Roosters Piri Piri in Brent

I am a frequent customer. I’d love the quality of the food and the service is always A1 from the staff. Please note to owner: get that door fixed! It’s insufferable especially in winter time with the cold air coming through. The door just needs a repair so that it closes every time somebody passes through. It’s been going on for years now and needs to be repaired thank you.

I bought the offer package which was Chicken Wrap with Medium Chillies spice it also came with Piri Piri Potato Chips😍🤤 it was so delicious. I also had Chilli sauce separately, it is awesome with the chips. Ask for free Ketchup & Mayonnaise. One was for £8ish. Good value for money in Kilburn & Maida Vale Area. It makes your bowels work after food 🤣🤣🤣👍You understand what I mean 😁😅 They prepare your food so quickly. Their meat is marinated so well. They deserve your custom. Negative: Shop is cold 😅😒it is a takeaway shop, the door opens a lot because of the customers entering the shop.

My delivery was late. The driver called for directions but spoke over me and did not seem to understand English very well as he could not follow very simple directions. Upshot was cold food. Not happy

Was staying in London for four days and ended up here one night. After that went there every night, it was so good! We ordered take away and the food was still smoking hot when we got to our hotel! Definetly coming back some day, customer service was also 5/5🥰

Medium marination and sauce wasn’t tasty somewhat bland I recommend the hot sauce next time which is full of flavour this time it was average

The food quality is 10/10, the shop look clean and hygienic. Also the staff is really friendly. Overall great experience eating at roosters peri peri Kilburn branch. Must try!

The sizes of the wings are much smaller.

Packaging was ripped, sauce leaked everywhere and chicken exposed to outside. Ended up throwing it away as I didn’t want to take the risk of eating exposed food

The food was extremely cold. The chips had poured out of the bag and were wet from the cold water.

Food was cold. And late . By the time the food arrive you are not hungry anymore.

delivery driver did not deliver the food. rang me saying he outside at the door. I told him that is not the door go into the block of flats and to 2nd floor and ring my disabled mother's door bell as she is not coming down stairs. ridiculous

Ordered a beef patty in pitta bread. It gave me severe food poisoning from Friday 23/2/2024 to today 26/2/2024. I’m getting a slight pain that bothers me for a couple of seconds and then goes but initially it felt like I was going to die. The thing is, I regularly order from them. But this time I strayed away from the usual chicken and went to beef. BIG MISTAKE!!!!!!!

Delicious food. My everyday lunch

Very poor customer service, which is sad because the food is very nice. I walked in and the young tall boy who was taking orders did not say a word and I was the only one in the shop. I had to ask if I can make an order and he just started typing on the register. When I asked about options and what is the best one he just pointed at the menu, when handing my food it was just given to me. I’ve been to a lot of places and regardless of whatever you usually get at least a greeting from the business you are choosing to give your money to. Unfortunately won’t be going back. Having to just stand there and figure everything out on my own made it very awkward and I had come with my child.

One of the fast food restaurants that has not lost quality since first time opening. The service is outstanding. Staffs are extremley friendly and seeking out to please all type of customers. After long years I feel like family member in there. The chicken was fresh and grilled front of me and flavoured in choice of mine. Wide range of seasonings available. It's very delicious and traditional. Spicy potato, sweet potato, traditional rice all suits with it. Portions are great. Suitable for family even. Corns are flavoured in traditional spices. Freshly made orange juice, fresh salad. What could go wrong? Definitely try it if you are around.
