On a whim, I found myself at Wahaca in Wimbledon while exploring the area, and it turned out to be a delightful treat. The decor inside caught my eye, it thoughtfully designed with a vibrant yet cozy atmosphere that immediately set the tone for a great meal. Our waitress was incredibly kind and attentive, going above and beyond by recommending dishes based on our appetites, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I settled on the tortilla, and it was packed with flavor, wonderfully juicy, and every bite seemed to burst with taste. My girlfriend chose the tacos and a few other dishes, and she couldn’t stop raving about how good they were.

The food at Wahaca Wimbledon is always excellent and the service is brilliant. Our server for our most recent couple of visits, Gianina, was really lovely, attentive but not intrusive, and we had a great interaction which made the visits even more special.

The food is quality and has a lot of flavor. Ideal if you like a good plate of Mexican food The waiter who served us was very professional and attentive to us, a 10 in service.

We had a lovely meal here but sadly weren’t able to finish as my daughter started feeling ill half way, which was nothing to do with our food. Gianina was fabulous and brought her some freshly squeezed lime and ginger which helped her feel better. Thank you for your caring.

We enjoyed a wonderful lunch at Wahaca Wimbledon. The staff made us feel very welcome and were witty, accommodating and fun. G, in particular, went above and beyond for us and gave us our favourite hot sauce as a “secret present” and my hubby churros (on the house) as it was his birthday. Amazing food with lovely ambience and host.

Always a good experience. The food is delicious (one of the few places in the uk that seasons their food properly) , the service is fantastic (Christina is awesome) and they are dog friendly, which means we can make last minute plans to eat out while walking the dogs.

Our waitress Cristina was very friendly and helpful, the food was superb and came out very quickly. Plus they even gave our doggos a couple snacks.

Came as a party of three and ordered the ‘Favourites’ to be shared between two people. It was plenty for us and a good variety too. Our server, Kristina, was lovely and it was friendly atmosphere overall.

Great quality combined with great value for money. Go for a selection of small bites when you go, gives you a nice section or different things. If you like Tequila, as I do, they have some excellent ones there. Friendly helpful staff who serve with a smile. A nice chilled relaxed place.

I recently dined at Wahaca with my son and had the pleasure of being served by Geanina. From the moment we were seated, her warm smile and attentive service made us feel at home in the vibrant atmosphere of the restaurant. Her enthusiasm for the dishes made it very easy to trust her suggestions and the choices were exceptional. Geanina checked on us regularly ensuring that we were satisfied with our meals without being overly intrusive. Overall our dining experience at Wahaca Wimbledon was significantly enhanced by Geanina’s attentive and professional service. Thank you Geanina for making our visit memorable. My son is already looking forward to the next visit.

Alena S was our waitress ... She regularly checked on whether we wanted anything else and that we were OK ... Felt great. Food (we are vegetarians) was amazing with a variety available, we were recommended Mushroom Carnitas ... Really nice. Four adults, a lot of food and mocktails, bill about £130, but atmosphere, service and food, well worth it ... The Tres Leches Tiramisu a must to have ... Could have had all they made! Thank you for adding to our evening before going to the theater ...

We ordered the a couple or starters. The sweet potato and feta taquito is my favvv now. We ordered 3 of those. The chicken rice bowl was delicious , a must try. We were too full before we could have a look at the dessert menu. Our waitress was very sweet and her recommendations were brilliant. She said she was from Brazil , don’t recall her name sorry but she was very welcoming.
