Great BrewDog bar in a good location. The table service via app was easy to use and the chicken burger I ordered was delicious 😋

Too rowdy, noisy and stinky. Could barely breathe with all the people sweating in a cramped up area. Downstairs was okay but I would never come again. The more portions you ask for the smaller and stingier they get despite being "unlimited wings wednesday". I would never recommend this brewdog unless you like chaos. If you prefer peaceful vibes and fresh air go to another location.

Such a great deal just for booking online - we had the spicy beef burger and a chicken burger, the fries were great but the burgers were even better , busy for lunch time and of course the beers/ales at BrewDog are exceptional as always - will be going back for the unlimited Wings Wednesday soon :-)

Decent place for Beers and their Cauliflower wings are to die for!

Amazing customer experience, friendly and helpful staff. The food, wow, absolutely tasty and good amount. Definitely would recommend this branch to everyone out there in London Soho.

Had lunch here, plenty of seating. I thought it was a regular pub, but the food was surprisingly good. The website for ordering was decent, but I was mildly disappointed by long wait times for our order.

Everything was perfect - food was delicious, service was excellent, atmosphere was chilled and relaxing, prices are better than in other places. A specific shoutout to a green nailed waiter, he was fun. We can't recommend this place highly enough and will definitely be back.

Spectacular pub and food of the highest standards

A wonderfully atmospheric place just out of Oxford street. Me and my wife had each a cheeseburger, and I can say with certainty that it was the best one in London we had. The Gin tonic was also out of this world. Oh and if you ever find yourself here, make sure to try the hazelnut coco psycho, it rewired my brain and set the gold standard for all past and future beers or ales. The perfect place to celebrate our last day in London.

Great food! It's the shame the server was a tad too belittling. Didn't make my colleagues and i feel comfortable. Was quite impatient when i tried to explain and ask for a specific drink. Was offered a kids menu when asked for any other meat besides wings. Very rude so won't be recommending. Nothing personal but that was my experience

Actually a great burger and food.Service was fast and not busy.My only gripe would be as you can order from the table and tried to skip the registration process and be a guest it still wanted many details etc and was a faff! Simpler if able at the bar?

Nice place to stop for drinks when walking the city. I don’t drink beer other than sours so nice to share a flight as they always have a couple on tap. My husband isn’t a stout drinker but really enjoyed the recommendation.

Grumpy staff, wanted to argue about shareholders discount

You come in, you sit down, you scan a QR code, you find out what you want, you answer your questions, you place the order through the app, you pay through the app and now is when you decide whether to tip... .. you are joking right? Tip for a service you haven't seen yet??? Oh really? You can also go directly to the bar to order and take your drink to the table, which hopefully will be clean. Will they ask you for a tip for this too? The place is very well decorated, there is a good atmosphere, young people want to have a good time, the beer offering is wide and of good quality.

So I was here killing time waiting. I'm trying the beers, mostly stout, and Hayden at the bar is so helpful, friendly and he explains all the beers so well that I had to write this review. He is very kind, polite and such a fantastic person all around. BrewDog Soho is bloody lucky to have this legend, made my experience a pretty enjoyable one.

Great beer , nice plant based options

If you're in central London and can't decide which Brew dog location to go to, I recommend this one. This is a traditional storefront and has a larger selection of beer than the BrewDogs you would find at their locations within a train station. Service is fast and friendly and the craft beers are just delicious.

The wings you get here are simply amazing!

We had the cocktail tasting experience here and it was above our expectations. The canned cocktails were really delicious (especially the Espresso Martini one, chefs kiss). Our sides were big portioned, loved the Mac & Cheese. Would definitely visit again!

Wing Wednesday!! I've seen other comments and I don't understand what you are complaining about - portions are generous. My mate and I went there this Wednesday. We had two different flavour large trays of wings - see the photo - and extra small dry rubbed wings to try and the cauliflower ones and we couldn't even finish those - stuffed! Service is very good, staff happy to help with anything. Will be back for more 😁

We all know brewdog: quality craftbeer. Good hops in their shooters in a bar that I want to highlight for its good atmosphere and good music. Wonderful indie rock in abundance. The chicken wings are good

We were looking for a nice pub in London, and we found it...and we came back the next day for the extraordinary friendliness of the waiters

Just a quick note to commend the 2 servers I encuntered last night in the Soho Branch (Poland Street) who were very efficient, friendly and chatty and greeted their customers with broad, natural smiles. Very good to see in a day when customer service is often cold and unfriendly. These 2 lads are a credit to your business. Sadly, I did not get their names but one was slim with peroxide hair and the other brown haired with a lot of tattoos on his arms. Excellent bartenders who created a fantastic atmosphere in the bar. Thanks.

