I never received my order can I please have a refund.

the food and gravy was spilt all over the bag. It was messy

The food was never delivered. The delivery person played a mischief and is cheating the customers

very bad service and the food is not given properly. and half of all the stock is missing.

Service - Worst behaviour and service by staff I’ve ever get in London. The way they speak and their hand gestures was so disrespectful. I felt like I met them before and they are taking some revenge. Taste - At least I was expecting good taste of food, but for all the dishes we had to force our friends to eat them. Just because we never disrespect food we forcefully finished that. Extra Charges - We make 4 orders and they charge us extra 10p per order. None of us asked them about it, none of us said single word to them. We just keep our empty plates back in the box and left the place. Lastly- In short we will never dare to recommend #MumbaiDosa anyone to waste their time, money and craving for food.

I have been wondering for months how to rate this place. There are things that really bother me, but despite that, I always go back there. Let's focus on what they specialize in - Dosa. Masala Dosa is the best I have ever eaten and I always go back there for it and the portion is really huge. My husband loves their Vegetable Byriani even though once they served him yogurt with it which was off. Dahi Puri and Samosa Chaat were not my favorites, but can I blame them? They have a different profession that they are good at. My husband thought it was delicious. A matter of taste. Once we decided to get something completely different and ordered Paneer Butter Masala, it was neither good nor bad but I think it should not be on the menu. Our latest discovery is their Pav Bhaji, I thought I didn't like it, but in their version it is delicious! Same as Chole Puri, always fresh and crispy. Waiting time varies so much that I ate my meal a long time ago and my husband was still waiting. I would rather wait with him and just get the food after a longer time. Masala Chai is very good, always freshly cooked. The cleanliness is also not so good there but the food is really good, that's why I give it 4 stars. The service, especially from one woman at the window is tragic. If it wasn't for the excellent cooks this place would deserve at most 2 stars. Good prices tho.

The food is always good, fresh and great value for money, although it is more expensive on here than at the restaurant. The coconut chutney, which is my personal favourite, is totally delish. Kindly just maintain your quality and quantity and DO NOT CHANGE for the sake of change.

Idli are expensive, sabhar was not enough, cococunet chatney is very watery and Panner & Chesses dorsa was very dry and tasteless

Yesterday I went to dinner . And I ordered Doso without Onion Garlic but they did not change the gloves and utensil. The guys used same raw food items and utensil used which of the with onion and garlic and not checked sauces ingredients. they were using same ingredients which were used in With Onion Garlic. the test is also changed . the chef also make with or without onion and garlic dosa in same hot plate . please respect a religion .

recently visited Mumbai dosa and was left disappointed by both the service and food quality. While standing in front of the counter to place my order, the Gujarati girl at the counter was too busy chatting with the tall lady preparing dosas to notice me. I waited for a while until the owner stepped in and asked her to take my order. When the food arrived, it was another letdown. The dosas were excessively salty, as was the medu wada. This was surprising because the food here used to be excellent. It seems like the quality has dropped significantly. Mumbai dosa needs to step up its game—both in customer service and food preparation—if they want to maintain their reputation.

Great service by Mumbai dosa staff especially when I am confused to order the food dosa making girl jayshri till guy rajanhelp a lot the food was amazing especially Manchurian noodles first time I taste like that in Wembley very happy to visit the Mumbai dosa again......

I like Dosa but I don’t like Chinese bhel and manchurian because this tast is so bad and also it’s not cook well so I personally tell to everyone please try dosa because this test is so nice j recommend everyone

It was very bad experience in the first time only. One tall lady (Gujarati staff) behaved very rudely regarding washroom thing.We had not taken our dinner because she literally spoiled our mood. She just wanted to stretch the matter. We will never visit this place in future and not advise to anyone as well.

Service was very worst we went there one of the lady staff shouting she don't have manner how to talk with customer we always went there but now we don't think that we should be there again and advise other people about the incident which is happed with us.

Most ridiculous staff ever! First they serve the order wrong and then they try to judge you for making a fair choice of food!! Instead of apologising, all the staff starting laughing like an animal Most ridiculous place to eat, no manners, no hospitality!

