Ordered via delivery service. The delivery was fine but the food was unsatisfactory. The Sweet Chilli Chicken Bento was much spicier than Supermarket meals, and the Dragon roll sushi was very poor.

Efficient operation not unlike Pret a Manger. Pick out your hot or cold item, pay and take a seat. Ramen, sushi, edamame, over rice dishes.

We visited Wasabi in Lakeside Shopping Centre in Essex. First we got cold dumplings. Then we saw them microwaving these “fresh” dumplings. Then it turned out they completely mis-charged us and even though I pointed it out to them and said I’d pay for it after we ate (cos we’d already sat down) they just wouldn’t let us eat. Ride. Incompetent and the food was actually the worst I’ve ever had from Wasabi. Poor show folks.

I have been trying to order and pick up Sushi platters (as usual). Well guess what? After a week trying, I still have NOTHING!- They NEVER answer their phones!- The app they FORCE you to use works once out of 10 times and when it does there are no sushi platters anyway! - I prefer to think that their website is down because after several messages, I NEVER received any response!- Someone responded to me on Facebook but guess what, after 10 messages, they haven't yet responded to demand!You keep receiving generic messages (which is insanely annoying!) and there is no e-mail to get in touch with them so in the end this company seems to have become a ghost company.I honestly give up trying to get my sushis! You can't force a company to sell you sushis when they don't want to.

Went to grab a takeaway: Vegan katsu curry and rice. Both staff, one who served and another a cashier both confirmed numerous amounts of times it was vegan and they confirmed it was, we paid for it, collected our meal then left. When about to eat it, it appeared to look very realistic and didn't seem to be vegan. It was CHICKEN meat. I am absolutely disgusted with the staff at the Lakeside shopping centre branch who clarified it was vegan when it wasn't. I then contacted Wasabi who couldn't track our transaction that was paid via credit card, the cashier had not given a paper receipt. After multiple correspondences, proof was provided via the bank statement. Then they refunded for the meal without a genuine apology. So if you are vegetarian/vegan then I would NOT recommend this place. They obviously don't care. After this experience, I would not return and would not recommend this restaurant.

Every time when I'm buying sushi all rolls are smaller and smaller. Since opening Wasabi at Lakeside sushi roll sizes are smaller almost of a half of the size and today not only smaller they didn't taste fresh. Time to find better palce?

The katsu curry and spicy chicken are good but don’t have anything in there other than the very basics - sauce, chicken, rice, that’s it. The prawn tomyum is sugary and overly sweet with next to no prawns in there and isn’t authentic or at all good. The fresh sushi is decent but there’s a limited selection of small boxes to mix and match. The selection is very limited, mostly salmon or cheap (and bland) fish-based and the vegetarian rolls dull and tasteless. Also, the hand roll teriyaki salmon is a disgusting mess that went in the bin after one bite; it wasn’t “off” it was just rubbish. Much better food in Itsu (and Yo Sushi if you can stomach their ridiculous prices).

Really a perfect establishment. All there is to say. If you turn this place down, you are missing a godsend

I went to the wasabi in Paddington staton which I couldn’t find on here. I was really impressed with the quality and quantity of the curry I had. Good price too. I hope to see more restaurants pop up in the south west

Esta es mi primera visita a este tipo de restaurante. Quería algo rápido y fácil mientras pasaba. El concepto es bueno. Pero la comida era extremadamente sosa. Tuve el pollo con fideos. Prácticamente había cero condimento o sabor. También tuve la caja de sushi de salmón con el rollo de atún picante. El arroz estaba muy poco cocido. También los paquetes de jengibre estaban muy congelados. Y los paquetes de wasabi eran simplemente promedio. No terminé ninguno de estos platos. Como dije, el concepto es genial. Pero el resultado final fue muy decepcionante.

Only good if you want to do a take away otherwise they charge additional 20% to eat it. when questioned guy stated we dont charge you to eat in but you have to pay Vat to eat in equating to 20%....poor.Wont be returning.

The food is great but they have to work/improve the packaging. Its not reasonable to use all these plastic for the hot food and this has stooped me eating it.

Hay mucha variedad donde elegir .Aunque tiene mesas para poder comer allí es más bien un sitio de comida rápida ,para hacer una parada en el camino si estás de turismo. También sirven para llevar.

Usually i buy my luch from victoria station store, 3 times a week. I just relaised time by time the noodles burnt. The taste is different. I attach some picture about my luch today, noodles burnt again, not really tasty.

First time trying one of these places, the price and choice was good with one or to better options for someone watching the waste line at a reasonable price and would use again.I did have to look carefully online to review the nutritional info as a lot of items that looked like good choices were not.

Obviously is Veganary Month now in January. The vegetarian and the vegan menu was excellent. Hope the keep the menu year round. Tasty and chill vibe.

