Worst service ever! Ethnicity plays bigger role here if you want table. Taste is really bad specially juices.not fresh

Took my daughter there last Sunday, staff were out the back and we sat down. Staff member seen us sitting there but did not bring menus so i got up to get them. Menu closed on our table for 10minutes while server walked past us at least 3 times. Finally stood up and left. There were only 4 customers in the shop at the time all had been served prior to us entering.Will not be returning

I used to visit here for delicious milk shake and dessert was very good but I personally feel staff was very rude in behaviour.

Very bad service, the attitude of the people working over there is next level, no smile nothing it feels like we are getting things with their money . Few months ago the service was fine. But recently the guy and lady always in the front . I kindly request the manager or the person who ever in the charge should take this matter seriously because we felt very bad but your desserts and shakes are really nice .

More like "Takes time". Been here 5 times, once the milk cakes were so off it tasted like someone put chemical cleaner in the mix, but every time it takes 10 minutes to take our order and another 10 to recieve it. The cake is good but the wait makes it really inconvenient.

Ordered a ready to eat nutella milk cake. The staff behind the counter was very ignorant. Waited there for the cake to be served for around 30 mins. The staff their was very rude as well

Terrible EXPERIENCE came here last night with some of friends only to be greeted by young sassy ‘workers’ who forget they were men not a woman. I told him he had put all foam in my juice and instead of offering me a different drink he instead started shouting and behaving like a little girl. PLEASE DO NOT EMPLOY PEOPLE THAT CANNOT DO THEIR JOB! the juice and staff were disgraceful

A nice place clean and quiet a bit of seating space. Could do with offers and price reduction as it's very very expensive the downside.

Very rude discriminating and stupid staff First waited to place an order as he was avoiding to take order and talking with the fellow member Then when took order he took it rudely And he asked me to move if someone else comes Means you don’t have value for your regular customer I suggest to everyone this kind of behaviour is not acceptable avoid going thier Their management should see what they are doing

Waited atleast 7 min to get served when there was no que and no one was in front of me. 3 member of staffs were there but were too busy with other stuff but serve!

This was very ridiculous We faced very insulting and humiliating behaviour from order taking guy It was very rude of him We are also working professionals and we know how to maintain that dignity The fact was that we had ordered two items and all of us decided to give another order after that i order to help the staff for not giving big order but instead of he just insulted and told to leave which was very discriminating we have faced And i never recommended this place for having and sit in that kind of dirty environment Authorities advised to teach some etiquettes and respect for staaf

There was no sense of professionalism in that shake time we went 7 people and ordered two cakes and preferred to order in another part of order but the guy taking order was too rude to tell that to give minimum four items order or leave and we have to went out it’s very ridiculous and insulting thing we’ve ever seen here No friendly staaf at all

A little gem in Kingsbury. Great coffee and hot chocolate, clean environment and pleasant clientele. I haven’t tried the juice or desserts but they look great. What really makes this place stand out though is the team. Anna and Roxanna have been a joy to chat to. It’s rare to get such lovely, friendly service and that’s what keeps me coming back.

Desserts are delicious and service is amazing! Especially love the cheesecake and caramel cake!!

The drink was really bad and so strong. When I complained, they responded saying it was my choice, so it's not their problem. Anytime I go somewhere where I can't drink, they change it.

Service and food is ALWAYS on point!

I ordered i ferrero rocher take away but they give me oreo shake when i reach my home and see my shake then it’s different And staff give me this type of take away

It's really shame I checked opening times on Google saying 10 am on weekend I bring my kids to have pancakes unfortunately we waited 45 minutes and stills close they wasted our time and my kids was very angry time is time before time not a time after time not a time no excuse. Very Bad Customer Service. Staff don’t allow as to sit as we were 5 people and we order 3 shake. And they tell us that they have policies need to order more than 3 shake. No other customers were waiting after us. And when we were discussing with one of the team member other staff members coming in middle and arguing, laughing making fun of us, like they don’t respect the customers.

I had for take away 2 cakes and when I unpacked them I realised that the waiter added icecream next to cakes in a paper box and they ruined it, they was soggy and I couldn't eat them. Disspointing!

Just now i bought this chocolate cake from the shake time store in Kingsbury.cant eat and this cake is so dry. Cant eat at all. I was so hungry and when i started to eat i feel my throat also got so dry. Dont ever go to this shop. They just sell old food. I don’t recommend this restaurant.

Been here a few times, mostly to grab a juice - the pomegranate juice is amazing! Tonight came for some coffee and dessert and that was also lovely, massive portion and good value for money - especially compared to some other dessert spots. Would recommend if you’re in Kingsbury ☺️

I visit every time we visit family and I am never disappointed. The pancakes are delicious and excellently prepared. The hot chocolate out of this world. My wife lives the shakes. Beetroot and carrot a favourite. We look forward to our next visit.

