It’s unfortunate I have to leave this review. But I ordered a veggie delite 6 inch sub with and without certain ingredients. Instead, the order came cold and with the wrong ingredients. I asked for no tomatoes, and for a shredded cheese and mozzarella blend. instead, no cheese, tomato slices are here and my Sub is cold. I called the store 3 times and no one picked up. I have now had to complain via UberEats. Very disappointed which is a shame as this is a very local Subway.

These people don't make your sandwich before the given time if you have ordered online, I had experienced couple of time, even if they are free or someone walk in customer comes after your order they I've priority to them

Continually, the app doesn’t work for online ordering/ pick up, the scanner doesn’t work, you’re unable to redeem offers/ rewards, or even collect points. What’s the point? Not sure if it’s unique to this store or across Subway as a franchise. Also, the new app/ reward system is a joke, and actually rewards you LESS than before. Awful.

The manager tries to take money on the side, + Rude and uses faul language. First of all I ordered a saver meal deal, after they made it he decided to tell me there are no drinks and im forced to take water not the soda, i told him why haven’t you mentioned it, he said we don’t need to mention it, you have to take water. What a joke. The manager is that guy in the picture.

Ordered through the app using a promotional offer and they did not get the order ready. The man serving us was extremely rude and was shouting. He barely filled the sandwich and refused to add extra salad or sauce. He also did not cut the sandwich when I politely requested him to.

I had an issue with the service at your store today. I specifically requested a Veg Deluxe Bowl, but Ali, the staff member serving me, asked which bread I wanted. I repeated my order—Veg Deluxe Bowl. Despite this, he took out a wrap. I had to correct him again, saying "BOWL," before he finally understood. Later, he asked if I wanted a patty, and I confirmed yes. However, he didn’t include it in the bowl. When I called to inform him about the missing patty, he refused to acknowledge the mistake and didn’t even apologize for his error. This unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, and I’ve never experienced such poor service at this store before. The individual told me his name was Ali. The service occurred at 7:25 PM on 9th December 2025.

Honestly no point leaving instructions for the restaurant as they ignore it. Sandwich was half full and given you are paying almost £20 for a meal you’d expect them take a bit of care with what goes in and not let it be a half full sandwich with missing items. Very very disappointed.

30 minutes left till closing and the lady told me ‘I’m closing in 10 minutes so you need to leave’ couldn’t even enjoy my food after a long day at work. She should have told me in advance that she’s closing in 30 minutes rather than lying. Won’t be coming here again.

Hi It is usually subway offers food with drinks(hot drinks). They are not telling you that the coffee machine is out of order and there is no sign or indication as well. It is just a misleading of customers. When you address this issue instead of apology, arguing and blaming you and saying you should ask in advance. Unbelievable

Very unpleasant store. All the food was cross contaminated, meat and sauce in the veggies, looked like it had been there for a while. Shop was very dirty stains on all the windows.The worker (tall brown man) was also very uninviting and rude. Didn’t even use gloves to take my sandwich out the oven and his tone was very rude he might as well have thrown the food in my face. Not coming back to this store

A typical Subway. I award it 5 stars simply because it is exactly what it says it is. It is also always extremely busy which means it's as popular as ever. The clever use of technology to order has improved the experience. The service is excellent which it has to be considering the volume. The staff are helpful and friendly which is amazing considering the pressure of work. And it's a good place have a cup of pretty good coffee and sandwich....
