Wallace Tandoori in Glasgow City

Any one who orders from Wallace Tandoori just remember they are bumping money from every customer and also there delivery drivers.. Delivery charge £3.50 drivers are given £2.50/£3.00. They average £25/£30 at least per night that they have taken from there drivers delivery charges. They are also over charging customers who order on just eat at lease £1+ on most food compaired to if you call or are in the shop ordering. ( I would also watch there pricing in shop as this changes depending who is serving you) They try to condone this by saying it is because of what they get charged from just eat, so in other words there drivers and customers have to pay there just eat fees. Scummy as hell!!!!

Ordered chips cheese n donner chips were cold that cold none of cheese melted kebab meat was hard horrible never gave refund won't be back

Burns your calzone then trys to hide the fact took into the back of shop still serves the food tasted burnt what a joke place is

Up to now bought food regular. Prices now rediculous , a lot of food re heated from previous day , sadly looking fire new t try ajeaaay

Wallace Tandoori doesn't look like much from the outside but Never had bad food from this place, chicken kebabs and the garlic naan are brilliant and they do proper chip shop chips. Staff always friendly too. Can't fault it at all for pick up at all. Only issue is getting a bit more expensive, but most places the same.

Got a chivv Chicken and mushroom pizza ABSOLUTE DISGRACE hardly any toppings on It SHEER RIP OFF…… NEVER AGAIN 🤮🤮🤮🤮👎👎👎

prices on the menu's aren't the prices the prices they charge , expect to pay more

Bought a Wallice special 23rd2nd21 never again RANCID Chicken was off and the lamb HOUNESTLY. A don't think the RESIDENT FoX would eat it.

Pizzas are really tasty and fresh made base as far as I could tell. Lots of choice. Also had curry from here too and very tasty and freshly made. Pakora also a winner.

Had a chicken tikka masala last week and I can't believe I m saying this but it was class not to hot in fact a little sweeter just had a half rice half korma tonight and again it was lovely tender chicken and lovely sauce after all the horrible stories I've heard I'm glad it's much much better now a little redecor but that's it

Just got a fish supper from the wallace tandoori it had to be the worst fish supper ive ever had the chips looked and tasted like reheats the fish was disgusting it was batter was soggy and sliding off the fish and all i could taste was grease rather than fish total waste of £6 i would body swerve this place at all cost food is rank rotten

Just had what was supposed to be a hamburger supper from here and I have never seen or ate anything like it in my life. It tasted nothing like a hamburger and was disgusting. I have eaten from here loads of times and never had a problem but obviously hamburgers are not their thing.

Got to be the worst pizza ever was 30 mins late...freezing cold and had 7 slices of pepperoni on a 12" pizza.......never use wallace tandoori again

The food was great, but I do wish places would stipulate if they are doing chip-shop chips or my preferred fries from most kebab shops. The chips were still good though!

Ordered juice which I never received. Meal was good except pizza was a bit average.

Ordered south indian chilli chicken the chicken was like leather and there was no taste of chilli anywhere the spiced onions where Spicer than the curry

Was supposed to be delievered at 8pm and they changed it to 815pm, still wasn't delievered by 8.30 and I had to head out. Not good service espically on a Thursday night.

First time using this place, impressed with the quick delivery ..... then it went down from there. Popadoms were soggy and tasted stale (binned) Curry was ok taste wise but chicken dry Naan bread was doughy and undercooked Chips where easily the worse hipsnive had in years .... looked and tasted like yesterday's reheats

Wasn't what I'd expect of a Tina masala, poor quality rubber chicken that made the curry and ticks sizzler bland with horrible texture, a shame as the prices are competitive and delivery was fast

The fish was off it was descuting I order out here all the time will not be doing that agin sent the fish back and asked for a pizza sent me a10 inch one you would think after being probably being poised them would at least send a bigger one

Good food, however my lamb was wasn't very tender... maybe coz I got beef instead.

