The boy who served me and my daughter had got our order wrong, then after waiting 10 minutes and asking two different people for the correct order another lady brought the wrong food again. The wrong order had not been taken off our bill which we asked the lady to do then in the middle of our meal she asked my daughter to check. My daughter looked and the item was still on our bill. Whilst still eating asked if I had finished. We felt rushed at the restaurant. Definetley did not enjoy my experience there or the food.

Man this place has gotten worse over the years. The food was very very good a number of years back. I visited this place again on 19th Oct 2024. Every single thing we ordered was below average at best. Chicken Gyoza didn't taste fresh and had a weird texture. My wife's ramen was poor as well with hardly any taste, sloppy noodles, dry chicken. Poor quality, bland taste, only saving grace is decent portions. How can food quality go down while the prices go up. My go-to dish, Chicken Katsu was really poor, thin chicken, overdone coating, sour tasting sauce. I tried to give this place a few chances and I'm done with it now. I can make a far better Katsu Sauce at home.

Vishal was very helpful to advise which dishes would be the best for vegan preference and also went above his way to ensure I am settled down of what I needed and guiding me to do my payment through wagamama internal gateway app (Wagamama soul club). Food is not that good but I would highly recommend to come to this place solely for receiving a great service which is getting rare nowadays in all wagamama restaurants I have visited .

Very disappointed with Wagamamas. I’ve been a regular customer for a few years and the chicken Katsu curry has gone up to £15 when it used to be £11.70 just 2 years ago. I can’t justify this price increase so will no longer be going to Wagamama’s.

The service was fast and friendly, the food excellent for a chain restaurant. A special plus for the generous portions and really clean environment, the employees were constantly wiping the tables after customers. You should especially try freshly squeezed juices!

The General Manager Pawel is so amazing and accommodating. He is so sweet and was very helpful and took care of me! I’m from America and it was refreshing to see someone of his caliber truly love his job and have great customer service so I felt like I was right at home. I’m not sure who his manager is since he is the General Manager but if you are Pawel’s manager and are reading this give him a raise he deserves this and MORE!!

We had another great dinner at Wagamama. The place is really nice, food is delicious. We were served by Catalina, she was fantastic with us . Although the place was busy Catalina was really great with us and made us feel fantastic 😊

I've always loved their chili squid.

It was good everything, I had got the chicken skewers and some bowl with rice, chicken and carrots with greens. I just wish there was more chicken in it, there was what felt like 8 slices in it. And more rice and veg then everything else. I felt like the price was a but much. I think it was over 15 for the bowl and 8 for the (4) skewers

Visited Wagamama at Westfields and found the experience to be quite average. The staff performed their duties in a rather routine manner, without much warmth or friendliness. The food was reasonably priced, but don't come here with high expectations for taste and flavour. On the plus side, the portions were generous. Overall, it's an okay spot for a quick meal but the dining experience could be improved with more engaging service and better-tasting dishes.

Friendly staff and delicious food! As an appetizer, the pulled pork gyoza was a pleasant surprise, the bang bang cauliflower is great as well. The Thai Beef salad was fresh and delicious, an absolute treat and loaded with healthiness. The Katsu Curry Chicken Hot was indeed very spicy!! I loved it, great flavors, but I can imagine that some people find it a bit too hot for comfort.

Food was MEDIOCRE ... staff not the most attentive, but manager ANNA was DISRESPECTFUL and restaurant has poor WiFi. Wouldn’t feel comfortable eating there again… I left feeling upset.

It’s alright. Customer service was very good. The guys were very fast and friendly but the food was not as advertised. It was very , very spicy and we couldn’t finish it . Drinks were nice but not great . I have been to wagamama multiple times and i would definitely recommend it to anyone just not this rice bowl in particular.

Worst experience ever in Westfield, poor hospitality. I have been a regular to clink street, never had such a bad experience there. But first time We went to dinner in Westfield with my family, we ordered kid meals and some dishes for us. It’s been 40 min we waited for kid meal, we called waitress and asked for meal then she went to kitchen and gave order again. As my kid was starving, she keep asking for her dish. after an hour we called waiter and cancelled order to go out. They didn’t even bothered and apologized, such a worst staff. Never gonna visit there again.

