Everyday I get a cup of tea and a ginger bread man. But I like my tea strong so they leave my tea bag in. Instead of leaving the string and paper out at the end of the bag I always burn my fingers. Everything else is brilliant.

I probably go to this Waterfields more than any other chain bakery (and have been doing for fifty years or so) and it is always decent. Only issue is that parking is not easy nearby.

Warrington Hospital Lovely LaneWell what can I say 3 staff working and if talking.,gassing and not working was an Olympic sport these 3 would get gold an elderly lady joined me in the queue and I made the remark that I hope your not in a rush eventually we got served I got the lady to order with me cause god forbid she would have to stand there as long as I did really not great service at all

Unit 1, 53 Kingsway SouthWent to this subway today, staff are so rude. Threw my salad into the box and rushed my husband when he was ordering his sub, when we asked if the bottles are in the meal deal we got a massive sigh and a response of “yes it always has been nothing has changed” food was a mess and wrapped like a child did it. Will not be returning appealing service
