Shaketime in Brent

We had travelled here for the kunafa pistachio crêpes, after seeing them being praised on social media. However, when I ordered I got muddled up and order the pistachio kunafa instead, forgetting to mention the crêpe part. Although initially the member of staff said it was too late to change the order. He did come over to say that they'll rectify it. It was a pleasant surprise and those kind of moments are something I really appreciate. I must say that the crêpes were very indulgent and delicious! I would highly recommend them and will be returning!

Best kunafah crepe I've had. Their avo dry fruits protein milkshake is also a must have. Overall, thoroughly enjoyed the place and service provided.

ShakeTime is the spot to come for juices & desserts. I would highly recommend Hussain for his amazing customer service. I usually go, on a regular basis and each time I go there the experience is fabulous.

Very disappointed with Shake Time. I ordered 3 shakes but received only 2. I tried contacting them for a solution but didn’t get any proper response. Very unprofessional service. Will think twice before ordering again.

I bought falooda today.two faloodas for ten pounds. The taste was absolutely terrible and completely unacceptable. It was not worth ten pounds at all. The taste was very bad, and the vermicelli inside was also in really poor condition. I would not recommend anyone to go there or buy it. Thank you.

What I had today was quite delicious

I’ve had a very bad experience at this place. Every time I go there, I face rude behavior and feel discriminated against, especially by a tall, slim woman on staff. They seem to treat people from their own community and religion much better, and everyone else is treated unfairly. If you ask for something, the staff might mock you in front of others, while people from their own group are given priority. I strongly advise people, especially those who are not part of their community or religion, to avoid this place. You are likely to be disrespected and treated unfairly.

I recently visited Shaketime, and I have to say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, the service was top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Now, let’s talk about the desserts. Wow! Each one was a masterpiece, packed with flavor and made with such attention to detail. I had the mojito, and it was by far the best I’ve ever had – so refreshing, perfectly balanced, and just the right amount of mint! The desserts were also heavenly – rich, creamy, and full of amazing flavors that kept me coming back for more. A huge thank you to The Shaketime staff for the incredible service and delicious treats. I can’t recommend this place enough to anyone with a sweet tooth – you won’t be disappointed! I’m already looking forward to my next visit! Highly recommended! 🌟

Very very bad experience staff is very rude and no sense to talk with kids and elders. Experience racism disappointed behaviour. If you guys want to serve any perticular community or People you should have to mention it somewhere at the entrance.

Disappointing Experience - I visited this shop yesterday and was initially impressed by the pleasant ambiance and the helpful colleague who greeted us. They kindly assisted us in finding a table, and we were excited to enjoy some desserts. However, the experience took a turn when another colleague informed us that our table was reserved and asked us to wait until the reserved party arrived. While we understood the situation, we were disappointed when the same colleague refused to take our order while we waited. I noticed there was available seating in the corner and politely suggested moving there to avoid any inconvenience. Unfortunately, we were told that the space was reserved for a larger group. While I appreciate the need to accommodate bigger parties, it seemed there was ample space to seat us comfortably without disrupting future arrangements. As someone who works in customer service, I understand how challenging it can be to deliver excellent service at all times. However, this was a missed opportunity to resolve the situation gracefully. A little flexibility and consideration could have turned this into a positive experience. It’s a shame because the shop has so much potential, but this lack of effort left us feeling overlooked and disappointed. I hope the management takes this feedback constructively, as small adjustments in customer service could greatly improve the experience for all guests. For now, I would recommend visiting with a larger group, as couples or visiting alone may face similar challenges.

@shaketimeuk is open until after 12 which makes it a perfect spot post iftar. You guys have already seen me post this multiple times - I've already visited 5 times and had to do a full review for you guys. I'm hooked on their kunefe crepe but they do everything else really well. Quality fresh juices and milkshakes. We tried their sugar cane juice with lime which was hella refreshing among many other things you can see in the review. Quality drinks and desserts and its great these guys are open until 12 every day too. Love this spot 👌

I had a very unpleasant experience at Shake Time in Kingsbury. The staff was unprofessional, rude, and seemed to treat us differently based on our ethnicity. Even though there were empty tables, they refused to seat us, which was both baffling and upsetting. The overall attitude from the staff was unfriendly and dismissive, making us feel unwelcome. It's a shame because I had heard good things about the place, but unfortunately, this experience has left me with a negative impression. I won’t be coming back.