I have visted on two occasions recently. First I ordered the chicken katsu curry bento and secondly the chicken curry bento. On both occasion, it has left me with a upset stomach on the same and following days. Not only has this happend to me, but my collegues and friends who visited the store with me. Visited store - Moorgate and Holborn.

Visited a handful of branches while traveling in London and the quality was always consistent: great food for a reasonable price. Place is always spotless, clean and professional. Will definitely seek out this place again when we are back in London later this year.

La mia recensione è per il Wasabi della Broadway della stazione di Hammersmith, che non riesco a trovare sull'app. In ogni caso ci tengo a lasciare il mio parere. Noi ci siamo trovati male in quanto la cameriera che ci ha fatto pagare il conto, bionda con sopracciglia finissime, è stata scortese e ci ha preso in giro con i suoi colleghi solo perché abbiamo confuso la parola bag (sacchetto da asporto) con bill (scontrino), in quanto ha pronunciato la parola troppo velocemente. Le comunico cara signora che anche se non siamo abituati all'ascolto dell'inglese e non ci sappiamo esprimere perfettamente, capiamo benissimo quello che dite. Quindi magari la prossima volta siate più cortese con i turisti, anche perchè lei lavora grazie a noi. E mostrando la sua maleducazione non mostra certo di essere più intelligente, anche perchè noi abbiamo in tutto 4 lauree più un master, lei (inglese di nazionalità) che lavora al Wasabi vuol forse farci credere di essere migliore di noi? Ma mi faccia il piacere... Inoltre il prezzo del sushi è troppo caro per le confezioni che vengono preparate e se si mangia all'interno del locale viene aggiunto un sovrapprezzo esagerato quando non c'è nessun coperto (non ci sono tovaglie, bicchieri di vetro o vere posate). A mio avviso se si vuol mangiare in una catena è meglio scegliere Pret A Manger o addirittura Mcdonald, molto meglio di loro.

Cercando un ristorante giapponese ed essendo nei pressi della stazione di Hammersmith, abbiamo facilmente individuato uno store di Wasabi sull'app di TripAdvisor e non ci era parso male...devo dire che diverse volte girando la città abbia visto i vari ristoranti di Wasabi (la catena è piuttosto diffusa in città) e quindi la curiosità c'era...a questo giro abbiamo deciso di provare...devo dire che nel complesso non ci è dispiaciuto, non il miglior giapponese provato, ma qualità buona e prezzi ok...Lo stile del ristorante è self service, quindi non si può esprimere un vero giudizio sul servizio, ma i ragazzi alla cassa non ci sono apparsi molto cordiali...

He visitado muchas veces durante mi tiempo trabajando en Londres en los últimos ~ 10 años, pero lamento decir que ya no visitaré debido a la caída indudable de la calidad y al aumento continuo de los precios (y el reempaquetado discreto). de productos) . No puedo hablar por la comida caliente, pero el sushi siempre había caído en la categoría de 'bueno' si se consideran los precios entre 2010 y 2017. En tiempos más recientes, con la disminución de la calidad y el aumento de los precios, limito con 'malo'. El pescado no es tan fresco como solía ser y el arroz ha perdido todo el sabor, dejándote con la sensación de ser estafado después de haber pagado entre 5 por una pequeña caja de sushi y 9 por grande.

I have been buying dishes from Wasabi for many years for all my family but I will stop as the portions have been halved and prices increased. Especially the sweet chilli chicken with rice. We often have to cook extra rice at home now whenever we buy meals from wasabi as everyone remains hungry #wasabi

Chicken Katsu curry is my husband and son's favourite dish, whilst I enjoy choosing a selection of sushi.

Brought a sweet and sour chicken noddle bento box, very poor indeed, extremely salty and quality was overall lacking the taste and quality it had last year I had it, to say it should have been named Salty and sour chicken noddle instead. I remembered my last experience of the same bento box before this, it tasted great and a great amount of the noddles and chicken ratio, a lovely treat and delight, I will not be buying this box again and may stick to sushi boxes instead but to be honest, it’s left a horrible taste that I may not ever go back not to say the other foods on offer are no good as my wife had something else and she enjoyed it. For me it’s a no no but I will say the staff are always friendly and helpful there but I can’t buy and eat them lol.

