Horrible horrible horrible do not waste your money at this dirty shop, rude customer service! Would not being ordering ever again!

Just eat I can’t add extra toppings how can you have a site and not have that on their you cant add extra toppings or barbecue sauce coat you need to put that on there so we can order cream toppings extra toppings and pay extra for the toppings and the amount of cheese he gave me on the dairy free cheese pizza it’s a joke it’s like they just sprinkled a bit of cheese in there. You can’t be doing that to people, that’s not right

Was weary of the reviews but decided to give them a go as it's near the bus stop home. Pizza was delicious and affordable. They were also very efficient and only a 10 minute wait. I'm impressed. Will definitely be coming back again Also for halal orders - they use separate utensils and maintain separation between halal meat and non halal meat.

My order seemed a bit on the overcooked side. Other than that, it was fine.

I made another order but his time not so helpful and rude. The pizza came with bacon, we dont eat that type of meat. No offer to replace and put down the phone. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN.

I've ordered from this pizza pace before used to taste good now the standards have dropped the pizza base was too hard and there was not enough toppings on the pizza

I love tops pizza and will always try and order from them no matter where I am. Second time at Willesden no complaints yet. Would give 5 stars but there’s always room room for improvement. The only improvement needed would be when I request you do funny stuff for a tip that you commit or try your hardest. I enjoy the laughs

Unreasonable staff, will patronise you and throw money at you if you cancel your order after they have messed it up and made you look like its your fault. 1 star for the produce. Everything else including D...ck measuring is a minus to these guys. Shame really

I have to say I was extremely disappointed with not only the service but also the quality of food at the willesden branch of Tops Piza. I ordered a home alone meal and not only was the garlic bread dry and inedible but the ground beef on the piza was not fresh.. I can't even say that the barbecue chicken was any better...the whole meal felt like a waste of money. I wont be ordering from there again.

I been ordering from cricklwood branch for last two years … last 6/7 months it’s pot luck sometimes pizza is great sometimes terrible and dry . Reason I give it one star is that they add £1 on top of what the price is advertised!! That is out of order . Won’t be ordering from them till they get their act together! Very disappointed, feel like they stealing from you !

Very disappointed and dissatisfied with this terrible delivery service waited over 45 minutes for a delivery of a pizza an garlic bread no tomatoe on my pizza base and food barely warm to the point due it no being hot the cheese seemed like rubber. It goes against health and safety regulations for any food to be sold fresh and hot. This companies customer services is poor rather than remedy a satisfactory solution they blamed customers not wanting to much tomatoe on the pizza base I did not request less tomatoes base. They also claim the pizza temperature is due to it being the winter months. They also have avoided me speaking to a manager saying that they are not in which is ridiculous this is a dishonest franchise I would like to advise anyone use dominoes or pizza hut who have better quality, standards and customer services. I'm sure if I were faced with this problem by dominoes or pizza hut they would be solution focused and not money hungry. I also do not believe these great reviews are genuine which fooled me it has to be family and friends as now speaking to others close by I have heard feed back to my surprise which is not 5star. I will never ever use the establishment again due to this horrific experience they refused a refund or satisfactory remedy and expected me to take an order again after complaining. Poor poor poor experience and the worst dishonest customer services experience I have ever had There head office were very unhelpful also

Lovely pizza but over priced £15+for a medium 10" back home medium is 12" and large is 15" and 10" is small so I was expecting a 12" Disappointed but the pizza was lovely

I have always ordered from tops PIzza. However this branch is an embarrassment to the entire franchise! The worst place. Really bad pizza. I ordered 2 chicken pizzas They only put cheese and nothing else, Couldn’t even taste the chicken. STAY AWAY!!! THEY NEED TO CHANGE THEIR NAME!! They don’t operate like tops pizza!!

The manager is nice and friendly, good tasting pizza's and good deals for feeding the family.

Customer service is beyond disgusting. They will do absolutely anything not to give you dips with your pizza. They charge you £0.50 for dips despite you spending £15 -£20. And not to mention theres a lady who works there who has the most disgusting and horrible customer service. They always forget toppings and then argue you didn't tell them. And not to mention the extortion prices for their pizza which is not even up to standards when you consider the lack of customer service and hygiene of the place. They dont wear gloves either. And they are mopping the floor and counter service with bleach while they are making your order. I will never use their services because I'm scared of food poisoning..

I want to give him 0 stars for customer service!!!! Me and my friend ordered pizzas for collection he had overdone the pizza the crust was rock hard. my female friend told him thats not how we like it and he simply parred us off and said the pizzas are fine they taste good and he has experience and forced us to take the pizza . we wasnt happy, i told him that customer is always right and we have a right to have our pizza a certain way. and he just puffed and tutted rudely and I've been in going to tops before this inexperienced highly trained monkey started only 8 years ago. he is money hungry and a misrepresentation of tops, i also asked his name and he refused , i told him im gonna do a review. he just laughed. terrible. he is the manager. please sort this out tops.

Cheaters, rip off, you order a medium pizza for 12£ you get a 10" = small pizza! Any pizza delivery will have 10" small, 12" medium, 15" large. Top-rip-off pizza knows how to steal in your pocket! Bad trickers!!!! I never would advise you to become a client. I will NEVER order from those cheater. Most delivery pizza places will usually includes a soft drink and garlic bread. U barely break even for a small pizza sold as " Medium". Bad business!!!!
