I have used this quite a lot and had one terrible experience where the rider completely messed up and Deliveroo didn't even give a full refund! Most of the time it is ok though it is not nearly as good as it is in the restaurant for obvious reasons. The packaging is excellent though,

Thought I would give this place another after the last BAD experience and this time was no different. Taste terrible and got another refund. I don't know how they get it so bad. Will never order from here again.

We ordered four different dishes. All of them were not fresh, dry and just terrible. Huge disappointment because I love Wagamama food. Never again.?

We normally love Wagamama's and thought we would try the home delivery via their Sutton Kitchen service. The noddles in the chicken Raman wasn't cooked properly and was very doughy. It completely ruined my meal. Won't be ordering a home delivery again.

Green Wrythe Ln, Carshalton on the HillTerrible food !!!! 4 times in a row meat has been put on vegetable supreme pizza...disgusting!!!! Even after ordering over the phone and specifically asking for the contamination not to happen,it still does. Do not ever trust the food at this branch !!!!!! Tish the area manager said he will inform staff of this problem. I will never use this shop ever again !!!!!
