They followed our special requests which was really appreciated and the food tasted great! It was freshly made and wasn’t greasy at all. Will definitely order again!

Order took longer than usual as i ordered it in advance to eat at a specific time.

I was waiting for 20 minutes for chips, even though the place was nearly empty—maybe two people in there. It was around 1:00 PM, so it wasn’t a busy time. I expected faster service, especially when there were hardly any customers.

The place is average , the food is quick but nothing else, the customer service is broken the middle age guy is polite and good but the girl is terrible and rude !!!

Very clean and friendly staff especially Anoj very professional and welcoming customers all the time.

Chicken at its best. I like KFC style fried chicken and Chicken Land delivered. A very tasty 3 pieces with a huge portion of fries was ordered and it was delicious. The establishment itself was meticulously clean and the kitchen seen from the serving area looked spotless. I’ll be ordering again when I’m next in Wembley.

First time trying this place. Thought we’d give it a chance. I’m glad we did. All the food was really delicious, and the 10 bbq chicken strips definitely became a favourite. It had the same coating texture and taste of bbq ribs, which i love. Keep up the good work guys, defo my go to chicken spot from now on!

Please ensure that the fries and wings are fresh for future orders. We received items that seemed old and had an unpleasant smell, which is concerning. We hope this was an isolated incident, but we will feel compelled to report this to the Food Standards Agency should it happen again

Good service, has 5 star hygiene rating. Inside is clean. Fast and smooth. Food was very nice and asked for extra sauce on the grilled chicken and got more than expected over all good stuff

From Birmingham to Wembley for Harry Styles. Found this gem. Fantastic gourmet burger meal cooked to order. My daughter had popcorn chicken. Well cooked and plentiful. A1

Absolutely appalling food. The lamb meat in the kebab wraps was RAW and you couldn’t chew it. The corn on the cobs were old - grey in colour. Wish no stars was an option so I could have put that. I reckon the only good reviews are written by paid people.

Cold and hairy chicken prepared with poor hygiene. Shop is dirty and has flies on the floor and mess on tables when I went. The employees do not care, before you enter just check the dirt and grease on the door glass and handle as you enter and that should give you an indication of how this shop is run. Staff do not care nor speak any level of English. Avoid.

You don't need your passport to visit Chickenland! But bring your appetite. The tower sandwich had a patty and a hash brown because these are the customs of Chickenland. I also somehow ordered a couple drums in my fries. They were all cooked fresh and were served hot. Friendly service. Inexpensive. I ordered spicy but it didn't really register as spicy to me. If you're hungry you can do worse than Chickenland.

Chicken wings we’re not fresh, smelly and hairy. The chips tasted like it was fried in disgusting oil and it had a terrible after taste. Would not recommend this chicken shop.

Truly awful they forgot one of the key things i wanted and justeat didn't refund me so they've essentially stolen from me if you want money stolen from you and to order items that do not arrive this is the restaurant for you!!!!

It’s making me so disappointed. They don’t except the cards There is cards machine systems working in the shop. But still they want to accept the cards. And wants a cash from you poor customers service. cashiers have told me we are taking only cash. I’m handicapped person. Government local council officers has to visit there. Because they are making money on cash and false claims to government in this Covid19 times. It’s so ridiculous system in shop and making me so upset. Governments should take action or local council has to take strong action against those shop keepers who is taking only cash in this Covid19 pandemic

I am deeply disappointed and almost angry that the delivery driver could not be bothered to find the correct address or even call to at least try and find where I lived, so in turn the delivery was noted as delivered and it was actually delivered to another address in another building from where I live, it was only because a contact number was left on the receipt and the kindness of the person it was delivered to, that I was able to get my food Please do not let this happen again

The chips are boom, like a solid 4.66666 out of 5 The burgers are boom, like 4 out of 5, wings are same. Sometimes they take a while to get cracking in the morning though.

One of the staff yesterday had a very bad attitude took my friend there to eat and ask for some peri peri salt he said he didn't have any luckily there was another customer there to inform me he was lying and being lazy this happen yesterday just before closing if you see the reviews guys please sack that person he's ruining your name and reputation

Ignored the note of the food without some ingredients. Wasted 15 pounds. Called the shop and no one speaks English. To any question they reply "I don't know". Asked to speak to a manager and he is never available. Do not order from them, they steal from you.

Had chicken wrap today and left it after two bites. Chicken was half cooked inside and seasoning taste raw as well. Never had a worst chicken wrap than this before. AVOID !!!!

Normally the food is good but lately I have got chicken wrap and it was honestly horrible!! One of the worker had put some other sauce on my chicken wrap. Normally the sauce will only be mayonnaise but there was some red sauce either spicy sauce or ketchup but the red sauce is not supposed to be in the wrap. I have been disappointed especially knowing it is my chicken wrap

Best chicken in the area and definitely in top 10 in London. Leaves Nandos to my taste way behind! We always go there with the team and guys are nice, friendly and very fast. Consistently perfect quality on chicken wings, grill chicken, fired chicken (beats KFC to my taste as well) and chicken burgers for very reasonable price. As these guys are so good - they are super busy and it means it's ALWAYS super fresh - keep it up! Whole grill chicken £9 - that's the best deal in town for this quality!

Ordered two piece meal and came out with one piece meal and chips had to drive back and tell the staff member who clearly did not do their job correctly and listen to a customers order. He gave a piece of chicken that we did not want or we had to wait 20 minutes for fresh pieces of chicken. Not even fresh chips were given as the food went cold!.. not impressed.
