Costa Coffee in Hammersmith and Fulham

Not only is the coffee not great but Kabita's customer service was awful. Doesn't tell us that the payment didn't go through until 10min later when all the coffees were made and asks us to pay again. Couldn't get any proof. What a lack of professionalism.

I love the staff in this costa, they are amazing, they help me begin or continue my day nicely whenever I stop by there for a coffee or a sandwich. Love’em. Thanks guys.

Surprisingly it is a cosy pocket within Broadway, far enough away from the hubbub near the main entrance.

Thurs 15th Aug '2024: I had a 'Blueberry Bubble Frappe' and it was Delicious. I most certainly would recommend. The bubbles, the cream and the taste was devine.

Grabbed a seasonal drink only a week or two ago and the woman who prepared my drink made it look genuinely nice and aesthetic like any seasonal drink should be made to look like. In other costas they treat seasonal drinks like any other and don't put effort into how it looks although they should because this is supposed to be a special drink and it's extra pricey too. Even at this branch another person who made it before didn't make it look nearly as good as the one you see in the picture, for that reason I'm only giving 4 stars. But thank you so much to that woman, I don't know your name, but I feel like I finally got what I paid for.

Costa Hammersmith- please hire staff who at least look awake and want to serve customers. I went today and asked for "extra hot chai latte" - got luke warm and then got told "we don't have cinnamon" then "we don't have cup holders use a napkin" from a very disgruntled and sleepy staff. Maybe train them that the day will go lot faster if they pretend they want to be there.

Very bad service Server not good , I buyed one hot chocolate , it was maked it very very extra hot, I couldn’t drink, I boiled my tongue!!! The maker was sunita , she is very bad,,

Today i brought medium latte from this costa.they gave me medium espresso....I this the guy was not interested in adding milk...

At hammersmith station, Imust say that the coffee I have had at this particular branch surpasses all others so far. The reason for this distinction lies in the expertise of Zaine, who consistently prepares the best coffee with precise temperature control. Moreover, his amiable demeanor adds to the overall experience. Consequently, I am inclined to rate him with a commendable nine stars.

Waited long they said our oven is closed w can’t heat us anything for you . I was there at 5pm they close at 5:30pm Sunday 19 November Won’t go there again

First and last time coming here as they do not even have a toilet

I’m so sorry, I normally like to leave very positive reviews but this was so disappointing. I ordered a regular size soya latte and it may honestly be one of the worst tasting coffees I have ever had. The soya milk tasted dreadful and there was next to no coffee in there - so anemic. I would add a photo but I’ve already gone and got an expresso shot elsewhere to try to remedy it. The people serving seemed fine and working hard but honestly looked so desperately unhappy to be there :-(. I couldn’t bear to tell them about how bad the coffee was. I also had to dash back to work. Perhaps this is feedback for the managers, suppliers and head office. I have never had a coffee experience like this in the 2020s in London. So poor. I am So sorry to leave this review but I am frustrated that the mistake cost me a whole £3.80!! I’m afraid I can’t return to Costa.

I went on a Costa coffee on Hammersmith Broadway on a Wednesday evening and the staff said they close at 7pm instead of 8pm. Did the schedule changed?

Costa Coffee at Hammersmith is convenient located close to underground. I redeemed my bonus drink, although was informed that salted caramel mocha was not available, even thoyhh I had purchased at other costa stores for past few days. There wwre takes which were xonpkete with rubbish which is not necessarily issue die to staff as they are busy with customers but customers not following and thinking of other customwrs by leaving their mess in the store which has to be cleaned by others customers

Been coming here nearly everyday for the last couple months and the service has always been excellent, especially by Zine. Friendly staff and perfect coffees, very attentive to orders, temperature of coffee is always right and quickly made. Highly recommend this branch.

Really nice to have a morning breakfast before kicking off my day

Just a quick visit. The Costa is clean and well kept. I had an iced soya decaf latte and it was good. I like collecting Costa points with my orders. There was an elderly woman ordering ahead of me and the server took her drink and toastie over to her table once ready which was nice. The wifi in Costa's is handy too.

