Warwick Fish and Chip in Carlisle

Just ordered large fish and chips and a large single fish . When order arrived chips were cold(ish) on the fish and the single fish turned out to be a sausage supper phoned to rectify and was going to be charged £ 4.80 for a replacement fish after a bit of discussion ( me getting nowhere ) itold them I would never be back

Got my order wrong 2 times and takes a long time to deliver. Chips swimming in grease and disgusting and the manager’s attitude stinks. Awful place will never go back!!!

Awful!!waited an hour and my pizza was wrong,phoned up and was told they would send the correct pizza in 15-20 mins, an hour later it arrived and was wrong again,phoned up and was basically called a liar by the manager, chips were very greasy and mushy aswell! Very expensive food when the quality is that bad!won't be back.

Food not the best. Got the order wrong twice, we ended up having to go to the shop for our food. Very poor for a take away. We won't use again.

Shocking service! Waited over hour for burger and chips ! Rang 5 times to say that I have not received it yet ! They told me each time it was on its way! Again I rang after hour and a half to say they were going to make me a fresh one ! That never happened either ! So I’ve asked for a refund! Wonder if I will get that ! Even sent me a email to ask how my meal was! Absolutely disgusting behaviour from staff and Manager! Who could only talk over me on the phone !

Ordered at 7.45 delivery said 55mins 9.26 after tried to ring twice and no answer so phoned food hub who said was on way hour late . No apology and opened and was cold and my salad was just red cabbage just chucked in bin as don’t like to reheat chicken very disappointed and won’t get my business again

We always order from here. Our girls love the pizzas and we enjoy the garlic bread and cheese and munch boxes, we always get loads!. The staff are lovely and the foods great, better than most of the takeaways in the area. Yeah we usually wait a little longer for delivery some days when its super busy. I cant believe some of the reviews on here. I mean weve ordered many of times and once they forgot our chips but when i called up they sent someone straight round with them aswell and extra sauces. We can rely on this takeaway.

food is lovely, staff are sound, price is good. There are your good points. Ordered online, said just over 1hr for delivery. Rang them after 1 hour to ask where food was, "they were looking right at it just waiting for a driver, soon as one comes in, it is going to be sent", I was told. 1 hour after that, just as I started my car up to go collect it, it arrived; Cold!! Rang to complain to be asked if I just wanted a new order doing or if I wanted credit?? I will consider the credit but only when I visit, NEVER ordering from here again.

Went to order food to pay by card to be told cash only .... no signs up stating this. We ordered 2 meals ....the chicken wrap was awful the chicken was the smallest strips I have ever seen . Tastless and will not be back

Really like the food here, usually collect but whenever we’ve ordered for delivery it never arrives on time even though we’ve ordered over an hour in advance. Always seem to “lose the ticket” or tell us that it’s set off and to ring in ten minutes if not there and then say when we ring back it’s definately gone. Whatever system they have doesn’t work.

Service was very poor. My boyfriend ordered mine, then when it came to taking out I asked if I’m there was salt and vinegar on my order, answered with “would you be annoyed if there wasn’t?” I said yes I want salt and vinegar on please. The lady put lots of salt and vinegar on (luckily I like a lot) then said “you should have ordered this at the time” rude response in my opinion. It shouldn’t have been a problem. Chips cheese and gravy good but poor customer service!

The worst food in carlisle by far. Never had anything as bad. So dry almost impossible to eat. Stay away unless your steaming..

Deleted my order from foodhub to stop my review so here it is. Family meal with 2 kids. 2 pizzas ordered with chips for the kids and kebab and pizza for us. They forgot the kids pizzas and got our pizza wrong. The worst of it was the delivery driver knew the whole time and didn't say anything just waited for us to ring up. By the time they sent the rest of the order the kids were full from chips and to be honest, we were too pissed off to even eat the rest. Can't believe they have deleted my order from foodhub.. Wont go back

Ordered food, when arrived said not been paid and by the time sorted food cold, then missing all sauces. Rang to complain and told basically to sick it up and we'll give you sauces next time you order . SORRY BUT KEBAB WITH NO SAUCE, COME ON!!!