I very rarely leave reviews for establishments within my work / Home area. But I have to make an exception here because of the horrible experience I have recently had from Wasabi (St Pauls). So a few weeks ago, I decided to go wasabi for lunch as I really fancied sushi. I purchased my sushi meal and consumed it at my office desk. Within an hour or 2 of eating, I started to feel ill. I ended up having to go to the toilets at work where I began to vomit. I told my boss I feel bad and I needed to go home. So I began my hour commute home while I was getting worse by the second. Half way through my train journey, I was forced to get off my train where I immediately threw up everywhere on the platform in front of everyone at Finchley Road during rush hour (picture attached). It was a very traumatic experience to say the least. I then had to wait around in Finchley Road Station for an hour or so before I felt confident enough to jump back on a train because I was still feeling sick. Eventually, I took the risk and got on the train home while praying that I don't vomit on the train. By the time I got home I was dead. Anyway, next day I felt much better but not 100%. Now this is where its worse. I reached out to wasabi on their Facebook page and explained my experience to them, to which they replied back asking me to email them. So I did. I was then asked to fill out a food poisoning form which took me about 15 minutes to fill in because they wanted so much information (including food I consumed 72 hours ago, where I've been the past few days, etc). Anyway I filled this out reluctantly and sent it back. They eventually reviewed it after 3 weeks and they sent me back a conclusion report outlining the fact they had investigated my case and everything was fine with the food, so you probably got ill from something or someone else, thanks for your custom and goodbye. That's essentially what they said to me. So I suffered illness from their food and they refused to take any blame. I have never ever been food poisoned like this. I eat food from all over the world and I'm always fine and I rarely get ill. Its just their attitude from not caring and not taking any blame or having any sense of duty which has really annoyed me and hence why I am writing this review and sharing my experience. Not even a refund was offered. Just a sorry but you probably got it from somewhere else message. It's safe to say I will never ever eat from wasabi again and I have echoed the same feelings with all my friends and family. Due to my experience, I am unable to eat sushi for a while as it still makes me feel nauseous. If you feel you have to eat from here, then please eat with caution. Myself, my friends and family will never be eating at wasabi ever again.

THis restaurant is everywhere, you can eat or take away your food. Service is fast and friendly and I love their food selection. One of mY favorite asian resto. They have wasabi everywhere in London which is really good and at 9:00pm all prices are 50% off not to have food waste . Hope all resto copy their style to avoid food waste.

I tried their tofu yakisoba and it was indeed good! The place is packed and hard to find a seat. Not recommend to hang for long time , just a quick meal. The price is reasonable too.

In the Pancras Square Branch, Kings Cross, London. Got one of their ready salads and some chicken katsu. I found stone in my apprantly unwashed salad, I thought I almost broke my tooth. Quite an unpleasant experience, especially in the context of their deteriorating quality, shrinking portions, and rising prices. In addition to staff that hardly speaks English, the Pancras Square branch was a big disappointment today.

Wasabi once filled you up for a fair amount of money, but the current price/potion ratio is ridiculous. They've changed the shape of the bowl to deceit customers and give less food now. 6.40£ for a HALF bowl of chicken curry? The owners must be proud of themselves.

I like eating here as it is close to the tube station and on my way back to the hotel...I find that the food is ever so fresh and a reasonable price for London

Wasabi Sushi and Bento is one of the fast food restaurants that I particularly like during my trip in London. First, I love the clean, bright, cheerful, and modern ambiance of the restaurant. Second, the authentic and fusion Japanese dishes that it serves (sushi, maki, salad, rice meals) are far more healthier than the typical greasy and high cholesterol fast food choices (burger fries, fried chicken). Third, the price is affordable given the quality and the quantity of the food. Even if some of its dishes are not as authentic as I want it to be (e.g its version of the Chicken Teriyaki rice meal is definitely different from its original Japanese counterpart), I would still return for the good value Japanese comfort food when in London.

Went there several times over the last few years and every time I regret it. I don't understand how they can even call this Japanese food. Especially the yakisoba is just downright disgusting. Too salt and it doesn't even taste like yakisoba. The rice bento boxes are horrible too. Not sure if the rice is overcooked or just not real Japanese rice but never ever again.

Nice sushi, soups for eating in and take away. Sushi was fresh, soup was hot enough. Price was good. Drank a thea with semolina balls in it, didnt like that.

Had lunch here, having previously used the Birmingham New Street station branch. The concept is spot on with hot food ready and waiting in the fixture. We had one pork dish with noodles and one chicken with rice, both pretty spicy. Took out a great selection of Sushi to eat later in our apartment.

Pas cher et rapide , en effet les plats sont déjà préparés et mis en boite. Vraiment utile et satisfaisant pour dépanner , les portions sont honnêtes pour le prix . La nourriture est saine et fraiche , mais un peu fade malheureusement ( pour les bentos en tout cas ) , heureusement la sauce soja et le wasabi sont mis à disposition .

Non si può dire che sia un sushi ai livelli gourmet, ma con 7 pound o anche meno riesci a saziarti senza problemi!