We visited to escape the rain and have a drink. The Shiraz is highly recommended and the paddle of beers is worth choosing to sample other beers. It was noisy but only to be expected in London.

Please don’t cancel dead pony club! There’s no ipa like it

I ordered my food online and it was very nice. However my friends ordered theirs at the bar and their orders were wrong. More training is needed....

Staff were pretty up themselves, I got charged twice, first for the correct about then a random amount about £10 to much, eventually got it sorted

Food was good, obviously a good selection of beers. Pretty loud and hard to hear my mate, but not the end of the world. Prices not great, but hey.

Had an absolutely horrible experience at BrewDog Soho a couple of months ago. The night was completely ruined by a belittling Australian bartender who was rude and dismissive throughout. His attitude made me feel unwelcome and really took the joy out of the evening. With overpriced drinks on top of that, it just wasn’t worth it. It’s a shame because the atmosphere inside was actually quite nice, and the comfy, fun chairs at the back added a great touch. But all of that was completely overshadowed by the poor customer service. I won’t be returning—there are plenty of other places in Soho where you can enjoy a night out without being treated poorly.

The Australian guy with long hair needs chill out and learn some manners. If your staff makes a mistake don't take it off your customers and don't start swearing, It really goes without saying... Whenever we come here, he's always running around like a headless chicken and is ways rude. If he thinks he's too good to work here, maybe he should move. All the other staff are always lovely and the food is tasty.

Booked a cocktail tasting session, did not try the food. Very friendly staff, brilliant atmosphere, however, the pre-made cocktail we tried were not all up to our taste and some were not available to taste :-(

We went to eat during the day with my husband, I took a burger and fries, he took a salad. The food was great, the service was fast and friendly. You could taste the beers before making a purchase decision. All in all a nice experience!

Wings were quite heavily battered so the meat to batter ratio wasn't right.

Absolute joke. Rang the bell for last orders so we ordered another drink. Then soon after they rang a second bell and asked us to leave with our drink in a plastic glass. Don’t sell drinks so close to asking people to leave

A smaller brew dog pub. The beers here cost around 9 euro +, so it is a bit pricier.

Can't fault the service in here, especially from Phil. Great food, including the veggie option. We had a Groupon voucher and it was no trouble. Had a great time in here. I wish I could steal Phil to work for me. His customer service is second to none. Neon Dream tropical wheat beer is really nice and I love Hazy Jane guava. Thanks

Watched England vs Switzerland here and was having a great time until I had to interact with a member of staff. I'd ordered a drink to our table and it hadn't arrived so I visited the bar to seek information. I was abruptly told by an Australian bartender that he'd seen with his own eyes that it had been delivered. I went back to check again and it definitely wasn't there. I returned to the bar and he argued with me for another few minutes saying he was sure it had been delivered before finally, reluctantly, pouring a replacement drink. One of the rudest waiters I've ever come across and ruined what was otherwise an enjoyable evening.

Hayden was incredible. Super knowledgable on beers and Rayden offered me taster when I wasn’t sure what to get.Felt like everyone cared about my experience and it was an all around positive experience if ur in soho. Don’t miss out

One of the smaller BrewDogs in London it seems. Lots of beers (didn't match their untappd menu, so that wasn't good). Screens showing the euro's.

Really vibrant place the staff were excellent

Visited around 7pm on Friday evening. There is no waiting, and there are plenty of seats even in the basement, so there won't be any waiting. I wanted to order a plate, but I didn't know how, so I asked. They asked me what my favorite beer was and brought me 4 to try. I mixed what I liked with what I wanted to drink and ordered 4 plates. The side menu is also good value for money, and most of all, there are many types of beer, so you can try them so you can find a beer that suits your taste! 2 mini menus + beer plate + 2 pints = £32 It's very noisy so you have to shout while talking, but the staff are friendly and the atmosphere is hip.🤭

It's a Brewdog so you know what you are getting, helpful service (I hope they are treating their staff well!), and plenty of seating when I was there on Sunday afternoon.

Usually hate brew dog, but good Pilsner, Hayden is a legend and very accommodating to nuisance customers and rude Scots. Cheers!

You have to try their veggie and vegan burgers, they are out of this world! Fries are excellent too and they obviously have an extensive selection of beers; try Hazy Jane. Super friendly staff too! Bit noisy at the back.

Great place, nice and calm. Not overcrowded. We went with some friends in the area and we were looking for a place to drink couple of beers and to eat something. Every other pub or place in this area was crazy overcrowded and not really nice. This place had many free tables. Nit overcrowded not noisy and nice atmosphere. The food came a bit slow but besides that we had lovely time there. RECOMMEND