Has to be one of the worse takeaways a have ever had the fish & chips were frozen so was the burger it was awful a never eat it chucked it in the bin waste of money a would have sent it back if a never had to go out. Terrible will be avoiding in future.

Excellent as always I really enjoyed the the burger one of the things I always buy of these guy. The sausage was really nice too not greasy it had a crunch which I prefer rather than soggy and there sausage was the good stuff not the grisly stuff from cheap restaurants. I i advise to order one thing if you don't like then fare dos but I can't imagine you won't these are trained cooks in the food world and there great 👍

Waited 2 hours for my delivery when it arrived it was frozen cold my order was short of juice and chips phoned them to be told what do you want me to do its busy it will be 2 hours for another delivery never ordering from here again and i would go else where if i where you

As per usual awesome food and excellent delivery service they forgot to send me my curry but they were professional and really quick to act and send it out to me burning hot! Please try there burgers there awesome.!.

Waited over an hour for our delivery, when it arrived the food was cold. Pizza was stone cold and burnt at the bottom. Really disappointing as we've ordered here before.

The burgers are so good I rate them highly I really do I always purchase a burger from them as there really juicy and cooked just right also the salad is fresh I would prefer a little more on them but that's my preference. There always quick too so the food is still very hot.

We ordered online, choosing a specific time but they ignored that and delivered almost an hour early. Seemed like they had a delivery going out and sent ours with it. We weren't ready for it. The pizza wasn't cooked enough. Fish was very nice. Chips cold. Disappointed.

Amazing food, piping hot and all really good quality!

Food was stone cold despite the restaurant being round the corner. Small chicken kebab was 4small chunks of chicken with a river of garlic sauce soaking the pitta bread. Prawn puri was 12 small shrimp on a half fried chapati and stone cold. All food had to be reheated on arrival which defeated the convenience of takeaway.

Shocking service waited over 1 hour for delivery when got food was cold

Normally brilliant, but tonight a really poor customer service was revealed. Started by ignoring my instructions not the ring the doorbell (kids in bed). Then it emerged we'd received the wrong order. Mistakes happen, but given my instructions had been ignored too it suggests a general carelessness. I called to report I'd received somebody else's order. I was out on to somebody else (Indian man) and had to repeat this. The call was 4 minutes long, most of that time I was waiting, and when I was wasn't waiting I was repeating over and over that I had received the wrong order, that the bags had been mixed up. I should have been believed straight away and should never had to keep repeating this. The phone call ended hurriedly without an apology saying they'd send it out. This was at 6:55. At 8:10 I called asking where our food was. It hadn't even left the restaurant yet. The woman I spoke to knew how to deal with a customer. But I was eat disappointed that I was offered no compensation for such a long wait. The order arrived very quickly after this second call. The man delivering it had no idea what had happened and expected us to pay. We have him back the wrong order we'd received and that was fine. But all in all a total mess and a 1 and a half hour wait (from initial delivery time) to receive he correct food, and no compensation whatsoever. The order was only £12, wouldnit really have hurt to just give it to us for free as a way of saying sorry? Poor.

What can I say? Professional service at its very best! I highly recommend them to everyone. Excellent food all year round keep up the great work and cooking.

Not the best. The lamb was chewy like old bits of leather. Had to throw it out (a total waste of £7.50) the chips were nice. Naan Bread was ok. Popadoms were chewy. chicken was average. And what's the card fee for?? Rip off. First and last order...

Very impressed. Food arrived on time and the employee who made the delivery was courteous and polite. Everything was still hot and, most importantly, tasted great. Highly recommend.

I asked for 3 burgers salad separate. They never gave enough salad I would have got more had I ordered the burgers separately I told her there were more than one she should have gave me 3 boxes for 3 burgers if she said she was only sending one small box a would have bought the whole tray of salad!!!

We get he lamb bhuna and it's always fantastic. Accidentally ordered the chicken bhuna tonight and it was definitely spicier than usual, which wasn't so good for me, however still brilliant and great value.