Disabled toilet out of use, only toilet was upstairs, I was unable to go upstairs They couldn't not locate the disabled toilet key, tried to open it with a knife Manager had awful customer service Food was warm I wouldn't advise going if you are disabled

Food was OK. A bit overpriced but decent.

Spotted is the gochugang tofu rice bowl which is relatively new on their menu. Normally I go for the prawn and chicken yaki soba, but I thought new year new me and try something new. The tofu rice bowl was delicious, had the right amount of spice and it was flavoursome. One improvement is that I would had liked more pieces of tofu, the tofu to rice ratio was off and I was left with a lot of rice left over after eating maybe 5-7 small pieces of tofu.

Nothing really to over glamourise, the bao buns with korean beef are ok, flavour is not outstanding, size of the bao’s average. Filling ok, more than anything the topping sauce is what brings out that touch. Chilly squid average, good size, but very light flavour. Green tea, great unlimited refill. Ambience, very clean and spacious. Staff could be more friendly. Overall

De entrante hemos pedido unos chicken yakitori (brocheta de pollo) la carne estaba bastante buena pero encima le habían puesto demasiada salsa teriaki y eso tapaba el sabor de la carne.Yo he pedido un ramen de grilled chicken pero no me he quedado muy satisfecha porque no tenía nada que ver con un simple ramen, el pollo era decente, pero el caldo del ramen sabia demasiado a gengibre y picaba un poco. La verdura estaba bien aunque no elijieron la mejor combinación de verduras. En cambio el personal nos ha atendido bien y han traído todas las cosas. En conclusión, creo que no es el mejor sitio de comida asiática donde he estado

This restaurant needs an employee, my God, they left me waiting for 1:30 while I was pregnant. When the order arrived, the order was wrong, they wanted to leave me waiting for more hours, the restaurant won't go. please

是一間綜合菜式的餐廳，有泰式越式菜，也有韓式菜，絕對有不同種類供你選擇的。 價錢算倫敦來講是便宜，可能因為是連鎖店的關係價位是有競爭力的。 去過不同的分店，而這家來過2次，味道是有保證。 但不知道是否晚餐時段，人比較多，需要一定的輪候時間，我附近有客人因為等太久而改為外賣帶走，因為她們沒時間等遲遲不來的餐點 另外餐廳是熱鬧的，但因此也非常嘈吵，我跟朋友們沒辦法正常聊天，大部分時間都只好安靜吃飯。 最後提提店員，她們人很好，很親切，不過有幾個不知道是新人還是什麼，看到其他客人點餐都不順利，這點要改進。 整體來說我會再來的。

The chicken ramen was the blandest I’ve ever had. The noodles were overcooked, chewy, and slimy. The staff was super friendly and took the dish back no problem, but the replacement was just as bad. Third time around they suggested swapping the noodles for a different kind, but they were still not great. I’ve never been in Wagamama before, so maybe the rest of the food is great, but definitely don’t get the ramen.

The waiter was very rude. He didn’t come to ask how was the food to us, but he did to another table. I think it’s because we are black. Racist people. He then had the nerve to ask why I want to remove service charge. Like what service? The food was bland.

I went to wagamama yesterday, and I passed a very good time. The service was fast, and the atmosphere was amazing. The waitress was a very nice girl.

Atrocious service. Zero stars for that. Numbers written down on our placemats for the orders. Incorrect dishes served. Over 30 minutes for one of our orders to arrive. Clearly cannot cope with it's busy. Food was ok, but not worth the price. Will most certainly not return. They did have the decency to comp the late plate, but only after a fuss was made.

The food was ok but the service needs to improved. I understand it was busy but the staff made us feel like we were a burden since the moment we walked in. It was uncomfortable as our server didn’t put any effort to be friendly or answer our questions about the food. Unfortunately won’t be back.

We had another great Wagamama lunch here in Westfield. As always food is delicious 😋 with great service despite it being very busy. Every place we visit we always try to have a nice lunch at a Wagamama and they never disappoint.

A sweet soul took me out for lunch, and she chose Wagamama. After my first experience there, I wasn't sure about another. But it turned out to be great. I had the meal she had. It was scrumptious. I can't recall the name, but if I do return to that restaurant, I'm ordering the same thing. Its rice noddles with chicken and prawns.