I ordered today dosha , uttapam, idli Every thing is bad sambhar was really watery I was waiting there 45 minutes and I got this food. Also I call 4 time to place an order but the staff they received the call and put it on the side so can you support to the staff so they can answer to the customer and teach them how to talk as well Thank you

Dosa and chaat was superb . Bhelpuri was soggy but my fault

Staff changed, service and quality went down, street style. If you prefer milder need to make sure you tell them as most things are on the spicier side. Price is reasonable

The Gobi 65 was completely gone stale and undercooked, and the taste was awful. It’s not worth spending money on this at all. This was the worst ever. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy it.

Paneer butter masala was not good at all. Idly was too thick and had minimum sponginess. Masala dosa and medu vada were average. Sambhar was too less and measured out in small pots and tasteless.

This place is full of South Indian flavours.i had masala dosa and spicy veg hakka noodles.if we talk about the prices than its very less compared to their counterpart in the vicinity and other parts of London.Food quality is great at a reasonable low price .it is just an eatery not a full service restaurant so don't expect service .selfservice from counter to your table.

The Chinese bhel was inedible. There is a limit on too many spices. I would suggest improving this item.

The idli was very nice . However, Soup was like jelly and all you can taste was over powering corn flour and salt. Ordered chutney to eat with idli , received sambhar. Manchurian were burnt instead of properly cooked literally no gravy.

You are not deserve even a 1 star... New lady receptionist is very rude poor hospitality.. Panipuri taste was like made two weeks ago.. before food is nice but from last two times food is very worst. This is not my first time but definitely last time..

Authentic Indian/South Indian food. Can get busy so please bear with the staff and pay attention when your order is announced as 'ready'. If you want proper tasting Indian street food, this is the place to go! It won't let you down. A 100% must try

There was a man's black hair in my Dosa. The fried rice was slimy so was off. The place is very dirty so worried about the hygiene of the food.

No hygiene at all. Taking order is eating,scratching her face and hair at the same time. They think they are in India. Council should do something about it,I will report it.

I spcly write dont make spicy .the food is super dooper spicy cant eat .and vwry poorly pack.spcly paneer 65 is for kids they cant eat so spicy with no salt and even in samber as well .

Very unassuming little place, tucked away next to a pan shop, juice stall and snacks shop. Service was quick both the times we ate here, and the food was excellent. They have a VAST menu on one side wall. Other amenities (restroom for customers, washbasin) as well as seating area is pretty limited. But you go here for the great taste of their food, not to sit down for a leisurely meal. Where else will you get a Rava Masala Pav Bhaji Paneer Supreme Dosa, along with your regular Dahi Puri and Gobi Paneer Manchurian? Don’t forget to get a masala pan (from the pan shop) after your meal!

Delivery was good and on time but Packing was not good as I have ordered masala dosa it was sticked on it and it’s not like dosa because it’s stick like mixed everything. Gravy Manchurian was packed in foil container so it was open in bag waste of money.

paneer butter masala and paneer biryani are very completely tasteless, it’s like they sent boiled gravy with paneer but without any spices and boiled rice & vegetable without any spices, we did not eat those 2 items. furthermore, 1 of the falooda is missing

The staff doesn’t listen to our order properly and serves the wrong food, they gave dosa with onion when we ordered without onion, this happened many times but I had enough. What would happen if a person have allergies this could be dangerous for them. shut the shop.

Pao vaji dosa was the best I have eaten so far . Though Samosa chat tasted different and salty than other day but overall taste was good . Dahi vada is also very fresh . Thanks

Driver texted me (from a number that would not accept replies) ordering me to come to the main road to pick up the food. I paid for _delivery_ and he did not deliver. On top of this he marked the order as delivered. Untrustworthy people.

The promised delivery time was not met, possibly due to a lack of available delivery staff. We waited for 45 minutes, only to receive a call from the restaurant asking us to collect the order because they were closing. Despite the extra charges for delivery, timely service is expected. I couldn't find a contact number for customer service, and I'm disappointed enough to consider a lower rating.

I love this place, the Bhel is the tastiest outside India!!! Im surprised some people who leave negative reviews have unrealistic expectations. You get what you pay for. Yet, despite these ridiculously low prices, I am very impressed by the flavour.....Sure its not for those who want ambience. Will DEFINITELY return!
