This was my worst experience ever. The customer service is horrible with racism attitude today. The two racist guy was horrible toward me. I told them that I am working in NHS and entitled to discount. , The red TShirt guy says we need to see card, when I told them I didn’t bring with me . He said I wanna see the ID picture. Once I received pics from home the other guy said I need to see physical picture. Why they give me so much hustle with no reason. Like how many people miss use blue card and NHS ID card for just Nando’s . I was with my children but the way they see me and talking with each other I feel like they giving me money and pay our food. Very good, fast and friendly staff, hot food and very clean! Parking on the same floor and lots to do in the centre itself so 10/10

As a South African who has eaten at countless Nandos restaurants throughout South Africa, this was the most terrible restaurant I have ever visited. I ordered a quarter chicken meal and was presented with the smallest, tasteless, driest chicken leg. I suggest that they learn from their South African restaurants. Avoid this branch at all costs.

What’s going on with Nando’s??? Nando’s used to be an ok place to go but this was terrible. The staff was ok. Doing their best to be helpful. My issue was with the portion sizes. I had a butterfly chicken burger. It was basically a chicken breast cut in half before butterflied. So yes, it’s butterflied but it still the size of one small chicken breast. Not impressed and not sure if this is Nando’s all over or just this branch that are trying to be clever. The kids meal is a good deal as it includes dessert so everybody is happy but can’t see us going back soon again. Or I just have a drink whilst the kids eat.

I ordered a chicken pitta with coleslaw and it was awful. There was literally a few scraps of coleslaw and the chicken wasn’t even hot. The waitresses were pleasant and it was replaced but the whole experience wasn’t good enough. I wish I had taken a photo as I still cannot believe that anyone would think that it was acceptable to serve that to a customer.

Ordered a take away from here as our usual restaurant (Putney) wasn’t taking orders , We was reluctant to order as have eaten in the restaurant before and wasn’t impressed with that either the food sat on the hot plate for 10 minutes and when brought to the table was freezing cold , Told the manageress who wasn’t very concerned or helpful ! Well today delivery was no better was sent a plain burger which actually was a child’s burger as you can see from the photos I’ve added !! The boneless thighs were so small they looked like wings photo also added !! The mash was so over cooked it was hard and all food was freezing cold !! Trust me avoid at all costs , use the Putney branch !!!

Never really been a fan of Nando’s restaurants but I agreed to meet a friend for lunch in Wandsworth so this was an easy choice. Lemon and herb chicken was tasteless and dry as a bone! The spiced grains with butternut squash had No squash whatsoever in it, and tasted very bland; supposed to have beans too but there wasn’t any. I changed my order to spicy rice which came only slightly warm, the rice tasted like perfume or a horrid medicine. Service was ok but the waitress was overly helpful and demanded that my friend who was deaf wrote a review. Note to self- don’t ever eat in any Nondos restaurant food is ‘ rank’ Can’t understand how people get so excited about it! 😱

The service in here always pleasantly surprises me compared to any other Nandos! Dined here evening of Monday 2/5/22 and there was a person with a trainee badge on that was really helpful to me! They also caref a lot about Covid by wearing a mask and handing me things with a tissue which I find so respectful so thank you to that person!

There wasn't really any method to seating and serving at the tills. There was a queue of at least 10 people waiting to be served and one till open. It wasn't until myself and couple of other people complained that another employee began to serve. The staff were friendly, don't get me wrong but there was absolutely no attention being paid to waiting customers, only those that had been seated. There was no sanitisation of the sauce bottles between customers either so customers were using their hands to eat and then picking up the bottles and then spreading germs. Luckily we brought our own wipes as we always do as we have young kids, but that is something that needs to be investigated. The food was good, it came very quickly but I would have preferred a bit more char.. As for that gravy you have started selling, wtf is that? Watery, bland and pointless. It doesn't compliment anything. The kids were happy anyway but it ws an average meal at best. And bring back the chicken livers, please.

Standard Nandos which is usually great! Pretty decent portion sizes, great selection, service is good, overall great place, only reason its 4 instead of 5 stars is purely because its not beyond amazing, its not the best restaurant, but thats ok, its still pretty good!

Very unpleasant experience today. My friend and I went to Nandos in Southside for lunch. You have to scan this restaurant into your phone. Not track and trace Then you have to order your food on your phone and then pay on your phone. We sat at our table for 15 minutes and no one helped us or clearly explained in detail how to order. After another 15 minutes of fiddling with my phone with no help from the staff the website said our order failed we walked out. Terrible

The worst Nando's. The lighting is too dark. Poor customer service from the managers. They refused to let us order food at the counter despite the system not working. We were attempting to order food for around 20 minutes. In this time the managers were handling my phone etc which defeats the idea of 'contactless' ordering. Takeaway from this branch via Deliveroo is always substandard quality with no care at all and always arrives cold. It is only because it is local I find myself in this terrible branch.

Rather disappointed, we had a table outside which whilst being cold wasn't their fault as it was the only table available, but it was as though we had been forgotten about, the service was lacking and we had to go in and find someone to ask for more drinks which makes your table service pointless. The food was great as always but the service definitely let the lunch down.

We stopped in here as we were staying in a hotel opposite. The staff were friendly and professional. Food was hot, delicious and great value. Kids really liked the bottomless drinks.

Telephoned for a cheeky takeaway, our order was quickly made and cake our very hot, tasty meal and good value for money!

Ate here on Sunday evening, the restaurant was busy but not full, we were seated quickly. We ordered and the food was served in good time, the staff were friendly and the was nice. All in all a nice meal

The shopping centre in Wandsworth is brilliant. It has a lot of shops which are mainly located in the shopping mall area inside. There are also restaurants and a cinema within walking distance. The centre is easy accessible and there are car parks near by...

Wandsworth without a doubt has something for everyone. Daytime or nighttime you can always enjoy Wandsworth. It’s not central but close enough to have the delightful ambience you can expect. Wandsworth has something for all

Nandos is a chain. I've eaten at the Nandos in the Southside Shopping Center and also the Nandos in Putney. Got piri piri chicken each time . It's a place you can take young grandkids--which is what I was doing in April 2019.

Visited Nando’s in Wandsworth, located inside the Southside shopping centre. Once again Nando's failed to disappoint. Good menu with plenty of choice, freshly cooked to order. Staff very pleasant. Happy to re-visit in the future.