Salmon teriyaki contains way to much rice ,comparing to the teriyaki sauce. Also the salmon has been on several time overcooked. When ask for more sauce for the meal staff does not look very pleased. The price of the Aloe Vera drink also has been increased from £1.95 to £2.25

I just discovered this chain in London and very happy to see a fast food with sushi and other Asian food. Tried their chicken curry and it is addictive! And all very cheap as fast food should be. Staff is professional, food taste and prices good, excellent place in London, tried 3 different locations, all consistent.

take out sushi is not great since it is massed produced without the skill of sushi masters. it is cheap and portable which we needed since we were scrambling around Lpndon sightseeing. it fit the bill

Got like a tofu curry pot meal type dish at £6 it was pretty pricey but the size was good for the portion. The taste was really good. I found this to be pretty sweet and I have a sweet tooth so I hate to think about the amount of sugar they use. Good fast food check-out.

만족스러웠습니다. 영미 유럽권 국가가 모두 그렇듯이 한국인 분들에게는 외국의 스시 수준이 딱히 만족할만하지 않습니다. 하지만 이 가게는 다른 가게들보다 꽤 표준화되어있고 저렴한 가격에 만족할만한 스시를 드실 수 있습니다. 프랜차이즈의 사장 분이 한국 분이라고 알고 있는데, 그래서인지 한식 메뉴들(주로 덮밥, 닭강정 등) 또한 시도하실 수 있습니다. 저희는 스시 벤또와 제육 덮밥을 주문하였습니다. 스시는 평범한 수준이고 제육덮밥은 외국 입맛에 맛게 조리되어 맵지 않고 다소 달게 느껴지기는 하지만 여행중에 간단히 즐길 수 있는 한식으로는 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 추천드립니다.

ロンドンでは結構あちこちにあるフランチャイズで、日本だとスーパーに売っているような個別包装されたお寿司を持ち帰りやイートインできるお店です。味はまあまあです。

這次倫敦閃遊，發現了另一家日本快餐連鎖店，與 Wagamama 不一樣的是，Wasabi 以售賣壽司和便當作賣點，像麥當努一樣的速食日本菜的店舖，我們嘗試了照燒汁炸鷄便當，很好食，最重要是夠熱度，我相信很快 Wasabi 就會大行其道。

Hay muchos de estos lugares repartidos por la ciudad. Estoy un poco sorprendido de lo popular que son lugares de comida rápida japonesa (i. e. Wagamama también). Soy un americano de ascendencia japonesa, y tengo que decir que esta comida es la versión anglicized de comida japonesa. Como sushi, no es muy justo. La apariencia, los sabores y las texturas no están a la derecha. El wasabi (irónicamente) es un punto bajo - de alguna manera demasiado salado, creo. Pero si tienes hambre, no quieres una hamburguesa, es una opción razonable.

Ci siamo fermati qui per una cena al volo! Abbiamo scelto di mangiare nel locale, ma il sushi può anche essere portato via. I prezzi non sono per niente male considerando la qualità e le dimensioni delle vaschette, e oltre al sushi più classico ci sono tante cose sfiziose come i dorayaki, mochi ripieno, bubble tea e molto altro. Lo consiglio per un pasto al volo!

Possui várias lojas espalhadas por Londres; comemos na localizada embaixo da London Eye. Excelente opção de refeição rápida, deliciosa, saudável, super bem feita e fresca, a preço justo. Escolhemos nossa refeição diretamente na vitrine, pagamos e pudemos comer sentadas ao ar livre, observando a vista! Ideal para quem quer fugir do tradicional fast food sem atrapalhar o passeio! Super indico!

Buscando un rápido almuerzo, vimos el Wasabi.

Yo estaba en Londres y por mi almuerzo decidí ir a wasabi a través de la recomendación de un amigo. Compré una ensalada de pollo katsu y fue simplemente reventar con gusto. No me esperaba en absoluto que sea tan bueno, teniendo en cuenta que usualmente no me gusta comprobar la comida preparada fría, pero fue una agradable sorpresa. Hay unas cuantas tiendas alrededor de Londres, así que wasabi definitivamente recomendaría una visita si tenéis la oportunidad.

We went here in passing as a small party and it was as expected. There was plenty of choice with a lot of ‘new’ products available. It only took a short time to cook which was ideal as we needed to be somewhere shortly after.

Chaque fois que je me rends à Londres j’y mange tous les jours. Wasabi sushi & Bento est une chaîne. Vous en trouverez un peu partout. Mon adresse favorite là-bas. Beaucoup de choix et vous pouvez prendre makis et sushis à l’unité en libre-service avec de petit plateaux cartonnés se trouvant à l’entrée. Ce qui ne se trouve pas ici à Paris et à vrai dire ça me manque C’est vraiment excellent

På shopping rundt i London skulle vi have frokost - midt i den officielle frokostpause. Det væltede med mennesker så vi besluttede bare at prøve det første, det bedste sted.
