I have used this quite a lot and had one terrible experience where the rider completely messed up and Deliveroo didn't even give a full refund! Most of the time it is ok though it is not nearly as good as it is in the restaurant for obvious reasons. The packaging is excellent though,

Thought I would give this place another after the last BAD experience and this time was no different. Taste terrible and got another refund. I don't know how they get it so bad. Will never order from here again.

We ordered four different dishes. All of them were not fresh, dry and just terrible. Huge disappointment because I love Wagamama food. Never again.?

We normally love Wagamama's and thought we would try the home delivery via their Sutton Kitchen service. The noddles in the chicken Raman wasn't cooked properly and was very doughy. It completely ruined my meal. Won't be ordering a home delivery again.

For some reason the Sutton McD’s ice cream machine never works. I’m either just so unlucky that it just happens every time we come here which I doubt is the case. What a joke I think the staff don’t know how to use it correctly

1-3 Marshalls RdHad I looked here first I would have known to avoid myself. Pizza and kebabs were both tasteless. Alarming levels of hygiene here too! Thankfully I did not eat enough to get sick!

132 Sutton High StreetOrdered Tea,Coffee, cake, 2x Panini, tea didn't arrived, ask why, told "he (manager) didn't put it on your order....then walked away. Crap customer service 😑

31-33 High StreetStaff are very friendly. Please keep in mind that this is a dog friendly Costa, as I had taken my seat inside, I noticed a dog sitting on a chair behind me and another on the floor opposite drinking out of a bowl.
