Steak Canadians are processed, almost like donner meat, for the cost I would have expected proper steak.

Everything was nice but disappointed in the Wam box. I asked for coleslaw and got none. I also thought chosing your flavour would mean it was on everything. Red onions were one of my picks and I got 2 little slithers. I just wouldn't order again for the price. But the breakfast barm and the ham sandwich were both lovely.

Disappointed for the 1st time after many WAM orders. Not up to usual standards at all. Jacket potato was hard & had a very large rotten piece in it.

Best sandwich company around, food is unreal 👏🏼and the staff are class and always up for a laugh and you don’t feel like you’re on your own like most places.

Order a sweet chilli chicken pasta box. Was disgraceful chicken wasn’t even fresh. No taste bland. Will not be going back never tried food so awful everything is just precooked nothing is fresh! Disgusting 🤢

The quality isn’t consistent, I feel like it depends on who is doing the order as I ordered two sausage bacon egg one with brown sauce and one with ketchup, they both came with brown sauce

I ended up paying nearly £11 for a chickin rap and a lucozade i think this is is not on i live 5 minutes away and in total i spend over £5 on service and deliver i wont be the food was good but not worth over £10

However, today I ordered a vegetarian WAM box which included marinated halloumi. It was only upon putting the item in my mouth that it was found to be chicken!! I phoned the restaurant to explain what had occurred. The first member of staff was quite polite and she mentioned the manager was a vegetarian. I asked to speak to the manager to find she was arrogant and rude. Saying things like 'what do you want me to do...' 'come to your house and kiss your arse' or ' give you blood'. No compassion from someone who you would think would understand the detrimental impact that this has on someone who has not eaten meat for a number of years. Normally good food but disgusting service, won't be ordering again

16/09/23: not a bad breakfast, but not great portion sizes. Sausages weren't great quality, not enough beans or tomatoes as the tray was quite shallow. The food wasn't greasy though, so that was a bonus. Fairly inexpensive products, for what we paid.

Extremely bad service. Ordered food this morning, one of the items not received. When I called, the lady said she couldn't hear me, then phone went dead. Denied putting phone down on me (?). Long story short, they refused to deliver the missing item, insisting no driver was available. No apology. Terrible customer service. To cap it all, the food wasn't great. Cheese on toast was like eating rubber. Definitely do not recommend.

Everyone in WAM is so so kind and helpful. I always get a ham salad sandwich so the people who work there know my order now! 10/10 would recommend. They also do meal prep and other sorts of foods. Rice boxes, wraps jacket potato’s I think and of course sandwiches and much more. They have a great selection of drinks and some healthy home made options for Afters too. They also serve hot drinks. I’ve had breakfast from there a while ago with my dad and I absolutely loved it. They do healthy options which is great.

I deliveroo'd for this shop, smells amazing, food looks incredibly good, and the portions are colossal. The ladies are super hard working and, at the same time, very social and polite.

Just an unpleasant experience :( Since Wayne and Pam left a few years ago it’s not been great. The staff just seem to have no idea what they’re doing, and they’re very rude. No sense of awareness, they’re usually okay with customers but there’s a constant awkward atmosphere makes it hard to interact. Food is just plain OK. Nothing special, same ingredients in every dish. Overpriced for what you get. It’s a shame, with better management, owners and staff, it would be really nice again but the girls in there (except Julie) are not nice one bit

Ordered through Just Eat and food arrived 30 mins ahead of time! Had a healthy breakfast, which was amazing and purchased a chocolate brownie.....or so I thought. When I opened the bag it as a flippin bagel. Gutted is an understatement as I have heard the brownies are gorgeous from WAM. I emailed the shop but my email bounced back. Hopefully, next time I order I will get my brownie. On the plus side, the bagel looked lovely and would have been fab with the breakfast had I known it wasn't my brownie. haha

Food was excellent as always, the drink was missing from our order though when it was delivered.

