impossible to chew, undercooked kofta. asked for no onion on the salad, was mostly onion. Won't be going back again.

Spot on. Hot food and kebab was probably the best one i have ever had. Dedo go again when doen here.

Lahmacun was in pieces and was cold. Doner was cold as well. Bread was all wet with sauces like dough. I did not enjoy too much. Had to heat up the doner and eat with pitta bread which I have at home!
