El servicio en Wagamama fue excepcionalmente atento y rápido, con nuestro servidor anticipando nuestras necesidades antes incluso de tener que preguntar. El personal creó un ambiente cálido y acogedor que mejoró nuestra experiencia gastronómica y hizo que nuestra deliciosa comida fuera aún más agradable.

Siempre disfruté de un viaje a Wagamama y siempre tenía fideos. Esta vez, sin embargo, pensé en probar una selección de platos pequeños de su menú ampliado. El calamar chili estaba bastante bueno, los bollos de bao eran buenos y los yakitori eran promedio en el mejor de los casos (brochetas pegajosas y no sabían realmente a pollo). El servicio estaba bien, pero un poco demasiado rápido. Debería haberse pegado a los fideos.

Este lugar es un hogar lejos de casa. Alona el gerente siempre me hace sentir tan bienvenido. Como viajero en solitario puede sentirse incómodo comer solo, sin embargo, Alona siempre me hace sentir como si fuéramos amigos desde hace años. A menudo siento que es su restaurante, no un corporativo. Muy recomendable si estás solo.

très bon et à un prix correct- Au pied du Musée Tate Modern . On peut y manger à n'importe quelle heure- Il était 14H30 quand nous l'avons trouvé par hasard car nous voulions manger chaud et surtout régler en espèces , chose assez difficile à Londres. Le plat était copieux

Increíble lugar, cerca de Tate moderno. Gran personal y buena comida. Pedimos el togu pad thai y donburi de pato a la parrilla. Sabroso. Nuestro servidor, Fred, era muy agradable también! Gran parada.

Absolutamente terrible servicio que recibí hoy por una mujer rubia mayor llamada Alona. Sin saludos ni sonrisas mientras mi amigo y yo entramos. Ni siquiera nos miró a los ojos y golpeó algunos menús en una mesa y luego se fue sin energía acogedora. Se equivocó de orden y así se lo notifiqué, y procedió a discutir conmigo diciendo que no estaba mal y que no había disculpas. Haciéndome sentir extremadamente incómodo y avergonzado frente a mi amigo. Había constantes miradas sucias, y un comportamiento muy destacado. A juzgar por algunas reseñas anteriores, esta no es la primera vez que los clientes han tenido un problema con esta persona y no me sorprendería que las malas calificaciones del servicio recientemente se deba a ella. Realmente una experiencia desagradable, y no soy alguien que deja comentarios, pero nunca he sido tan groseramente servida antes en mi vida. Era casi como si la hubiera ofendido al entrar al restaurante para empezar. Un curry katsu cuesta ahora £ 15 Recuerdo cuando solía ser £ 11 - 12. No se ha cambiado ni añadido nada al plato para que iguale tal aumento. Ahora han hecho sopa miso £ 4 por su cuenta, solía ser £ 2 con encurtidos japoneses a un lado como un extra en su menú. Así que estar pagando estos precios y ser el destinatario de un servicio tan atroz realmente me ha postergado por completo volver a Wagamama en el futuro. Hoy me pondré en contacto para quejarme de este servicio. Sin duda también transmitirá esta situación a otras personas que conozco.

Llegamos al restaurante justo después de las 9 . 30 , nadie mencionó que habrían cerrado a las 10 de la noche. Así que pedimos comida y después de 5 minutos me estoy comiendo mi bloc Thai me llegan los presentadores de la cuenta en la mesa, unos minutos después cuando todavía estoy comiendo el camarero viene con la máquina de tarjetas, tengo que dejar de comer y pagar la cuenta.

Nunca antes fuiste a una de las cadenas, los niños la eligieron dadas las opciones. Habíamos conducido desde Cornualles. Conozco Bankside muy bien trabajando aquí como contratista, así que sé dónde aparcar, £ 27 ulez y cargo por congestión, pero vale la pena. Los niños nunca han estado en Londres y los llevaron en mi coche. Aparcamiento frente a la Tate moderno en el hotel Bankside £ 10 todo el día. . el mejor lugar para aparcar en el centro de Londres. De todos modos la comida 2 adultos 3 adolescentes £ 122 para empezar la red y bebidas. Salió después de haber tenido una comida encantadora. La cocina es cocina abierta de usted si usted sitio y ver. . Hice que el petardo curry el servidor me advirtió y dijo que estaba picante. Era justo para mí, pero me gusta la comida caliente. El servicio fue rápido que estábamos en alrededor de las 5 pm no demasiado ocupado, las bebidas se encontraron bastante rápido y los pedidos de comida tomados. Pale ale como siempre : ) Los niños tenían platos de caldo de fideos y pequeños y divertidos estados bollos de bao que eran agradables. Agradable experiencia, pagado a través de un código QR y fuera fuimos.

Este animado menú del restaurante es difícil de revisar realmente. Parece tener lo mejor de todo lo asiático. El servicio fue genial. La comida era deliciosa. Tenía el curry de camarón tailandés. Sobresaliente. Generosa porción de la cantidad justa de calor. Ella tenía el relleno de pollo tailandés. También delicioso y en el lado caliente que me pareció un poco nuevo. A minutos de nuestro hotel que siempre es el mejor

Decided to eat here despite not having been to a Wagamama in over 10 years because they tend to be just "OK". However I was pleasantly surprised to find that their Silken Tofu Gochujang Rice Bowl was absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. My friend said her pork belly ramen was also very good. I've been thinking about that tofu dish ever since eating it... always a good sign! However the whole meal was almost ruined at the end by the worst excuse for coffee that has ever been put in front of me. It was like someone tried to make coffee having only been described what it was. Missed the mark BIG TIME - avoid this horrid stuff! Luckily the waitperson Ewa and the manager on duty Piotr went out of their way to make things right and removed this from the bill, and even gave us a little treat to make it up to us. Great people, great food (the dishes we tried anyway)... and unfortunately the worst coffee you would ever dare to try to drink.