Popped in here whilst walking around Carlisle on a Monday night. Served quickly and looked to have a good range of food. Had sausage/chips which was perfectly fine presented in a nice takeaway box. No issues at all and fair price. Would go again.

The bacon was seriously under cooked to the point where I couldn't even bite into it without pulling the full slice out. The chicken is horrible processed crap that only fills half the bun. Chips are soggy and for me inedible. This was a collect from in store. Would not recommend. See pictures for how much waste was left and this was from a someone who has had a lot to do drink. Heard nice things about other products from there but please avoid there chicken burgers!!

Compramos una pizza y Kebab desde aquí y la comida es de escasa calidad, Pizza no estaba ni siquiera cálida y casi ningún llenaban el Kebab de pollo estaba lleno de cosas malas de pollo. La ensalada no era fresco y hoy debo decir que la pizza era tan seca que los niños no quieren comer, cuando pedí la señora tomar la orden claramente no les importa y nada.

Me he comido aquí dos veces, una pizza normal. . Se puede llegar fácilmente desde un horno uno un supermercado que sería muy superior.

We Ordered a snack box which included various items in a 10inch pizza box. Onion rings were soggy, chicken pakora was rock hard, doner meat cold, best thing about it was probably the chips! The burger we ordered on the side did not even taste like beef... we will not be returning! In addition the Delivery driver was very rude and had a 'can't be bothered' attitude- not a good representation of the business!

Always order from here and can never fault service and quality of food but today 45 min late for food that came cold soggy and delivery driver was rude. The twice I rang the women I spoke to was loverly. Won't order from them again

Delivery time was extended. Forgot some of the items ordered. Then had to wait an additional 30mins for missing items to be delivered.

My collection time got extended by 30mins from the original time I then got a phone call 25mins later telling me they've just got my order now and had to wait another 20mins when I got home my deep pan pizza was a thin base and I was missing mushy peas

Order took over an hour and the wrap was soggy from the cabbage, I recommend you have it all in separate containers and cling film the wrap on its own. The lamb was tasty tho.

Hairy pizza missing garlic sauce and gateau. After waiting an hour!! Phoned to complain they said they would make a fresh one which then took over 45 minutes to arrive! Leaves a lot to be desired!

Most of the food was ok, one pizza was stone cold when delivered and the shop was most unhelpful when we rang, jacket potato wasn't the best at all compared to previous ones, probably won't order again to be honest, customer service and customer satisfaction is paramount in any industry and they didn't have that at all, very disappointed

1st time ive orderd here and was the best ive had. Delivery was fast, food was hot, and fresh and big portions. Only downfall is there gato is actually a devils fudge cake and kids portion for the price but apart from that was amazing.

Usually we have a great meal when we order here, tasty, fast service and good value. However today when our order arrived it was incorrect and we were shocked to then find they asked for the order back after it had been in our possesion and also partly eaten. I expressed my reluctance to return as I believe this is unacceptable and to my knowledge against hygiene regulations. Unsure of what they are planning to do with the uneaten burger patties. Will not be eating here again.

The chips tasted like soil out the ground

Once AGAIN, the order was sent incorrectly. This establishment has a habit of getting little things wrong. A quarter pounder instead of a half pounder. A tub of sauce missing. An extra pitta bread missing. They really need to train their staff to check orders better. And it's always little things that you feel aren't worth complaining about. How are they gonna refund £1?? Is it worth waiting another 45 minutes to get the right burger? All this money adds up and goes in their pocket not mine. It happens so frequently that I'm starting to wonder if it's deliberate?? Shame cos the food is okay....

Over an hour to deliver and cold food in arrival...

Ordered two meal deals one was mega burger there was no problems with it. The other meal deal I asked for a doner wrap with no salad and it had salad in the wrap when it had arrived and didn't realise till two bites had been taken out the wrap. Very disappointed within my order.
