Half the stuff wasn’t even there wasn’t even a box to tick for my order to be resent so 1person don’t get a full meal. The chips were 1/2 full no apple pie no burger . Won’t order again

I ordered my dinner from here tonight and my experience here absolutely atrocious food was cold and my drink came half full but I don’t know how a big time restaurant can miss a whole drink I don’t understand. The service was absolutely awful driver had others as well as mines but wanted to show up two hours later and the original time absolutely terrible. I’ve ordered here before and there’s no problem so I don’t understand what the issue was

Unable to track the courier.. order was delivered late and cold !! Is there an issue with tracking courier on the App or are the courier’s bypassing this … this is the THRID time it’s happened …

Although the whole meal was fresh, as I started to eat the burger, I realised I ordered the McSpicy instead of Crispy. It was my mistake and I had to throw the burger. I'll order the McCrispy tomorrow 👍🏻

Fries was cold, couldn't eat, and the delivery guy was at my door in 5mins from the restaurant. Poor service

Waited 10/12 mins just for a coffee. I know they are busy with the delivery order window. But an Asda employee strolled upto the counter, asked for a coffee and got it within a minute. Took same time for me to get my coffee as it did for the person behind me to get their fresh cooked hamburger meal.

Delivery person was professional and polite. Although it took an hour for the delivery to be arranged for a short distance.

The burger doesn't have enough sauce and lettuce. My Chocolate Milkshake has salt in it. Everything smells disgusting. And plus the milkshake is chunky.

Driver had two deliveries and decided to do the one further away to bring mine which was closer. Food was inedible. Such a let down always..

Been shopping here for probably 2 and a half decades, bought a coffee , showed the worker hair in my coffee, manager walker over and said it wasn't hers so had to be mine, ok fair enough but the attitude stank . She looked at me liked I'd murdered someone !!! I proceeded to buy myself another coffee.... 😊

I orders two cheeseburgers, only got one which was stale. The fries were stale too. I ordered one of the drinks with NO ICE it came with ice and the coke was all watery as if it’s been sitting for long. Ordered 20 chicken nuggets with 4 barbecue sauces, only got one and a chilly sauce I didn’t order. The google reviews got nothing good to say either.

Ordered two cheeseburgers. Only got one. Fries were stale. I ordered my drink without ice and it came with ice that was all melted and my coke was disgustingly watery. The only burger I got was stale too

The person who delivered my order, dumped them on the doorstep and then left. He didn't even ring the doorbell.

He was already outside and i ask him to come into the reception but he ask me to come out me meet him… poor delivery service

The driver left McDonald's at 18:57 and should reach me by 19:04 the time kept changing as I saw him on the map idle by mc donalds till 19:08. I tried to text him, then we spoke I told him I've been waiting downstairs there's no traffic. I'm sure my food is going to be cold as I live less then 3min away. He got here at 19:13 with cold food that couldn't be enjoyed NOT HAPPY. .

Worst delivery ever, missing items, cold food and poorly put together. Order through the mcdonalds app and was unable to get effective series as the manager Ildiko said since the order left there store they cant check despite it being there job to check deliveries before they go out and telling me to contact uber eats with no contact info provided despite them not being my order service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The person who delivered the food and drink accidently spilled one of the hot chocolate drinks, as he said the products were placed to him in an inappropriate way.

While the burgers are overcooked or burnt, I must give special appreciation to the counter staff at 2 am. She was simply professional and quick. Surrounded by many eager customers with slow order dispatching, she is just calm and got them out . It is a huge blessing for me, as I live just around the corner. This is open all night. Better service than the one opposite Wembley Park station.

The fries that came with my meal were cold and stale and chewy, had to throw them out. Was very disappointed. They just gave me what was left in their fries machine. When they are freshly made you can tell. Not happy at all.

Driver made me walk 200m outside my apartment to collect my order from him despite providing the correct address and delivery instructions. There were no obstructions or road closures either. Unresponsive to messages. By the time I got back home, the food was cold. Abysmal service

Ordered with no gherkin and no onion. Arrived with gherkins and two types of onion! I’m allergic to onion! You pay a higher price, service and delivery charges and don’t even end up with something you can eat!