Always great customer service and food when we order from wam and arrives early every time ! Wam boxes are stuffed full and taste amazing, cheap considering how much food you get and the quality. Had the same delivery driver each time I’ve ordered he’s very friendly. Did have one experience where they messed up the orders but I called up and they were very friendly and replaced them ASAP the new order arrived within 10 minutes :)

Food is amazing ... only when the staff Get your order right I’ve ordered so many times a well done steak and eggs but I got disappointed three times now getting the steak wrong , so I gave up on the steak changed it to chicken breast and they served it with TWO FRIED EGGS every time Which was great but today they decided to change my order and put me one boiled egg sliced which I’ve never had done in my usual order I’m done trying going back there it’s a shame because the food is good but they just don’t seem to have great consistency.

I ordered a small Chinese chicken WAM box only to find it was full of oil once I had opened it , the food and chicken is lacking flavours and the veg inside was dry. I waited almost 20 min for this and then again another 5 min to pay !

I sit in for my usual of a sausage and egg barm of which is incomparable to anywhere else I eat in the categories of quality, speed of service and value for money. The food is always at the highest level and never had an issue with times at Wam. Just wanted to let everyone know where the best place to eat during the day is and that’s WAM! Coming from management hospitality I can see quality A mile away and wam ticks all the boxes

Always amazing service at Wam. All the staff are super friendly, and the food is even better. Eat in or take away, your made to feel right at home. Food it always top quality, made fresh to order and sooooo tasty. The chicken wraps are the best chicken wraps we have even had. Portions are amazing and cakes for dessert a bonus. Love Wam.

What an amazing lunch we’ve just had tikka chicken Wam Box with peas, sweetcorn, slaw, broccoli 🥦 sweet potato mash and spinach with a mint yoghurt for me and hot chilli chicken with rice, sweetcorn, broccoli, green beans, slaw and peas for the husband we loved every bit of both of them we will most definitely be back very soon!

Been coming here for buttys but now I’ve just had a wambox meal. Pasta with chicken and lemon and pepper dressing. Really delicious. Highly recommend. Only criticism is lack of diet drinks. Friendly staff. Lively and vibrant atmosphere.

Wide range of healthy meals to choose from.they also do a good range of meal preps great staff as well

This place is simply amazing. The food is stunning, really tasty and the boxes are so filling that they keep me going most of the day! Service is always with a smile and the team here really know their stuff and help you out choosing the right balance of food for your boxes giving you any advice you may need. The prices are cheap in my opinion for the quality of the food they serve here which is a huge bonus! Keep it up guys.

I've been going to Wam on and off over the last eighteen months and no matter how long between visits Pam and Wayne remember who I am. They even remember how my daughter is, although they've never met her! I can't stress how great this place is and how good the food is. Never disappointed! Keep up the good work!

I call in every now and then to get my daughters favourite lunch - she loves the Chinese chicken wrap - and I'm always impressed with the food and service. There is lots of choice and a well thought through healthy menu. The food is fresh, well prepared, well presented and tasty. All for an extremely reasonable price.The atmosphere is good and the staff are so friendly and always have time for a quick chat. I would highly recommend to anyone especially if you are visiting Heaton Park. Well done Wam!!

Really good. The food is fresh tasty, healthy, and reasonably priced. Well worth travelling for. Friendly service too. I had the Cajun chicken wrap which was hot and bursting with delicious filling, the wrap was toasted slightly, giving it a lovely crispy texture. Highly recommended, I will be back soon

The lunch boxes may well have been healthy before the marinate!! The chicken and turkey mince are so oily once the sauce is on them! I got a lunch box n by the time i got to work n ate it all the oil had settled n this cant be healthy..

if you are health conscious then this is the best place to eat in manchester. the food is 100%, i have had a few different things like omelette and salad boxes and they have always hit the spot and been something special. the atmosphere is friendly, always a good positive energy from the staff and customers. i love this place.