When I visited very first time I ordered peach & passion redbull, it was amazing, After 15 days I visited second time on my birthday because I gave treat to my family members. I ordered same thing as usual Peach & Passion Redbull But it was totally different, I requested to manager please change the drink but they didn't change the drink even we saw our history of that place. They don't care for there existing customers Worst Experience. Never go again.

Went here today and had a bad experience, went with my wife and daughter, it was around 5pm and their was no one in the restaurant so my daughter went and sat at a table, the guy said you cannot sit there as it was reserved, and ask us to sit on a table which was dirty. We ordered 2 milk cakes which were not fresh at all, and didn’t taste good, upon leaving no one had come onto the table we were originally sat at, got the feeling we were not welcome in the place and food was well below our expectations.

The coffe is very good and the staff is very nice and welcoming, also the cafe itself is very pretty! My go to for coffe in the morning!

we paid for fresh orange juice and they served us ready juice that they had items set up in the jug αnd it was dirty too .

Biscoff shakes and milk cakes are excellent. Salted caramel shake is a close second. Picked up something from here almost every night of the visit. Friendly people and great desserts.

The food here is amazing! I got the sweet banana shake and the caramel crunchy waffle and one of the best shakes I've ever had. The aesthetic is so nice inside and the staff are so lovely ... my friends and I decided this was going to be our regular meet spot

In all the years I've never stopped in Kingsbury, but I did this time and it's buzzing. I stopped at Shaketime and whilst the deserts and ice cream look tempting I'm being good so just had a cappuccino which was delicious and very reasonably priced. The service was lovely too.

The place was lovely and the vibes were positive. The people here are lovely and the customer service was on point especially Mustafa who gave an outstanding experience. Would definitely recommend this place and come again.

Good decor and a nice atmosphere. I had a takeaway Falooda, which was very nice. But unfortunately the straw was so flimsy I couldn’t drink with the noodles and once the drink was finished I had to bin the noodles. Such a shame.

Couldn’t fault this place, I definitely recommend. It is much better than all the other dessert places on the road, from the outstanding service and friendly staff, to the delicious fresh desserts and juices. Their milkshakes are the best and so are their mojitos, their crepes and waffles are to die for, we’ve tried most things on the menu. I recommend the red bull and strawberry mojito, and their crepes and waffles. Their soft ice cream is also lovely. Definitely a must try when you are in the area. hi Care Full Going on a Weekend !!!! Yesterday I went with My family and with Guest come from India . the guy who is serving on a counter took our ordered . I have ordered two wafal and one ice cream for my little one . I paid all and the guy who took our ordered he served ice cream and while we were waiting our ordered than suddenly he came and asked us to spend more money if you want to eat in because he was little buys so he does not have right us to ask us to spend more money and he was very rude and told us that if you do not want to spend more money than leave from here and also he was telling me that I have people who spend more money than you so why should i allowed you to seat here and eat in as he already took our ordered and force us to go away because his people is waiting out side so he wants to serve first them rather than us. He told us that our weekend policy is different than weekdays so if anyone going on weekend careful . Shop owner wants you to spend more money as his policy is if you four people than you must order three items but some time you do not required to order three items as it is our choice what we want to order and how much we want to spend money not the owner choice . He must serve the customer and he did not even refund to me what i have ordered as I did two different ordered and he just refund for one ordered and did not refund another order . so Guys care full on a Weekend !!!! make sure you asked when it is a buys !!!! Stealing your Money !!!.;

I’ve been many times and loved the quality of the juices- but I felt compelled to put a review today specifically because of the lovely lady that served me. I was in a rush during my lunch break from work and she was so lovely and kind. She saw I was in a rush and made two drinks in less than 2 minutes! She didn’t need to go to all that effort but I really appreciated it. She absolutely made my day. I’m forgot to ask her name but she was on duty on the 31st July at 1:45pm. Thanks again for the amazing service and drink!

Lovely place. Friendly staff. I had chocolate cake few times now. I have also tried Faluda , Ice creams, Cold coffee (with ice cream on request) and fresh Sugar cane juice. Everything I tried so far was excellent.

Awful tasting milk cake. Tasted sour like the milk had gone off. Strange white layer between pistachio topping. and the cake. Do not order this.

Really impressed with this place despite the location. The milk cakes were delicious plus the Turkish pistachio dessert was also a hit. Service was really friendly too. I hadn't had milk cake in years purely because there was nowhere nearby doing it. I genuinely had to eat my words because I thought Kingsbury had really gone downhill before but places like this are worth the trip there. The venue is nice enough for a trip with the family.

This is an amazing desert cafe, they have a variety of different cakes, ice creams and a fantastic selection of fresh fruits for smoothies of your choice, I visit here five days a week for my weekly smoothie which contained beetroot, orange and ginger it is very delicious, the customer service you received is 10/10 especially the lady with the short red hair, I’m sorry I forgotten her name, she’s absolutely amazing, I’m always made to feel extremely welcome with her big smile. Thank you for a wonderful service and my delicious beetroot, orange and ginger smoothie.
