Staff was very distracted, no attention to the table at all. The waitress was looking away somewhere whilst taking our order which felt very disrespectful. Also had to ask for tap water like 5 times before actually getting it. And the food was disappointing too very tangy and sour. Have had the same dishes at other branches but they tasted way much better!!!! Now will think three times before going to any other Wagamama :(

I visited alone after a shopping spree, was seated immediately and ordered within few minutes. The waitress attending me was helpful and polite. I know how Wagamama works, so I wasn’t surprised when my starter came when I was halfway done through my main. Everything tasted great. I had a good experience, however the restaurant was a bit messy with many tables full of dirty plates. It was also extremely loud.

Not worth the hype. It was average. Not too good. Overrated and I would surely consider it as an option for visiting again.

Unfortunately, we had to wait a relatively long time for a free table because the service wasn't willing to clear the tables of dirty dishes. Unfortunately, the waiters weren't really motivated. We were later squeezed to the side with others and then a table number was written on a piece of paper with which we were then supposed to order using a QR code. But the table number was wrong or didn't even exist. So everything was recorded by the waitress. But the food was super tasty and had a great taste and spice. The selection of dishes is pretty clear, but still offers enough variety.

We visited the Westfield branch for the first time on Saturday 21st December 2024. It was extremely busy & there was a queue for tables. However, we didn't wait long & were able to order promptly. We ordered Ebi Katsu, Chilli Squid, Prawn Crackers, Veg Gyoza (complimentary through the rewards app) & Prawn Firecracker Curry with egg noddles instead of the rice. My daughter's squid & prawns were good. The Gyoza wasn't all that! The Firecracker Prawn Curry wasn't good as it arrived with less prawns than it normally has, hardly any sauce & the noodles were really dry. I told the waiter & he arranged for some more sauce. He didn't take the plate back to the kitchen as he should've & as a result by the time the sauce arrived my food was cold. The waiter came back to check how the food was & I told him it was very disappointing. I wasn't impressed! He apologised but didn't do anything about it when he had the opportunity to rectify it. The Manager came to see us & checked if the waiter had taken the food back, he hadn't. The Firecracker was removed from the bill We always order the same food on our visit to Wagamama, the food is normally good. We shall try Westfield again.

We were seated super close to other people, so the ambience wasn't great. My beef ramen tantanmen tasted bland and the noodles were completely overcooked. My partner's curry didn't convince him either. For the high price, the food honestly wasn't good. I had already been to another Wagamama, which really impressed me at the time. This time I was very disappointed.

We are Wagamama regulars in other branches and decided to have dinner at the Westfield. It wasn’t overly busy, service was slow. We saw our meals ready to be taken from the kitchen but it took a long time to be fetched. Food was lukewarm and the noodles in the brisket ramen dish was overcooked. We asked for tap water, after 10 minutes, we went to the bar to fetch it ourselves. Not a great experience.

This chain restaurant is located just outside the Westfield shopping mall, on a street with a variety of dining options. The restaurant offers a wide range of choices, including Western, Japanese, and Taiwanese dishes, making it very popular. The prices are very affordable, and the food quality is quite good. Notably, green tea is free! I would definitely try other items on the menu next time!

Weak. No asian flavour just very bland and a weird peppery flavour. I usually order the same dish the steak noodle dish. But the meat was overcooked and the noodles too! There was only half a pak Choi and an overcooked mangetout and The place wasn’t busy either for them to be lacking so much. I will not be coming to this branch again unfortunately. Disappointed. Plus I had a take away and i had nothing to help me with the lack of flavour. They usually put sachets but nothing this time.

Personal recommendation: beef bibimbap with fried egg!

Food was ok not as good as in other branches. Service was surprisingly very poor! late and wrong item served but no apology and no attempt to put it right and to top it all, included in the bill at the end.

after waiting 25 minutes to have our order taken, we were told that they have run out of the things we wanted. not the servers fault that they ran out, but it would’ve been nice to have it mentioned as we were being shown to our table as it was a big waste of time on a friday night with everything already closing at that time.

