The best massaman I have ever tasted, sticky rice delicious too. Partner had penang with prawns and said it was amazing. Can’t wait to return

Best Thai food I've honestly ever had and very reasonable priced! We ended up sharing everything as we couldn't decide and didn't want to miss out. Cauliflower bang bang and sweet corn fritters starters were exceptionally good. The Massamam curry and Pad Thai were outstanding. A small family business, everything cooked fully from scratch, super friendly. Absolutely loved it!

My friend lives in Sale Moor and was eager to try this place out as it has been open for roughly 7 months. I looked at their website and noted their menu prices as my friend and I are both in our 60s and disabled. I would warn anyone with mobility issues that the toilet isn't ideal for anyone infirm or with mobility issues. The first thing I noticed when we got to the front of the cafe (street food surely doesn't warrant a restaurant description?) was that every main meal price had been put up by a pound. Since the business was a new one putting prices up like that isn't ideal...but my friend had a can of Sprite which was £2.50. Fortunately I couldn't drink anything as I have a daily fluid restriction. I ate a prawn 21 on the menu, Massaman Curry (£14.50), and whilst the potato was slightly hard the meal was nice. My friend had Chicken Thai Green Curry (£13.50) and said it was spicier than she anticipated. We were the only customers in the place and it felt quite off putting having someone literally there all the time - it doesn't encourage customers to return, especially when there is no banter. I live near Baan Thai in Reddish (it's been there now for over 15 years) and my experiences there have been more positive. On looking at the reviews again I noted that despite the business in Sale Moor being open for over 6 months not many have been motivated to give any review. I considered this place unfriendly and not good value. Saying that I hope this review is heeded and changes are made...I am not sure about the legality of displaying one price on the website and another at the restaurant because it can be viewed as misrepresentation. There also should be a warning about the toilet not being suitable for mobility challenged customers??

We visited last night for our dinner and the food was exceptionally good - probably the best Thai food I’ve ever had outside of Thailand. Prices were super reasonable too just under £60 for 2 for starters mains and 2 drinks each. We can’t wait to go back and will be recommending to everyone we know in Sale!

We had six starters between two of us to make sure we had a good range of foods to try. Everything was delicious. Cooked to perfection and very authentic. The staff were very friendly and the food came out really quickly. Cannot recommend this place highly enough

Absolutely Amazing! The staff are great here, so welcoming and polite! Fast service, the food is made fresh to order and the flavours are perfect! I didnt waste any time shoving the food in my mouth so I didnt get any pictures but we had the satay chicken, chicken wings, pad kra pow and pad Thai.... the roti and banana fritters to finish - all of the dishes were 10/10 ❤️ We will definitely be back here soon!!

We called in for dinner on a Wednesday night and were delighted with our experience. Great service and amazing food. We’ve enjoyed eating at Try Thai near Chinatown in the past - this was at least on a par and probably better for being a nice neighbourhood restaurant.

We had a brilliant time here! This was our second visit and this time we brought our young children (4 and 1). Great service and amazing, tasty and fresh food. Fantastic vegetarian options too. We have also had take out twice since our last visit and they were just as good. Highly recommend

This restaurant has only been open since October 2023, it must be doing well because they couldn’t fit us in Saturday night after 6.30pm as they had a booking for 24 at 8. We had a lovely time, we shared starters on spring rolls and chicken satay, both were lovely, I had the Massaman curry as a main, my wife had one of the specials that evening, both Mel’s were really tasty. I had a couple of bottles of beer my wife had 2 glasses of wine, the bill was just under £60 and worth every penny.

Whenever I work in this area, I always go to Waterside Cafe on Redhill St Manchester 4. Appropriately named, this delightful, clean, welcoming cafe sits by the canal. Inside it is very clean with an extensive light meal/snack menu. There are deep settees to relax in or chairs and tables. People sit with their newspapers or laptops. The owners are so helpful, friendly and accommodating. My favourite thing is the goat's cheese panini which is really good quality. Go there, it's a lovely place.

Had the Christmas special, camembert burger, chose the chicken one. Came with bacon and cranberry sauce. Chip, 1 side and a drink for £20. It was beautiful! They forgot my side so asked our sever about it, think she was stressing with a large table she had because when I did ask she didn't look happy. Still, it didn't affect my experience too much, I know how hard server roles are! Highly recommended any time of day, a new special every week.