Absolutely love this place! The desserts are always fresh and the drinks too. I tried the oreo waffle and it was amazing! The staff are super friendly and make great recommendations. A guy called mustafa was very hospitable and as it was just closing allowed a last order that was a very time consuming drink. I really appreciated this and did this with utmost professionalism. Gone for the first time,but we were met with rude and unprofessional behavior from the staff. Despite the fact that there were plenty of tables available, they refused to allow us to dine in. What made the situation even worse was the apparent discrimination we faced based on our ethnicity. It was shocking and hurtful to be treated in such a disrespectful manner. The staff's attitude was not only uncalled for but also incredibly upsetting. I would not recommend this store to anyone who values decent customer service and respectful treatment.

The pistachio kunafa was really good, my mum got the tutti fruit waffle and everything was fresh and tasty.

Took my daughter there last Sunday, staff were out the back and we sat down. Staff member seen us sitting there but did not bring menus so i got up to get them. Menu closed on our table for 10minutes while server walked past us at least 3 times. Finally stood up and left. There were only 4 customers in the shop at the time all had been served prior to us entering.Will not be returning

We’ve tried most things on the menu, and each item is a delightful experience. The soft ice cream is also lovely. I highly recommend the Red Bull and strawberry mojito, as well as their crepes and waffles.  What truly sets ShakeTime apart is the outstanding service and friendly staff. On our last visit, Hussain, Mustafa and Roxanne went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail made us feel like cherished guests. Whether you’re craving a sweet treat or looking for a cozy place to unwind, ShakeTime is the place to be. It’s much better than all the other dessert places on the road. Decent, wasn't the best as it was undercooked & service was poor. A better alternative for Kunafa I'd recommend Levant Book Cafe in Park Royal. Otherwise if you're not looking for Kunafa, id recommend Heavenly deserts/ Chai & Chapatti which all have very good seating, decent variety of desserts and considerably better service. They don't serve Karak, so went to Chaiwala (just down the road) and returned to have it with kunafa I purchased. After spending £24 on three kunafas, I was told that I couldn't bring an outside drink inside and would have to eat outside instead...? When I pointed out that there were no signs or notices about this policy, the staff apologised and said, "That's just the policy; you'll have to eat outside." To my surprise, the person I was speaking to turned out to be the manager, Hassan. Making the situation even worse, expecting a more customer-friendly approach. Eventually, the manager got creative by pouring my Karak from Chaiwala into one of their cups, stating it was to avoid losing customers. While I appreciated the effort, telling a customer they have to eat outside is beyond me. These silly policies of greed give a really bad impression and will inevitably drive customers away. A few suggestions for improvement: Consider adding Karak Chai to your menu, clearly display your policies regarding outside food or drinks, invest in some customer service training for staff and management alike.

I used to visit here for delicious milk shake and dessert was very good but I personally feel staff was very rude in behaviour.

Very bad service, the attitude of the people working over there is next level, no smile nothing it feels like we are getting things with their money . Few months ago the service was fine. But recently the guy and lady always in the front . I kindly request the manager or the person who ever in the charge should take this matter seriously because we felt very bad but your desserts and shakes are really nice .

More like "Takes time". Been here 5 times, once the milk cakes were so off it tasted like someone put chemical cleaner in the mix, but every time it takes 10 minutes to take our order and another 10 to recieve it. The cake is good but the wait makes it really inconvenient.

Ordered a ready to eat nutella milk cake. The staff behind the counter was very ignorant. Waited there for the cake to be served for around 30 mins. The staff their was very rude as well