Tasty food, short wait time, cozy atmosphere and lovely staff! Sara was very friendly and patient and really helped me understand the benefits of Wagamama Soul Club app. I’m excited to collect more stamps! :)

This is a very nice and clean place. The food was very nice and delicious. I recommend this place to everyone. The employees were friendly and attentive. I can't wait to go again.

Lovely place for family, food is amazing!

(edited afterwards): I reached out to wagamama through their website and they were happy to take my feedback - I dont want to edit the score by much(so I have changed it to a 3star), but knowing they care enough to follow up is a huge plus and definitely makes me want to come back in the future. Absolutely horrible experience, lovely start to the weekend, I cant even give the service a 1 star... Completely ignored by entire staff for 15-20 minutes after being seated. I finally flag someone down, and am reassured that they will be with us in 2 seconds. Me and my partner gave the staff team another 20 minutes without as much as offering us water or anything. After this we got up and left, as no one had approached us yet. This is not the fault of the waiter who told us he would help out, but the entire staff team who should be ashamed of how poorly their operations are ran... On the way out they gave us a "sorry i forgot" and "come on guys dont leave" - yeah that'll cheer us up and feed us thanks... Taking our custom elsewhere.

Don’t even bother, just go home and cook your own food. Stood at the front for 5 mins to be seated, 10 mins for our order to be taken, 20 mins further and only then did we get our tap water and now waitress said it’s so busy we need to wait another 10-15 for our food. 30 minutes since we have waited so long I’m not even hungry anymore. It’s Friday night 2 maybe 3 staff in the kitchen and 4 running the floor. GET MORE STAFF!

AVOID THIS PLACE! If it were possible to throw away trash, I would throw away trash and I don't even think about it. I'll start with what was good - nice premises. And that's the end of it. Service - Confused, didn't know anything about the menu or what they were missing, annoyed and reluctant. Food - Food poisoning is not a good business card for a restaurant. I will not comment further. The food and drink here together cost quite a bit of money for the tragic performance of the restaurant. So I repeat - AVOID THIS PLACE! p.s. The gentleman from the next table was doused with beer, so maybe he at least got compensation.

Lovely friendly and professional service,through out our lunch. So much better than the awful experience we had a few weeks ago at Kingston Wagamamas,this branch and Wimbledon have become our favourites.

The food is nice it’s standard Wagamama food, the restaurant was relatively clean apart from cobwebs and tissue. The SERVICE ON THE OTHER HAND … not horrible but as someone who works in hospitality it was really subpar. Forgot about your order, would ignore you, barely little service apart from the guy in the mask he is really nice. The wait for food was really long, food will come like 10 mins after the other even for simple small dishes which should come out quick. Still a nice place and would keep eating here, this is just a one bad dining experience out of a usual great one

We got there and only after 20 minutes of waving our arms around to get someone's attention did they take our order and it took very long for it to even come. Whilst other people were eating when they had entered wagamama 10 minutes after us. But the food was great.

The boy who served me and my daughter had got our order wrong, then after waiting 10 minutes and asking two different people for the correct order another lady brought the wrong food again. The wrong order had not been taken off our bill which we asked the lady to do then in the middle of our meal she asked my daughter to check. My daughter looked and the item was still on our bill. Whilst still eating asked if I had finished. We felt rushed at the restaurant. Definetley did not enjoy my experience there or the food.

Man this place has gotten worse over the years. The food was very very good a number of years back. I visited this place again on 19th Oct 2024. Every single thing we ordered was below average at best. Chicken Gyoza didn't taste fresh and had a weird texture. My wife's ramen was poor as well with hardly any taste, sloppy noodles, dry chicken. Poor quality, bland taste, only saving grace is decent portions. How can food quality go down while the prices go up. My go-to dish, Chicken Katsu was really poor, thin chicken, overdone coating, sour tasting sauce. I tried to give this place a few chances and I'm done with it now. I can make a far better Katsu Sauce at home.

