Waggon & horses wood fire pizza in Sandwell

We have just had a fantastic family Christmas party (roughly 40 people) The room downstairs was perfect, the food was amazing and the staff were excellent. We hove never had a bad meal here, I would highly recommend.

This place has recently been taken over and I must say we were really impressed. The decor is beautiful and comfortable, the staff are very friendly from the moment you walk in and the food is amazing. We will definitely be visiting more often!

Unfortunately it wasn’t best experience, Ordered specific pizza but didn’t receive exactly what we ordered. Pizazz came with extra olives which shouldn’t be on the ordered one and spinach was missing, no souse was proposed, no cutlery or plates and any napkins was given. Drinks ( coke from tap) was tasteless. Pizza was served on wooden boards which wasn’t washed before as we could smell old oil on pizza.

Dined here with family Saturday 19th and the food was excellent. The pizza was excellent along with the steak, burger and lasagna. The Wagon is real hidden gem at the bottom of Quarry Bank. The hosts were welcoming and a wide range of drinks on offer. Also they were offering cheapest meal free to celebrate 12 months being open during October

Pleasantly surprised. Passed by a few times but decided to visit on Sunday evening. Party of 11. Food was very very good. It was served quickly and hot ( can't beat cold plates and warm food) I had mushroom pasta and delicious garlic bread, the others a mixture of Lasagne and Pizzas. Everyone was happy. Nice suprise when we were charged 50% off as they were celebrating 1 year of being in business! Will visit again.

Advertising steaks but you don’t have any. Hadn’t run out of them as the answer when I tried to order was we don’t have . Then don’t advertise it , no wonder the place is mostly empty . We left and went elsewhere

We took advantage of the 2 for 1 pizza offered delivered very Monday. This is our second visit and the pizza are excellent.

First visit since new management and refurbishment. The pizzas were delicious, there’s a great selection of beers and the staff were so friendly & welcoming. Will certainly be returning.

Really friendly staff great food comfortable environment and good value definitely be visiting again soon

Visited tonight for the 2 for 1 Monday deal. The pizza and calzone was fabulous. Will definitely be going back.