Today we had a wonderful lunch in Wagamama. Order 5918 Everything was amazing but I would like give a massive compliment for our server Davide for is stunning service. Kind, polite Davide give us all the attention and let our son 8 years old smile a lot. Thank you Davide for making our day special 🙏

Popping in for a pre-theatre meal, I opted for the Salmon Teriyaki Soba with a cloudy lemonade. The food took longer than expected to arrive, but it was fairly busy and the serving staff were very attentive with me. I enjoyed my meal: the piece of salmon was slightly bigger than expected.

Hemos decidido probar porque los vemos todos llenos,y ha sido sin duda un acierto.Comida japonesa fuera del tipico sushi,bien cocinada y que te sirven bastante rapido.Buenisimo el yakisoba con pollo y gambas,la cerveza a un precio muy razonable de 7libras la botella grande.Genial para los niños porque ponen colores y un mantel para dibujar y actividades.Tuvimos un camarero español muy amable.El precio,inmejorable por un yakisoba,3 opciones infantiles y 2 cervezas grandes: 46euros.

It took 20min before order taken and 50 min before first dish arrived. Food was cold and clearly sat on the pass. Final dishes had not arrived before we had to leave to return to the office. Need to allow at least 1.5- 2hrs to eat. Waiter was trying his best, but unable to remove food not delivered since I was paying on App. It felt understaffed since staff were rushing around, but overwhelmed! We are big fans of Wagamama’s food, but this is the second consecutive experience of poor/slow service - Gunwarf Quays and now Bankside. Such a shame!

Back in the 90's, London was a gastronomic wasteland and Wagamama provided a reasonably priced alternative. However since then, London's food scene has exploded, offering a wealth of different cuisines. Having some fantastic ramen shops in LA, I was reluctant to go to Wagamama but needed a close lunch option to the Tate Modern. This place is extremely popular, so arrive early if you want to avoid waiting for a table. If you like bland, you will enjoy the chicken ramen. For something with a bit more kick, there's the vegan Kare Burosu ramen with a curried broth and shimichi-coated tofu and wok-fried mushrooms. I saw several curries, so that's probably a good dish as well. They offer complimentary hot green tea, which was perfect on a chilly day. Payment is made via their app (a warning for those tech-challenged diners). The crowds here seem to suggest that I'm being unfairly harsh in judgment. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle enjoy Wagamama, so perhaps I've been ordering wrong all this time.

Hello, I went to wagamama bankside in London last Friday 28th of april to have dinner with friends and I order this ramen, the day after I was in bed, feeling terrible and having a food poisoned because of the funking chicken. When I was having I really noticed the chicken tasted strange but at the same time I thought can be the marinated. But I got poisoned so badly almost going to the hospital. Just to let you know I saw many reviews about people got poisoned in wagamama. So dangerous.

Very excited to see a good vegan friendly japanese restaurant! The restaurant is extremely packed and we had a 10min wait for a table of three. Service was a tad slow because of the business, but that was to be expected. Food was wonderful, although the dishes are a bit spicy. In the future I would specify no spice overall. Besides from that everything tasted wonderful and staff were quick to help.

Unfortunately ordered the firecracker dish which was inedible. Sauce was so spicy to the point my lips were burning and couldn’t taste it because it was full of chilli and rice undercooked. I only ate the prawns form it and a couple of spoons of rice. Didn’t have time to wait for them to make me a new one so didn’t ask also didn’t want to make a fuss. I was about to pay but it cost over £18 for just my food and since I hadn’t eaten it I mentioned that whilst paying and he told me he’d get a manager. We were at sat there waiting for ages and no one came. Ended up having to go to the desk and paying full price just to get out of there. The man that served us wasn’t helpful at all, really shouldn’t be working in a customer facing role if unhappy to provide good customer service. Terrible experience unfortunately.

one colder day, we stopped in and had the gyoza ramen. It was really good and really hit the spot. The only negative is that the service was a bit slow. It was not really busy at that point so I am not sure why. But the food was good and the place was clean.

Della catena si trova di meglio, ma alla fine in centro dopo una passeggiata nella TATE Modern ci sta... a prezzi onesti. Abbiamo assaggiato mini yaki soba, i gyoza pulled pork che sono un po' strani perché sono agrodolci, il solito miso. Il servizio qui è ben coordinato rispetto ad altri che ho recensito e alla fine i prezzi sono onesti per essere in questa zona.

I've noticed this restaurant chain many times during my trips to England but had never tried it until this year. I did takeout for 2 dinners, the service, food and price were good.

Terrible bad attitude of the staff here. We arrived at 12pm and we wanted to sit outside. We were told we couldn’t sit outside as a member of staff was late. We were told we could sit anywhere inside. We sat down and were then asked to move as “it’s lunchtime”. The place was empty. It got to the point where we felt like an inconvenience to the staff so we left and went elsewhere. Complained on wagamama website twice but they are not interested.

Got food delivered... Was impressed. Food was hot and tasty and exactly as it would be if I ate in. The containers the food cans in was very clever, kept everything hot and kept sauces away from other items.

Stopped in for a quick lunch on my own before visiting the Tate Modern. I enjoyed the Korean bbq bag buns, and especially the side salad which was very fresh and nicely dressed - delicious.
