Brilliant wee spot with great coffee

Great location. The green matcha cookie was expensive but worth it!

I love this cafe! I love working here, I love meeting people here and I just love the cafe. Everything is bright and clean! I love the brand. People who go here respects the space and the culture.

One of the best coffees I've ever had

Twice I've come here for coffee before work and tried a different one of their batch filters, and 2/2 have been absolute hits. Love the natural process coffee they use, and having the choice of 3 filters is great. Amazing flavour, quick service and decent price

I dislike complaining, but unfortunately sometimes it's the only way to get a company to change policy. The coffee here is good, however, I have been refused perfectly reasonable requests for a "half-caff" more than once, with explanations ranging from "it doesn't taste nice" to "head office wouldn't allow it". A "half-caff" being a single shot fully caffeinated and a single shot decaf. I even joked I'd sign a disclaimer that I wouldn't sue Watchhouse in court if I didn't enjoy it. No dice. Ironically, being refused a simple and reasonable request has left a bitter taste in my mouth. My advice to Watch House Head Office; listen to your loyal customers.

Delicious coffee and very nice pastry

Literally the best coffee I've had in ages. Service was friendly and the overall experience was a notch above most coffee shops. Now my regular place to go.

Watchhouse is my favourite cafe chain when in London, the bishopsgate branch is perfect if you’re working in bishopsgate/fenchurch. Amazing coffee, and friendly staff as always!

Went there today around 7am, had a coffee and a caramel tart which was delicious. Team put effort to make a conversation with me which was surprising in a good way as city of London everyone is always on a rush! After today this spot will become my daily must go.

I didn't like the coffee (they had Colombian coffee in the machine, which I tend to find a bit sour. My husband liked it so I think it's just my personal preference). The pistachio matcha cookie was amazing though! It doesn't look that moist, but that's because it's a shortbread cookie. It's got just a couple raisins in it as well, which I think gives it a slight chewiness in the very center. The matcha and pistachio look like it's just for decoration, but I could actually taste subtle hints of both. I haven't been so pleasantly surprised by a cookie in a while.

I always trust the quality of Watch house which makes it my favorite coffee branch in the whole London. However, this one didn’t give me good service feeling. The cashier was cold, no response to greeting at all. It took him a long time to deal with the order from the person at the front queue. We didn’t request his apology for keeping us waiting but he was not friendly while we ordered coffee. He even wasn’t willing to handover the pastries that we ordered… Except that, everything is good!👍 wish that coffee doesn’t just represent a coffee, it also means a brand image, the customer experience and the whole community.

I visited Watchhouse with a friend and the coffee was amazing, I love the cake offer they have. If I’m around I won’t doubt to visit it again!

I am familiar with a chain WatchHouse, coffee is good . I paid for my latte 4.80£ I never asked for a takeaway cup, so I should not be offered that cup, the latte art is missing . Disappointed for such a service. I felt uncomfortable to ask to remake my coffee in a ceramic cup, however I should .

Was early for a meeting so decided to do a quick search of coffee shops nearby to avoid the Nero. Glad I did, a very good espresso pull, a nice atmosphere and attentive service. Worth coming for the coffee alone if anywhere nearby

While the coffee shop has a nice scandi aesthetic, it doesn’t quite compensate for the high prices. The food is consistently overpriced for the slim fillings and dry rolls. While a nice venue, there are better coffee experiences in the area

I love WatchHouse Bishopsgate. The team is incredible and the coffee is consistently delicious. As a new person moving to the Uk I was nervous I would not find a sense of community, the team at Bishopsgate has made me feel right at home.

Great coffee (they provide alternative milk but I think they charged extra), laptop friendly but I would say the staff weren’t very friendly/ customer service was a little naff. Atmosphere wise, I’d say it’s great to come with a coworker or even have a quick meeting, it feels too “nice” to go with your mates as everyone’s in suits and in work mode.

The coffee is so strong that I can't sleep after drinking two cups. ㅠㅠ

A stunning coffee shop with a peaceful, relaxed ambiance. Staff were friendly and coffees of a high quality. An iced latte was £4.10, so on the pricier side but considering the area of London probably to be expected. Definitely one worth checking out though even if purely for the stunning interiors!

Having religiously visited the Watchhouse that is across from this one, I thought being on the haunt for a takeaway coffee was the perfect opportunity to finally try this one out. And it was perfect in every possible way. Obviously I also had to have a croissant and I have absolutely no regrets — definitely one of the better cafe croissants you can find in London. The coffee itself was the same high quality as always, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a less busy place with high quality coffee to have a coffee to go or merely to sit and take a quick break alone or with friends.

4 stars based purely on quality of coffee. Up there in my opinion among the more decent coffees but did taste a bit burnt the last time. Only knocked one star off as the staff weren’t very friendly (I wouldn’t say rude just not very smiley or chatty at all) and certain of the food was uncovered with quite a few flies flying around though it is nice to have the door open so flies can’t be helped I guess). This wouldn’t put me off coming again for coffee.

Nice spot to get coffe from but limited seating so would only recommend for takeaway and queues can build up at the peak times.

Has to be my favourite WatchHouse branch despite it being primarily for coffee and not a restaurant branch. Their baristas are probably some of the best in the city and very consistent. Been coming here since they opened around the corner from my work and I honestly can't remember a single bad coffee. I also look out for the new blends that are available to purchase for my machine at home and they've always given good advice in what I would probably like. I'm just sorry I haven't left this review sooner! best wishes

Had my first cortado here, and it certainly won’t be my last. Delicious flavour and very full-bodied roast. The aesthetic of the shop is so soothing and the service was wonderfully warm too. Will definitely be checking out other WatchHouse locations too😊

I recommend the pour over - it takes a lot of time to make and to drink, so plan your morning accordingly. Its a small and cosy place with beautiful decor As for coffee, they clearly know what they're doing.

Avoid the Salmon Cream cheese roll. £4.50 for a nano metre thick layer spreading of cream cheese.

Favorite coffee in London💕 Every WATCH HOUSE is Perfect!

I had an espresso in another Watchhouse branches before and this time it was a bit over extracted, no crema at all. I love the interior, place is tiny but with plenty of outdoor seating. Perfect for sunny days!

Ran in here walking around and was pleasantly surprised. Warm demeanor and the baristas showed me some great food spots to check out! Had the latte and a tall black both were great now grounds either.

WatchHouse is a coffee shop, but they also have some food. Is located near Liverpool Street, the place is small but you can also sit down outside, they have some benches. But the only reason and most important thing is the coffee, absolutely worthy coming here just for the coffee. Perfect temperature, you can drink it in the moment. The staff are nice 👍 102% recommended!

Excellent coffe but my brownie was dry. The interior is lovely with plenty of outdoor seating. Music was a little too loud for my liking.
