Wan's in Charnwood

We have been going here for as long as I can remember I don't live locally anymore but when I'm here it's our treat last month the chips especially weren't great but everyone has an off day but today 3 of us just looked in dissapoiment as we got home and saw the food a few looking pie and the chips just disgusting dad said they are like chewing leather I just couldn't ever bear to try one and mum was the same.i did go back to the other end of town to tell them how disappointed we were and sadly to say I personally won't be going back moneys tight at the moment so when you treat yourself you don't expect to bin what you've paid for

We got a takeaway delivered this evening and it was gorgeous. Good was amazing, fresh clean tasting and full of flavour. Highly recommended. Fast delivery, faultless.

We found this hidden gem in the lock down in 2020 and have been a regular customer ever since, the food is always hot and delicious.

Discovered this hidden gem after a visit to the nearby pub . Tried the fish and chips on that occasion…. 😋…. Ordered a takeaway a few weeks later … OMG , not exaggerating, the most delicious chop suey and sweet and sour chicken we’ve tasted ! Fast friendly service, fresh tasty food and yes;THE most fantastic prawn crackers ever ! Keep it up 👍

Wand is still the best takeaway in Loughborough. Food is always amazing, prawn crackers are the best on the world - they just melt in your mouth, and the family are lovely too. Boss man would be really proud 😍 thank you for your service

As it's both a fish and chip shop and a Chinese takeaway, Wan's is perfect if you've got people who want different things from a takeaway dinner. The only downside is that you have to collect. The pork fried rice is the best in Loughborough (and believe me I've tried!) and because it's a chippy you don't run the risk of the usual Chinese takeaway chips with your order. Great portion sizes and honestly cheap as chips. I recommend it to anyone and everyone and have done for years!

The man woz on his iPad watching make up videos behind the counter and didn't botice I was there he the jumped up and said 'HELLO' in a weird voice I ordered egg rice which had fingernails in it

Cheap and cheerful, you get plenty of food for the money one of the best in Loughborough in the golden triangle once found you won't go anywhere else

Cheap quick takeaway, never had the chinese but the fish and chips is great and the owner is lovely albeit sometimes a bit grumpy!
