Uncooked meat. Never expected that from Mcd.

This is the worst McDonalds in the area. I've ordered a meal and they packed cold bottled drinks in fries (not next to fries but literally in fries) which resulted in fries being cold and soggy. I will never order from this McDonalds again.

MY FOOD DID NOT ARRIVE! THE DRIVER DID NOT GET THE CODE OFF ME AND I DID NOT GET MY FOOD THE APP DOESNT EVEN LET ME CONTACT HIM!!

Need to update hours as it is not 24 hours.

Neither free sauce nor the paid one in. Literally, you guys never get it right. Get a grip.

It was great. especially chicken wrap was amazing. they delivered everything. no item was missing. loved it!!

I am unhappy with my order the delivery guy spilt my drinks. And tried to leave them outside my front door. After I told him to take them back. This is not acceptable and I would like some action taken on this

Received food 37 minutes past the estimated delivery time - 10 minutes post dispute with JustEat. The time kept extending when it got close to the delivery time displayed. Food arrived dry, withered and cold. Had to discard the food as it could not be eaten. The drinks no longer tasted carbonated as the ice had melted - just watery in taste. The ice cream had also melted. Not pleasant at all.

Driver clearly has multiple side jobs as he took the extremely long route and stopped twice on the way

Chips more orange than yellow. Oil needs changing. If I was in the restaurant I would ask for fresh ones

The food was, very bad quality chips were old and preheated, delivery time was very long for only one burger and two fries, the burger was also very cold and old, unbelievable that they served this as a McDonald

Food looks and tastes stale and not even warm, plus looks like the chips are only half full All the sauces that were due to be sent with the chicken nugget's are missing Even the straws in the package were smoking wet Delivery took unusually long

Ignored ‘no mayo’ instruction. I’m tired of them getting it wrong! It’s not easy to get money back, and they don’t send out the correct order if you complain.

Delivery never came, dont think the delivery person bothered to read the address and the notes . Just eat needs to do better, this is not the first time.

I was surprised with this order. It was piping hot! And they actually opened the fries boxes and filled them correctly. Happy with this experience

Disgusting. Filet Burger was sloppy and a complete mess, half missing and cold fries, and the mc flurry has lettuce inside it! Was missing all the sauces. Will never order from here again.

The courier just left my order on the drive and did not ring the bell. Also some of the order was damaged and one item was missing.

I’m very very disappointed,,, I have taken strawberry large shake it was poured half of the container. If you can not give what customer wants then why you are making fraud to customer by showing big size. I recommend MacDonald Asda is the bad at customer service and reason for dissatisfaction at all

driver called on phone but i was unable to determine reason for call, he then hung, 5 minutes later he was spotted 3 houses down looking confused. he eventually delivered the cold food and incorrectly selected order. At least it arrived this week.

first off all he was late , second , my food was cold , my "free" apple pie obviously missing , my large fries were only half (usually i recieve the other half at the bottom of the bag, it wasnt even there this time) , the triple cheeseburger was actually double

It was a very good McDonald's, my food was prepared pretty nicely and came out super fast and hot.

The food was not good at all, it was cold, the fries were disgusting. They were not fresh, didn't even get my apple pie and they also missed the balsamic dressing. What can I say terrible.

I'm very disappointed.. bought a Veggie Wrap Meal, not enough sauce and wilted lettuce in the wrap. Chips were soft and not crispy. Hot Cross Bun Pie had two live flies in it, which escaped up opening the takeaway bag.👎👎👎

foods cold bags soaking wet delivery driver passed the adjacent street to my house stopped at what i know to be 15 mayfields road not 15 mayfields close drove to what i assume was another delivery or 2 about 5-10 minutes away and then came back to the correct address where i met him at the bike to receive a bag that had clearly been carried around in the rain prior to reaching me or had someone elses drink spill onto it. I'm able to provide photographic and screenshot evidence of everything i have just said.

Maibe is not the driver fault , but the food is cold , absolutely dissapoinding... i can eat something like that i can t just pay for this bad service. please do.something
