Wags N Tales in Richmond upon Thames

I’ve been here loads of times. Such a friendly team. But this time I had lunch. As a meat eater I wouldn’t normally think to come here, but the food was excellent. I had the Bollywood dog, a vegetarian hot dog. Very filling and full of flavour. I bet I was more satisfied than if I’d had a meat dish. I highly recommend this place. They’ve weathered various storms like Covid and everything else and they deserve to do well, because they are so nice and accommodating, with an interesting offer in an area of Twickenham that has really struggled to do well over the years. A top notch pub/cafe for a wide broad audience :)

Came across this gem of a bar on our way back to Richmond from Twickenham. What a find! Excellent selection of drinks, staff were unbelievable friendly, we only popped in for one but ended up staying a few hours. The guys working there asked what songs you wanted playing and played them! Gave us all a free shot, brought your drinks to your table and are an asset to the pub. I just wish we could visit more but we live‘up north’. Definitely will be calling in when we’re next at Twickenham!

This place has never disappointed me yet. The place and all of the staff are great with dogs, babies and toddlers, and they also cater well for coeliacs - all of which I have in the family! The food is also always good and I've not yet had a bad meal here, the only one disappointing this I would say is - having been quite a few times now, the menu never changes... which although in a way is good - if what they are doing works well why change it, on the other hand, some new fresh items on the menu would also be nice once in a while! On the latest visit, I tried their Shakshuka which was particularly nice. I am sure we will be back soon, thank you!

The two of us plus our dog visited on a Saturday night and sat outside in the wonderfully decorated garden space (it is so nice that a wedding was held in the garden during the day). The food was perfect (I highly recommend the Bombay hot dog). Portions were great and the food tasted very fresh. This place is particularly special as it very much welcomes dogs, for example as soon as we arrived one of the staff members asked if our dog would like a bowl of water. Wag n Tails also offer a range of food for dogs including puppy scones. The staff and owner were absolutely great and very attentive. I would highly recommend this place particularly if you have a dog. This place is a real gem in Twickenham and well worth a visit. ⁵""

I've been to this lovely little cafe/bar/restaurant a couple of times in the last month or so and both times it has been wonderful! The staff are all very friendly and helpful, especially when I've been with my sister who is a coeliac. They have a nice menu with a good amount of choice, even for children and a dog section on the menu too. I love how dog-friendly it is both inside and outside in their garden/terrace area too. All of the various different food dishes we've sampled have always been very nice and it is good value for money as well (although, their cakes/doughnuts are a little pricey but they do have lots of gluten-free/vegan options which is probably why). I'm sure I will be back again soon - even just to pop by after work for a quick drink and to grab some dog-cakes/scones to go! They also have a restaurant in Surbiton as well which I frequently pass but have not yet tried, I'm sure I will soon. Thank you all :)

Ever since you enter the site you know it’ll be a good experience, a delicious vegetarian restaurant with everything you’ll need i order to have a good time! The customer service, music, and manager are the REAL DEAL. Spoke to the manager and turned out to be a wonderful person. One of the things I loved the most was their inclusive system, being pet-friendly, vegetarian and having workers from all around the world. Their worker Daniella told us about her inspiring story coming from a country in South America (Colombia) we also had the opportunity to talk to one of their other workers that recently moved from wales. Definitely a moving experience! 10/10.

3 Fathers & 4 daughters had lunch on Sunday. Food & drinks for both adults and kids was delicious. Cocktails are top quality. I tried the veg chicken burger - better than the real thing! Everyone agreed we need to come back very soon with the wives.

Great in concept but the Owner was really rude to me despite being a local and regular customer - so would not go back.

I held my birthday here last weekend. I wanted something casual, but with a little food and enough space for a live singer, dancing and mingling without being crowded. The back area and garden was perfect for me! The buffet was excellent, just finger food as I wanted, but presented really nicely and topped up throughout the night. Staff were really friendly, capable and helpful.
