the food was completely cold and due to that there was no taste. I will never order from them again. They should give us the compensation for providing cold food.

Best grilled wings in Wembley. Asked for 15 wings and bossman gave me 5 extra complimentary wings.

I have very mixed reviews. Some staff are very horrible and would rather not go at times. On a few occasions they advertise promotions which are confusing as they don't always honour them. The chicken wings certainly taste very nice. Do try to get there when they open. You are more likely to get fresher wings.

I got the 1.99 deal, the burger was burnt and the entire meal was tasteless , later on I got food poison I vomited it all out .

Disgusting standard of food. Ordered bbq chicken wings which were stale, old and the chicken was black inside. The bbq wings were cold as if they had covered it in cold bbq sauce from the fridge. The rest of the order was hot and the fries were soggy and undercooked. Do not recommend this dump.

recently had the crispy chicken, and it was absolutely delicious! The chicken was perfectly cooked—golden and crispy on the outside while remaining juicy and tender on the inside. The seasoning was just right, adding a great flavor without being overpowering. Every bite was enjoyable, and I truly loved it. Today I went there. They took my money but didn’t give me my food they just give fries or wings . And also charge money for chicken . Very low service I call them but they are not ready to understand

Food arrived cold and not what Ive ordered. Delivery was late good 30 min. Once again these chicken shops are useless when it comes ordering food online.

I ordered ice cream and BBC they didn’t had they send me without to double check with me a cake. Even that’s wrong I would accept it but they cake was moldy. I have post a picture where we customers can call and report those kind o business. They have to shut them down. Our health is more important.

food was cold going by tracking the driver he had a delivery before mine. and by time my food came it was cold food went straight in bin. maybe you should do 1 delivery at a time this way your customers get hot food not cold food!!

The lady on the till wasn't serving food, saying she needs to deliver a big order at 1:35am. Sje wasn't taking further orders, I asked her multiple times if anything is available she said I will give you fries only. This is extremely unethical. Please close the shop early if you can't cater customers till 3am. Pathetic customer service.

What a disgraceful services ever I received, selling expired food and undercooked chicken. When I approached to staff they were rude and arguing with me. Poor hygiene standard, this shop must be shut by EHO or local authority, how they run the business on high street where no food safety and health safety in place. Definitely get involved to local council.

Pathetic service from the girl on the evening shift. The queue was literally outside the shop and the girl was busy chatting with another girl about seeking a job just not bothered about the queue. I had a take away only to find out the wings that were packed were atleast a day old. She should be sacked. I know everyone needs a job at the moment but there's something known as professionalism.

I just received my order and this is what I got! Ridiculous! I am refusing to put this in my mouth as it was obviously on the floor or maybe worse! THANK YOU FOR STEALING MY MONEY!!!!! Every time I order, the order takes at least 40/50 minutes. Regardless of what time of the day/night I ordered. I think it is a shame to be called “fast food” if you are not actually fast. Furthermore, my house is literally (and I am not even exaggerating) not even 4 minutes away from the store. I have called many times about many of my orders. Nothing has changed at all over the past 6 months. I will have to raise my complaint even higher up if nothing gets better. After all, this is customer service!

AVOID. Crap food and missing items - scam company. You missed off our wings from the box meal deal, charge £2.50 for a pathetic amount of coleslaw and chucked our (wrong) tiny desserts into the box so they were smashed up. Chicken not crispy and yet completely dry in the middle. If you don't care about doing a decent job, get a different one. 0/5 stars.

Worst service experience ever in this branch. I ordered 5 chicken wings after I ask the ketchup and mayo but the lady on the counter showing me the empty box for that then after I ask for sprinkle some peri peri power on wings so she’s answer me like It’s new one, it’s different etc etc. after that I stand at the counter and she’s ignoring me then she go in kitchen and gave me only mayo dip and also she’s fill very less mayo inside. However, I share my best review for Alperton Walli’s best customer service.

I ordered chicken thighs and 1.5 liters of Pepsi. The restaurant didn't call to say they didn't have any chicken thighs or 1.5 liter Pepsi, they simply sent out 3 cans of Coke and a bunch of chicken breasts. I didn't receive the order, I sent it back. It is not possible to call the restaurant because their phone is switched off. The courier called me back and the woman working in the restaurant said that what I ordered was not available, but they thought it was not important to me. The courier guy was very good because he took the order back and made sure I got what I ordered and what I PAID IN ADVANCE.

Hire some good staff who can manage your shop well. No matter you are customer or driver they always make you wait long time. They always have excuses ready. Think about it you are running a business and your staff wasting too much time of driver. If you cant reach to services stop uber justeat. You running 2 3 business same location with different name this must be report to brent council.

45 mins for 2 burgers then cold buns reheated twice cold chips. Limp salad and almost no mayonnaise. When we complained told it’s only £5 burgers ! Why do we expect quality ! Avoid like the plague! Rude staff and even worse food !!!