The food is good , the drinks too, I always eat Raman - it's good and filling , so are the cocktails.... The price is ok too. I'm not fond of paying with apps but hay... I'm not young.

The food was ok, but the service and the atmosphere was not to my liking. It could just be that I'm not used to it given that I'm a tourist from a smaller town. However, the workers were not good at masking their feeling (making us feel like we were a burden), and the music was way too loud. Personally, I don't think the food is worth coming back for. A part of what makes a great restaurant is the atmosphere, thats why my favorite restaurant doesn't have the most fabulous dishes but it's just a really nice place where you feel welcomed.

We went to the mall and saw this never heard of it. It walked in, and it seemed interesting. This is my new favorite place to eat the food. It was really good. I mean, good.

Wagamama in Westfield is amazing the food is delicious, the staff is a phenomenon, and my nephew likes it so much, he loves their katsu curry, so yeah I would recommend it to any👍👍

I literally tried the same noodles dish at the London Bridge location and here, 2 days apart. The noodles at the Westfield location were tasteless. The portion was smaller, also. I was seated by a nice very lady on Saturday night, the local was full and hot (no ac?). We were served by another member who didn't smile at all. Since wagamama is a chain, I am expecting the same dish to taste the same everywhere, it was not the case. Disappointed.

Very rude staff, had to ask multiple times for water, very slow, food arrived cold because it had been sitting on the counter for 5 minutes.

We visited on a Saturday evening and had a lovely meal. The place wasn’t too busy and had a very relaxing atmosphere. Great, flavourful food and very generous portions - yummy veg Katsu Curry is always a winner! If you’re up for a cocktail or two, their rose petal gin & tonic is a smasher! All in all, recommended.

Absolutely disgraceful service. Came here with my boyfriend and the server refused to take my order because I said I was lactose intolerant and said the manager had to take it, but he took my boyfriends order. Manager didn't come over my for another 15 mins to take my order and my boyfriend had finished his meal by the time mine came out. Food was mid as well. Don't eat here.

Lunch time order of salmon teriyaki. Food was at best bland. No variety of flavour and very little to no teriyaki. Salmon was over cooked and bland. Carrot/ginger drink was poor quality with strange flavour that did not come from components. Very disappointing. I will not be visiting this Wagamamas again.

Amazing food for a good price. Selection of teas and drinks are great along with the service. Only downside is that it feels a bit manic considering the fact it's in one of the busiest shopping centres in the world

Apart from serving us the wrong drinks... the rest of the service was ok. Ordered the rum cocktail but struggled to taste any of it. Not the best place for drinks. Maybe I'll walk with my flask next time. Lol. The food was delicious 😋. No complaints in that department, and they weren't stingy with the prawns either. If you're not used to spicy food, I would highly suggest that you stick to (no added spices).

The food was filling and delicious. Really enjoyed the beef ramen and grilled duck donburi. The fruit juices are really worth. The staff were polite and friendly. We will be visiting soon. The side of squid was really good.

Service here sucks. We came in on a Wednesday afternoon and were promptly escorted to a table then ignored for 30 minutes and were unable to place an order after trying to flag down a waiter numerous times. Why escort people to a table if there’s no one available to serve them? We ended up just walking out without placing an order. Highly disappointed because we were excited to try this place.

I came here for my 28th Birthday with my grandma, we had recieved exceptional service from our beautiful waitress Sumaia, she greeted us with a smile and warm energy, she was attentive throughout our dining experience, she made our day extra special, overall food was divine, and the atmosphere was perfect. Great way to start my birthday weekend, will definitely come back, best Wagamama I've been to!

Food was okay but with one of our items they served us the wrong thing which we only realised about a 1/4 of the way through and found out it was duck (my gf does not eat duck) my girlfriend ended up throwing up in the toilets and not a single staff member came up and asked us if she was okay or if we needed anything despite 4 of them passing by us and knowing she was throwing up. The only apology we got was once after i’d gotten the second bill which didn’t contain the duck and while I appreciated it this was before they knew she then was throwing up in the toilet (a follow up would have been nice or even a simple check in!) As i said the rest of the food was nice but we just felt the customer service could of just been better once finding out that they served her the wrong dish of something she doesn’t eat and that she was also throwing up because of it.
