I bought chicken and it’s dry and hard, definitely not fresh at all

There was a chainese man working on Thursday evening (10.04) was very rude.doesn't know how to behave with customer.will never go back again there

2 words sums up this Wasabi - Ruddy Awful!!!!!! I had the sweet chilly chicken on noodles - pot was only 1/2 full & noddles tasteless. Was going to have the katsu curry but that looked dried out and over done, will not be going back. Staff were friendly and quick. If you want sushi go to Istu! Real pity as the consession in Liverpool Street station was amazing!!! Pity it's gone :-(

Great and cheap food for low-budget foreigners that need something good and warm to eat. Very tasty food with a variety of dishes and options.

As if the absence of social interaction doesn’t already feel off, I bought a Pulled Pork Ramen from this place, asked for it to be heated up. They gave it back to me in a bag. They had given me back the Curry Wasabi, rather than the one I had bought. Useless place, don’t waste your time.

Wasabi Liverpool Street bishopsgate , I had ordered for Tofu and rice on 7March lunch time, to the utter disappointment it had more of potatoes and pumpkin, tofu was barely there, you have decreased portion significantly, also the taste was not the usual one, it was bland. I don't see option to upload pictures, you know how the box looks though. is this cost cutting? Other day, rice were not properly cooked.You used to provide good service earlier, but now, you are way down the level.

Terrible service came over an hour late

Ridiculously small portion sizes for 2 bento boxes, i couldn’t believe they thought that was okay to send to a customer? the boxes were literally half empty i’m not even joking. What a rip off i remember the bento box portions never used to be this small, too expensive to be paying for such little food.

Ramen spilt all of the broth into the bag. The pumpkin was burnt and rock hard so most ended up in the bin. Very dissapointed

I am a student who works part time near this Wasabi. Food at cheap price is what I can afford on a day to day basis. So naturally I asked the man at the till if they do offer any discount. The man was a tall bearded individual and immediately got annoyed at my question. I showed him my student ID and said if so can it be applied? He said to show me my UNidays app and for some reason my app kept crashing. So I politely requested the man if he could make an acception this time. The then turned away from me saying, ‘I won’t , what are going to do about it ?’ as if I am here to beg for the food not actually pay for it. I was not in a mental state to speak back to the man and was overwhelmed with hunger and embarrassment. I calmly payed for my food and walked away. NEVER AGAIN!!

I recently visited the Wasabi branch in Bishopsgate, London Street, and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered the rice with tofu, but what I received was far from what I expected. The dish was filled with potato and bell pepper, and the tofu was nearly nonexistent. The taste was bland and unappetizing. Moreover, the service was equally frustrating. The staff seemed indifferent and inattentive. I couldn't help but feel that the local staff might be trying to cut corners or cheat customers. I am left wondering if this is the standard at all Wasabi branches or just an issue with this particular location. i hope the management addresses these issues promptly to improve the quality of their food and service.

The spicy salmon hand roll and the bang bang chicken dragon roll were very good!

My rice was half burnt I didn’t get to finish my meal im disappointed in wasabi this is my first time complaining about the food and my chicken was cut in half disgusted

The Tom Yum soup is the best , came in hot and and sesame salmon roll was amazing . I’ll definitely order again

Good prices, trays of all kinds, desserts, drinks and extras. The mochi was good but it tastes more like strawberry than cheese cake. The sushi is good, another day I will try the bento

The chicken in the curry was tough and not edible

My order came with the bag open and it looked as though half of my food was missing I have photo proof !!

I ordered 2 items and one of them was not what I ordered. Should have been a side of broccoli but I got chicken instead.

The date on the packaging said that it was made 20 minutes from when I bought it. It was not fresh at all because the chicken was very hard. It was at least 1 day old.

Good for a fast food chain. However flavours are adjusted to meet the "white" market. Tried today their Thai curry, it was not spicy as you would expect from green curry. It was just slightly tingling the lips. Other issue I have is amount of teriyaki sauce on the chicken katsu when one on top have a bit of it, where the second piece has almost non. Sushi are fine, rice not overly frozen. Prices are getting more expensive, there is less and less meat in lunch boxes. I wish there will be more sauce and veggies, not predominately rice.

Paid 0.99 pence for service - didn’t receive any cutlery. I eat this soup all the time and this one had no flavour, like they didn’t put enough of that soup paste inside. Also paid 1.99 for delivery, placed the order at 13:06 and got the food at 14:00…. Nonsense

The food was terrible. It was cold; the goyza’s were hard and chewy and cold. The noodles were essentially mush and cold and the chicken was cold and chewy. Very unpleasant lunch and ended up only eating 1/4 of it as a result. Very poor.

Für einen Sushi Snack am Abend kamen wir hier vorbei. Wir hatten verschiedene Sushis und hatten vor Ort gegessen. Das Essen war gut und frisch, das Ambiente zum Sitzen eher zweckmässig.

the food was fine but i specifically ordered the sweet chilli chicken with yakisoba bento but instead I was given it with rice instead so slightly disappointing.

The service was not that bad, but you guys never give chopsticks, and you don’t listen to the instructions of where we are requesting chopsticks. And it’s very frustrating because literally what are you supposed to do eat with your fingers? anyway, thank you.

I never order my bento with noodles because I absolutely hate yakisoba. And given I used the "order again" function , I most definitely did not pick it by mistake. Please do not substitute. Like ever

I have ordered twice from Wasabi Bishopsgate and both times they sent the WRONG items. The second time one of the orders was horrible, dry chicken in a seaweed roll. The best Wasabi is at London Bridge don't bother with this one!

I got the food from too good to go and feeling a bit disappointed cause inside the bag the sushi box is a Vegan version means no any meat or fish inside that box…..

Good for a quick bite. Does not have any seating space but it is nice for a takeaway. Lovely selection of soups, sushi, dumplings etc.

The staffs are nice, foods are fresh especially their salmon sashimi.

Awful cuisine that STINKS out rail services. Wasabi is the ultimate antisocial food group - it should he banned from public transport consumption. If you’re consuming this garbage on public transport you are a truly selfish, self indulgent weasel.

Delivered on time, neat and tidy packaging and food was at perfect temperature to eat when it arrived. Haven't had wasabi in a loong time, so it's good to know that their food quality is still great by delivery 👍🏼

They gave me a different potto. I asked just eat for refund. Be more careful when preparing orders!!!

Nice place to get Sushi & Bento

After reading the reviews I wasn’t sure whether to come here or not. But everything was fine - the food was fresh and tasty, the staff were friendly and did speak English 🤷‍♀️

I love Wasabi restaurants food is tasty and choise is great BUT this particular one is straight out of hell. Custommer service is a true concern. Some sushi sets don't include soil sauce and wasabi so usually it is given at a till but not in this place here you have to beg even for 1 sachet. I bought biggest set of sushi and a small one neither had sauces and asking for it was a serious trouble. I asked to fill my bottle with tap water - again an issue people at the till don't understand the language and when finally someone who does was called tells me they don't have a tap. No tap at the kitchen?!

Great food, decent price for the large portion, friendly service. I'll be back 🙏

Sendib declined to personalize an order I've made on Deliveroo, all i asked for is only rice and chicken, without curry and no veggies and at the end he just declined to do it, lying and saying he does not see my order on the system. I just paid for food that went to the bin thanks to him. All other stores do customize Deliveroo orders but he just declined. You should not order at this store.