Clean ambience, well stocked, speedy service . Coffee was not bad, as well as the chocolate twist. Staff were ok, the lady was a bit nervous over photos taken, normal. Nothing out of the ordinary for a Costa, except it being in Hammersmith, so a good place to pause and continue shopping

This place is anther of my & friends best & favourite to meet ,sit &sip our out of this world Macchitos which is only at Costa . Excellent service 👏especially the lady & the gentleman who serve YOU IN A very amiable WAY. THIS Costa is of very cosy place in Hammersmith station 🚉 & the entire mall is a sanctuary 4 me love it & 4 to 5 times, I travel this far just to neet my friends there & enjoy it. The place is very clean ,safe ❤️ & every needs y fancy it offers y. I just love it & Coata is in that hearty corner of it ❤️ 😀

Today's visit was a pleasure instead of a bind. Friendly, outgoing & helpful staff. One out of two was extra helpful, likely to be a manager one day soon, if not already. 😁

Two members of staff to run a coffee shop which was insanely busy is just not good enough, I don't expect to have to clear other peoples rubbish from a table before I sit down

Whenever you pass by don’t walk guys , RUN! I had the ugliest coffee of my entire life, the guy used the espresso twice , burned the milk and when He wanted to give it to me he just covered it quickly so I won’t see. I call the costumer service to report the don’t even have one 😂 hehe… Next day I pass to the store to complain, asked for the manager he was *pretending* to listen to me and was like ya sorry to hear that and kept silent like «  we dont **** care » When I was waiting to speak to the manager a costumer before me asked for a piece of cake , the guy just went to give it to him found it very very dry he canceled the paiement and gave it to him mike yeah its a bit dry there is no reason to charge ! Sorry but we call it poisoning people ! Remember, RUN.

Stopped here before trip to theatre, coffee good, price of cake expensive was not a lot of choice. Found shop very hot and uncomfortable to sit in no air-conditioning had to leave as felt unwell.

Lovely little cafe just opposite Tesco at the station. Clean, organised and well stocked. Big shoutout to the ladies who served me today, and let me use a voucher without any issues. Highly recommend.

Love the friendly warm service extended to all customers. I have been noticing the good quality service when I go for my daily black Americano and Croissant. I am visiting the outlet daily without fail since my arrival in the UK in November and aim to continue till I leave next year. The friendly staff and their happy disposition adds value to the americano and Croissant.

Wash your pots properly please, and get training in making drinks 0 effort but charge easily for tea and hot chocolate £8 wtf🤷🏻‍♀️🧐

Whe where kiked out just one minute after sitting. If they are about to close they should make it clear on the counter specially on a rainy day where people are looking for a place to sit.

Costs range very good but it is expensive And not enough savoury options

Surprised at disappointed with their complete lack of vegan breakfast options. There were 2 vegan sweets and one beans pot, but nothing else. Costa seem to be slow to wake up to the necessity of a shift to plant-based eating.

deeply dissapointing ... employee ask me to leave at 7 am a sunday with the empty store because ... and i quote "you make the place look bad " beside from the fact that i spend weekly 70/80£ in that store i was gonna ( and i did ) buy a drink ... rude customer service ... totally off my list as a store

Bad experience, I asked for a cappuccino and was absolutely tasteless. After I've been to Starbucks and I had a amazing coffee.

All Costa are good when you are hungry. They have a vast selection of sandwiches and drinks.

Good old Costa does not disappoint as a rule and this branch was clean and efficient. It will be interesting to see how they fare under Coca Cola ownership.

It's a Costa like any other (massively expensive savoury snacks / cakes are not protected from flies etc. and look as dry as they would be after a day or more on the counter). The staff at this branch seem particularly nice. Quite a bit of seating, but being within Hammersmith Broadway you do get people - paying customers and non-customers - wandering in and taking up the chairs for a while.

Staff member was very kind. I did not realise that she had kindly offered to carry my tray. I let items fall off the tray. She quickly cleared up and most kindly replaced the pastry. As well as a lovely latte, the excellent service for an older person was much appreciated.

I like Costa. Always a nice place to relax and meet with friends or colleagues

Excellent service from this busy coffee shop. The young gentleman serving was polite friendly and efficient. He went the extra mile carrying some older ladies coffees to the table. Above and beyond at the busy time. Place was busy but clean and tidy

It's always good it's a shame that the staff do not ask people who have finished to leave. Or some people never buy anything just sit in there for a rest. There is not a lot of room for new customers to sit.

This chain is cutting corners in so many ways, it's no surprise their profits are suffering. Choosing to microwave a toasted sandwich speaks volumes about how speed and costs are more important than ensuring your customers get a great product.
