The food is disgusting, we very disappointed. The meat is spoiled.

I really recommend it. Come here and try their food. Food is so good and fresh you will not be disappointed; also, customer service is great.

Ordering was complete carnage and had to wait 20 mins for a mid meal. I was before some people and they got there meal first and by some I mean most of the blooming shop

Lovely local grill with delicious and fresh food! Their wraps are great, home made hummus, salads. They serve the local community well! Highly recommended.

This place is really hit and miss. The customer service is appalling, they seem uninterested and inpolite. Have also felt racially discriminated as one of the staff members served someone before me, that I could only assume was there friend, as they were speaking in the same language even though they were behind me in the queue. At one point I even saw the "friend" pointing at me and saying something along the lines of "Are you sure?, they are in front?" to the staff member followed by the staff member replying back to them in their own language. They seem to make a lot of money from delivery services however when you walk in there is no menu board, everyone seems to be in a rush and you have to just wait around till one of the staff give you eye contact which they try avoid doing. The food is generally decent but it really depends what time and who is serving you. The quantity of meat in your meals can go from decent amount to mostly salad with a bit of meat. However this is now intolerable as lack of customer services and basic manners in this restaurant makes it not worth giving your money. The ambiance within the store is one that makes you feel uneasy there is always shouting and lots of smoke everyone seems to be in a rush, this is not a restaurant you would want to go with your family and have a peaceful meal and the experience ruins the food.

Good tasting shawarma and grill food.

VERY DELICIOUS HIGH QUALITY LEBANESE FOOD!!! I love the hospitality and cleanliness mighty much. They use a lot of fresh spices and a nice clean salad selection too very pleasing on the eye. The chops are not greasy. This is my second time of ordering from here and I will surely come here again and again.

ecklee grill is the perfect spot to bring a small group of friends or family to enjoy one of the most tasty middle eastern meals in the area. hardworking & kind staff who prepare the food through rush and quiet hours, although i would recommend visiting in the afternoon after they open for the freshest shawarma you’ll not find elsewhere. as a fan of eating shawarma instead ecklee is one of my favourite spots to eat one, whether it be lamb or chicken, or even a shish touk or kebab wrap. the meat and rice options are also mind blowing, cooked to perfection and flavour. the supermarket next door is lovely too, it’s a full experience and an enjoyable one at that if you are looking for some unmatched middle eastern meals 🥙

I come here very often to get my shawarmas and they are amazing. The chicken with the combination of healthy salads and sauces of your choice created a mouthwatering flavour. The staff are extremely friendly and also greet and make me feel welcome from the start. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. Definitely recommend coming here.

For years when I want to eat a proper tasty donar or Shawarma, I go to this place and it never fails me. I went again last week and we enjoyed the food and friendly welcome from the staff. I used to work for food delivery apps, and tried many kebab places and this one is right at the top of the list.

Food is ok but staff are next to useless. Third time I have been here and the staff don’t respect the queue. Serve customers out of order and make you wait whilst they serve people who come in after you. Won’t be going back.

I have been going to eklee grill since it opened and never left a review until one of the staff asked me today. The foods always good pricing isn’t bad it is clean tasty food. Would recommend to anyone in the local area the shawarmas and shish wraps are good and I recommend the vine leaves some of the curry and chicken dishes are also nice there is lots of variety and I’ve never been disappointed it can get busy and take a while to get served at peak times like Saturday evening but that’s about it

French, visiting my best friend in New Malden, I had a blast. My friends told me they enjoyed ordering from Ecklee Grill. They were completely right!! Falafels, hummus, meat, tabbouleh and lentil soup: excellent!! With friendly and fast service.

Not value for money at all… Bought Shawarma for £8.95 and the lamp was extremely little with more onions in it. complete rip off and not worth it at all…. don’t taste that great either

Fantastic selection of Lebanese food, I had a delicious chicken Shawarma wrap which was very flavoursome. Girlfriend had a chicken shish which was even better, beautifully spiced and succulent. I had food envy despite how good the shawarma was.

Great Arabic supermarket and bakery, with it's own naan oven! Really good selection and large sizes of eg moutabal, rice, herbs, etc. The naan oven at the back is fantastic - fresh spinach fatayer, lamb 'pizza', etc made to order. The large open pots of marinated olives are great too. Not cheap but such a treat!

Strongly recommend no one orders from here….. it once upon a time was our go to kebab - now I can’t say a good thing about it - food was soggy, cold and disgusting - thrown together in what I can only assume was panic (food was extremely late) staff weren’t helpful on the phone. I suspect this place will be shut down fairly soon. READ OTHER REVIEWS NEAR TO THIS ONE AND MAKE YOUR OWN MIND UP.

Gone really downhill in the last few years, food quality is still good however service is terrible and portion sizes are really small for the price, buffing up meals with salad and chips at while putting a measly portion of meat with it. Even going large won't give you a kebab that fills you up. Is a real shame as this place used to be a favourite of mine.

Don't know what happened this place used to be great but today it was pretty awful. Meat was just chunks of fat, food was cold and bland.

Lovely service from staff behind the counter. Ordered the falafel wrap with a portion of chips. The wrap was good but I have had better. Chips were cooked to perfection I have to say.

Used the catering service. Delicious selection of food. Really tasty. Guests were impressed. They gave us an opportunity to taste at their place before we decided what we wanted. They set up and cleared their dishes up after. Definitely use again

Food was average tasting, nothing like Le Val in Kingston which is so much tastier. Service - had to collect food/cutlery over the counter but they did help nicely with the menu and ordering. Decor is nice, location easy.

Today me and my best friend went to Ecklees grill so she could get her lunch it was 13:05 and we were expected back in class by 13:30 I explained to one of your employees to hurry up politely and that we’re expected back in class by 13:30 But he just wasn’t acknowledging the situation and gave me a look as if to say “I’m dealing with another customer calm down” if I say to get my friend her food give my friend her damn food and don’t bloody ignore me and me and my friend shouldn’t have to be late because of one of ur employees this better not happen again

What a lovely fresh food I ordered some hummus and tabula salad and Iraqi kabab , My kids love this food so much when I offered them McDonalds they said they wanted ecklee. The customer service is so good they where very kind I would recommend.

So far we have tried: Vegetable Combo - Vermicelli Rice and Fasuliye Meatball Combo - Mix veg rice and Meatballs Chicken Combo - Vermicelli rice and Chicken cooked with aubergine Grilled chicken wings Chicken Shawarma wrap Batata Hara Humus Salad You get value for money. Great tasting food in affordable price. Locals are a regular here and I have heard them saying amazing things about this place. I would highly recommend them.

Disappointed in so many ways!! I called ahead for a collection and ordered a large lamb shish kebab wrap and chips. I arrived at the time I was asked to collect (9.40pm) and found one guy cleaning up and another guy chatting away on the phone to a friend?; both totally ignored me while I stood there looking at the kebab which had already been wrapped and left on the side. Eventually the guy cleaning up came up to me and asked whether I was having chips which still needed to be cooked so he put the frier back on and while then cooking the chips, put the kebab wrap on the hot plate to keep warm. In the rush, the chips were undercooked… So what I ended up with was soggy chips, soggy salad, an overcooked literally crispy wrap and very cold lamb. There were also only six pieces of lamb which for a ‘large’ is extremely poor…what is a ‘small’? Three pieces?? And for the pleasure of this feast…£16!! Never again…

Good food. Standard 'kebab cafe' atmosphere, nothing fancy. Service was alright, could be improved. I had to remind staff that I was ahead in the queue of orders because they started making an order for someone who arrived after me.