Vishal was very helpful to advise which dishes would be the best for vegan preference and also went above his way to ensure I am settled down of what I needed and guiding me to do my payment through wagamama internal gateway app (Wagamama soul club). Food is not that good but I would highly recommend to come to this place solely for receiving a great service which is getting rare nowadays in all wagamama restaurants I have visited .

Very disappointed with Wagamamas. I’ve been a regular customer for a few years and the chicken Katsu curry has gone up to £15 when it used to be £11.70 just 2 years ago. I can’t justify this price increase so will no longer be going to Wagamama’s.

The service was fast and friendly, the food excellent for a chain restaurant. A special plus for the generous portions and really clean environment, the employees were constantly wiping the tables after customers. You should especially try freshly squeezed juices!

The General Manager Pawel is so amazing and accommodating. He is so sweet and was very helpful and took care of me! I’m from America and it was refreshing to see someone of his caliber truly love his job and have great customer service so I felt like I was right at home. I’m not sure who his manager is since he is the General Manager but if you are Pawel’s manager and are reading this give him a raise he deserves this and MORE!!

We had another great dinner at Wagamama. The place is really nice, food is delicious. We were served by Catalina, she was fantastic with us . Although the place was busy Catalina was really great with us and made us feel fantastic 😊

I've always loved their chili squid.

It was good everything, I had got the chicken skewers and some bowl with rice, chicken and carrots with greens. I just wish there was more chicken in it, there was what felt like 8 slices in it. And more rice and veg then everything else. I felt like the price was a but much. I think it was over 15 for the bowl and 8 for the (4) skewers

Visited Wagamama at Westfields and found the experience to be quite average. The staff performed their duties in a rather routine manner, without much warmth or friendliness. The food was reasonably priced, but don't come here with high expectations for taste and flavour. On the plus side, the portions were generous. Overall, it's an okay spot for a quick meal but the dining experience could be improved with more engaging service and better-tasting dishes.

Friendly staff and delicious food! As an appetizer, the pulled pork gyoza was a pleasant surprise, the bang bang cauliflower is great as well. The Thai Beef salad was fresh and delicious, an absolute treat and loaded with healthiness. The Katsu Curry Chicken Hot was indeed very spicy!! I loved it, great flavors, but I can imagine that some people find it a bit too hot for comfort.

Food was MEDIOCRE ... staff not the most attentive, but manager ANNA was DISRESPECTFUL and restaurant has poor WiFi. Wouldn’t feel comfortable eating there again… I left feeling upset.

It’s alright. Customer service was very good. The guys were very fast and friendly but the food was not as advertised. It was very , very spicy and we couldn’t finish it . Drinks were nice but not great . I have been to wagamama multiple times and i would definitely recommend it to anyone just not this rice bowl in particular.

Worst experience ever in Westfield, poor hospitality. I have been a regular to clink street, never had such a bad experience there. But first time We went to dinner in Westfield with my family, we ordered kid meals and some dishes for us. It’s been 40 min we waited for kid meal, we called waitress and asked for meal then she went to kitchen and gave order again. As my kid was starving, she keep asking for her dish. after an hour we called waiter and cancelled order to go out. They didn’t even bothered and apologized, such a worst staff. Never gonna visit there again.

Disabled toilet out of use, only toilet was upstairs, I was unable to go upstairs They couldn't not locate the disabled toilet key, tried to open it with a knife Manager had awful customer service Food was warm I wouldn't advise going if you are disabled

Food was OK. A bit overpriced but decent.

Spotted is the gochugang tofu rice bowl which is relatively new on their menu. Normally I go for the prawn and chicken yaki soba, but I thought new year new me and try something new. The tofu rice bowl was delicious, had the right amount of spice and it was flavoursome. One improvement is that I would had liked more pieces of tofu, the tofu to rice ratio was off and I was left with a lot of rice left over after eating maybe 5-7 small pieces of tofu.

