I have used this quite a lot and had one terrible experience where the rider completely messed up and Deliveroo didn't even give a full refund! Most of the time it is ok though it is not nearly as good as it is in the restaurant for obvious reasons. The packaging is excellent though,

Thought I would give this place another after the last BAD experience and this time was no different. Taste terrible and got another refund. I don't know how they get it so bad. Will never order from here again.

We ordered four different dishes. All of them were not fresh, dry and just terrible. Huge disappointment because I love Wagamama food. Never again.?

We normally love Wagamama's and thought we would try the home delivery via their Sutton Kitchen service. The noddles in the chicken Raman wasn't cooked properly and was very doughy. It completely ruined my meal. Won't be ordering a home delivery again.

My partner and I where looking forward to our weekly take away, and we ended up spending over 40 Pounds. Everything was cold, drinks where wrong, don't even get me started on the portion of the wedges and fries, practically a handfull of those, they barely filled the boxes they came in. When we spend over 40 pounds on our meals we expect it to be hot and proper portions. Disgraceful. Should close at this point according to all the ratings and reviews.

Took my money from me and wouldn't give me the food, manager clearly didn't know what she was doing. The machine reset once I paid so they wouldn't give me my order even though I paid for it.
