Very poor delivery service waited over a hour when I phoned up there said it’s on way 1 hour later it arrives cold this as happened now twice so I won’t be ordering again

Used to order from here all the time,spent nearly £23 for the burgers to be burnt and cold,for them to send the wrong cake,red velvet instead of chocolate fudge cake and sent the wrong ice cream aswell,not ordering from these guys again, would not recommend

Didn't arrive onetime, phoned them got told waiting for a driver, driver got lost delivering it. Shop phoned me at 6.20pm to double check my order. Food wasn't even warm which makes me think it was sat for over half an hour for a driver to arrive. Finally got the order gone 7pm. Mine went in the bin. Will not be ordering from there again!!

Waited in the shop for over 20 mins, large chicken Tikka, got home half the chicken raw, waste of £8. Straight in the bin.

Tried to order and pay.didnt recognise payment so tried to phone up. The number is a darlington number (hundreds of miles away) and just cuts you off anyway so no way of contacting

Has the best Chicken Tikka Masala I've ever had. Really great service, and I've never been let down. Solid choice if you want some consistently great take away

Disgusting and distracting owner! Asked if I could have 10 wings and how much they would be as they have new menus, despite being a customer for 2 years. I was shouted, screams and crushed at by the owner! Wouldn’t ever recommend. No respect for human by the owner. Disgraceful

Owner is a rude and disrespectful man! Has no manner! Disgusted and rude - wouldn’t recommend. Has no customer service! After waiting for ages, my order was thrown in the bin by the owners and was told to leave after asking how much my total bill was! Pathetic to know that the owner was having a bad day and took it out on a customer this brutally

Order food at 7pm turned up at 9pm cold and things missing on the order.

STAY AWAY Ordered 3 chicken and doner kebab Waited 2hours for delivery Only to a find 3 chicken kebabs only and abouslte stone cold some of chicken pieces where still frozen

We always go to Spicy Bites for our curries and kebabs good value for money.

I was.very disappointed for the first time ever with this place. Ordered food. Arrived 45 minutes past estimated delivery time. Gave us a bottle of coke for the trouble (usually comes free anyway with orders over £15). Was told they had put extra chicken in our order.....yeah on 1 of our kebabs. Onion bhajis were just slop and undercooked. £3.60 in the bin. Really used to rate this place till tonight but now looking for a new takeaway.

Interesting place. They donner kebabs can be very tasty but sometime they are a little to oily. The chips are definitely below par but the pizza is very tasty. The dough tastes fresh and is extremely cheese and its definitely mozzarella cheese they use. I have never tried their curries. Good potion sizes

Ordered some pizzas over 2 hours ago, currently still waiting. No answer from the phones from any phone I've tried to call off. Money came out of my bank account quick enough though. Use this as a warning. Clearly can't be bothered answering the phones as they seem wholly unable to complete a simple order, or even pick up the phone. Terrible service. UPDATE: It's been 3 hours and still no communication. UPDATE 2: Had a drive down and it turns out that they are currently closed. States open on google, just eat, and their own app that they are open. Disgusting practice.

i am grading this as a 1 as you have to do online order now by yoyo so the 10% discount is now added back on as a surcharge even though you order on line to collect and pay cash totally out of order and i will not use spicy bites again and i was a loyal customer so its now buyer beware of the now none existent 10% discount as its just re added to your order at check out

Ordered some onion bhajis, burnt on the outside not cooked inside. Inedible.

Had a special shashlik kebab, lamb was quite chewy but overall wasn't bad

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.. Initially we realised the curry sauce we had been sent was incorrect so we rang was informed a new one would be sent round soon. Then my partner took a bite out of one of the spicy chicken wings and it was completely raw and bloody. We rang the takeaway again and they just did not seem phased by this or apologetic. When I asked for a refund as we didn't trust any of the other food we was sent either, I was just advised to contact just eat. All food binned and I have to wait up to 72 hours to discuss my refund with the complaints team.

Good kebabs and good curry the chef listens to how mild or spicy u want it.

Wow not going to lie but I everything I orderes was so tasty and i finished it all and wanted to order again unfortunately i was too far by then Definitely worth the price.

My choice of takeaway and i do not go to many, i was recommended Biryani from this place and at first i want expecting much, a lot of Biriyani dishes i had was not really great and the food is often soggy and full of herbs still in the rice. At spicy bites i was not only surprised how good it is but also how big the portion is. The rice is never soggy and the meat used is always soft and tender. There is a good portion of omelete to and generous amount of curry. The herbs can sometimes appear but often removed before being served. I have been going to this place since and they guys in there are always happy to see me and keep wondering where i have been. As i said i rarely eat out these days but i cannot recommend them more. I love their idea of a calzone to. I am not sure if they count as calzone but they are definately generous and tasty.

Ordered from spicy bite since it has opened , never had a problem and Craig is a fantastic member of staff.

Got a leaflet today through post, thought we would try it, rung after 1 hour and was told driver on the way, rung after 1 hour and 40 mins and was tols the driver had been and no answer. Me and my family have been aat in the front room watching a movie with the curtains open. There is no way they had been now at 8.30pm i am driving to maccys pisses off. Will never attempt to use this takeaway again. And the manager was not bothered ao un professional