Me and my friend came to eat today, the food was great and Himasha service was outstanding, she was polite and made our experience enjoyable!

Nothing really to over glamourise, the bao buns with korean beef are ok, flavour is not outstanding, size of the bao’s average. Filling ok, more than anything the topping sauce is what brings out that touch. Chilly squid average, good size, but very light flavour. Green tea, great unlimited refill. Ambience, very clean and spacious. Staff could be more friendly. Overall

De entrante hemos pedido unos chicken yakitori (brocheta de pollo) la carne estaba bastante buena pero encima le habían puesto demasiada salsa teriaki y eso tapaba el sabor de la carne.Yo he pedido un ramen de grilled chicken pero no me he quedado muy satisfecha porque no tenía nada que ver con un simple ramen, el pollo era decente, pero el caldo del ramen sabia demasiado a gengibre y picaba un poco. La verdura estaba bien aunque no elijieron la mejor combinación de verduras. En cambio el personal nos ha atendido bien y han traído todas las cosas. En conclusión, creo que no es el mejor sitio de comida asiática donde he estado

This restaurant needs an employee, my God, they left me waiting for 1:30 while I was pregnant. When the order arrived, the order was wrong, they wanted to leave me waiting for more hours, the restaurant won't go. please

是一間綜合菜式的餐廳，有泰式越式菜，也有韓式菜，絕對有不同種類供你選擇的。 價錢算倫敦來講是便宜，可能因為是連鎖店的關係價位是有競爭力的。 去過不同的分店，而這家來過2次，味道是有保證。 但不知道是否晚餐時段，人比較多，需要一定的輪候時間，我附近有客人因為等太久而改為外賣帶走，因為她們沒時間等遲遲不來的餐點 另外餐廳是熱鬧的，但因此也非常嘈吵，我跟朋友們沒辦法正常聊天，大部分時間都只好安靜吃飯。 最後提提店員，她們人很好，很親切，不過有幾個不知道是新人還是什麼，看到其他客人點餐都不順利，這點要改進。 整體來說我會再來的。

The chicken ramen was the blandest I’ve ever had. The noodles were overcooked, chewy, and slimy. The staff was super friendly and took the dish back no problem, but the replacement was just as bad. Third time around they suggested swapping the noodles for a different kind, but they were still not great. I’ve never been in Wagamama before, so maybe the rest of the food is great, but definitely don’t get the ramen.

The waiter was very rude. He didn’t come to ask how was the food to us, but he did to another table. I think it’s because we are black. Racist people. He then had the nerve to ask why I want to remove service charge. Like what service? The food was bland.

I went to wagamama yesterday, and I passed a very good time. The service was fast, and the atmosphere was amazing. The waitress was a very nice girl.

Atrocious service. Zero stars for that. Numbers written down on our placemats for the orders. Incorrect dishes served. Over 30 minutes for one of our orders to arrive. Clearly cannot cope with it's busy. Food was ok, but not worth the price. Will most certainly not return. They did have the decency to comp the late plate, but only after a fuss was made.

The food was ok but the service needs to improved. I understand it was busy but the staff made us feel like we were a burden since the moment we walked in. It was uncomfortable as our server didn’t put any effort to be friendly or answer our questions about the food. Unfortunately won’t be back.

We had another great Wagamama lunch here in Westfield. As always food is delicious 😋 with great service despite it being very busy. Every place we visit we always try to have a nice lunch at a Wagamama and they never disappoint.

A sweet soul took me out for lunch, and she chose Wagamama. After my first experience there, I wasn't sure about another. But it turned out to be great. I had the meal she had. It was scrumptious. I can't recall the name, but if I do return to that restaurant, I'm ordering the same thing. Its rice noddles with chicken and prawns.
