Food was fab as always with quick and friendly service. To top it all, my wife left her phone behind and the team put it to one side until she realised which was a life saver!!

Not what it used to be like the chicken katsu was chewey when it used to be crispy and staff just seemed to be going through the motions as if they wished they were some were else

Delicious food. Jonah was a great waitor/ bartender. All round amazing guy. Will be back again.

Wagamama at Bluewater is a great spot for food while shopping. The food is consistently tasty and comes out really quickly, which is perfect when you’re taking a break from the shops. The service was especially impressive – the staff went out of their way to help me redeem a voucher I had, which I really appreciated. It’s a busy restaurant and there’s usually a queue, but that doesn’t seem to affect the quality of service at all. I’d definitely recommend trying the ramen, the donburi bowls, and the bao buns – they’re all packed with flavour. Great food, great service, and super convenient when you’re shopping.

Late lunch today and wanted to try some different dishes. Everything arrived really quick which a was great. I purposely requested to sit somewhere quiet, as the front benches were quite packed. Opted for the Katsu salad (lots of chicken!), and the prawn crackers (tasty). Had the Cherry Blossom Lemonade (super tasty), and a small bottle of still water. Finished with the Toffee Apple Baonut (recommend you try this whilst it lasts). Towards the end, Josh gave me the sweetest little note which did indeed make me smile!

Had an amazing meal at Wagamama in Bluewater, Dartford. The bang bang cauliflower was crispy and flavorful, the grilled chicken ramen hit the spot, and the tropical drink was super refreshing. Great food and great vibes!

We had a great time celebrating Mother’s Day. Patrick did a fantastic job on advising us what we should eat. The food was delicious we tried the hot honey chicken starter… YUM! Chris came over to hand us the bill and made the whole experience completely amazing! We would highly recommend Bluewater branch.

I want to love this place but the service is just awful. I have been four times over the last year- love the food, Inkeep going back thinking my experience was a one off and nope.. they screw it up again. Terrible service long lines to get a seat and usually don’t get what you ordered or their chefs (like tonight) are so back logged your loved ones are done eating a hour before you get yours We tipped em anyway just because we felt sorry for the staff. Someone come in and manage this place 😂

Had ramen where the broth lacked taste, the kimchi was more lettuce then kimchi, and overall lacked a bit of substance and flavour, very mid. But the staff was lovely and friendly

Bin here few times always good but tonight was disappointing When we arrived girl on desk was more interested with wat was on her phone than us standing there Finally got seated they gave us 2 plates one knife two forks no napkins took about 10 minutes to sort out order We ordered 5 small plates with chow mein got drinks 15 minutes later first dish turned up 10 minutes later second dish turned up but it was the same as the first dish we were told we get dishes when they are ready another 10 minutes later 4 dishes came out and chow main all at the same time only to realises that the chow mein wasn't what we ordered Food was OK wasn't hot then we finished we asked for dessert and coffee We got dessert but no coffee 10 minutes after asking for coffee we got the bill and coffee was more like hot chocolate than coffee I no it won't make any difference but we won't be using this restaurant again

It was her first time trying Wagamama, and she absolutely loved it—the food was fresh, packed with flavor, and every dish we ordered was delicious. What really made our visit special was our server, Riaz. From the moment we sat down, he was so friendly, welcoming, and attentive. He took the time to explain the menu, gave us great recommendations, and checked in regularly to make sure we were happy with everything. His service was honestly some of the best I’ve ever had in a restaurant—genuinely kind, professional, and made us feel really looked after. My boyfriend’s mum was so impressed that she said she’ll definitely be back, and I couldn’t agree more! Huge thanks to Riaz for making our visit such a great one. Highly recommend Wagamama Bluewater for amazing food and even better service!

The service at this Wagamamas is far below that of every other branch I have visited. Some of the staff are more interested in social time than they are service. Where are managers and how are staff allowed to be so off task.

Server was not up to standards could not deal with what i wanted. I had a remake of a ramen and came back like water.. Then she could not deal with the bill and had to send colleague . Rude

Dined at this branch this evening, fantastic service from all the staff and the same wonderful food we’ve grown to love at Wagamama’s. Riaz was particularly helpful and the branch manager remained really calm during a system failure. Will return again !

I visited this branch for lunch today with my mum and my baby. Our waiter, I’m assuming he was named Miller, definitely needs to find a career in something other than hospitality. I asked him for an item that is literally advertised outside their entrance, and he looked at me like I was asking for something absolutely ridiculous and told me that they don’t serve any such thing, and asked me to order something else. This was just one thing, but his entire attitude throughout seemed to suggest that he was not happy to serve us. I don’t know if he was having a bad day, or if this is his usual attitude to everyone , but I suggest that he change it immediately. The other staff are all lovely, the food was good as per usual, but my family and I will definitely not be returning to this branch again.

I am absolutely appalled by the service we received (or lack there of). Me and my friend went for a meal at bluewater wagamamas, and were greeted by a not so welcoming face from our waitress. She didn’t look like she wanted to be there, which is fine, but at least pretend and have some customer service skills. She asked for our drink order, then didn’t come back to take our food order for 10 minutes. My friend who I came with has a severe peanut allergy, and bad social anxiety so didn’t want to make it known, but the waitress didn’t even bother to ask, so we had to search the menu ourselves to see if it would have nuts. She didn’t come to check if our food was okay, and every time we wanted to speak to her, we had to get her attention first. Lastly, when we went to pay the bill, she didn’t even put our food on the bill, just our drinks and we had to wait an extra 5 minutes for her to sort this out, as well as 5 more minutes when she couldn’t figure out how to add bluewater staff discount onto our bill. I’m far from pleased. Food was okay, and brought over by a different woman, who was smiley and very polite.

Went for pre dinner meal before the cinema. Long waits for food. Staff brought over a ramen dish we hadn’t even ordered and promptly took it away when I explained I hadn’t ordered it. I was then charged for it on my bill, even though it clearly wasn’t my order. My mains was cold and had to be sent back, this was taken off of the bill by staff. When the bill arrived with other people’s meal on it I had to wait for it to be corrected. I used gift vouchers and after only one was put through I didn’t get my Soul Club points as I was told it was then too late as I’d part paid. We ordered more drinks which didn’t arrive so we left without getting them. On the positive side, staff were mostly welcoming and friendly wanting to make it a good experience. They were very pleasant and polite and apologetic for the issues we experienced. We are regular Waga’s customers and these things can happen sometimes. It won’t stop us from visiting again.

All food at all wagammama outlets are always top notch - so the difference comes down to SERVICE. The blue water service was outstanding The Wagammama based in westfield strafard - needs to visit to see how it should be done.

Food prices have gone up UT THE QUANTITY GONE DOWN. Been going there once a month with friends, for the last 15 years. But the the price increase, it has not been good. Will STOP OUR VISIT TO WAGAMAMA.

We were served by Jakub and were very impressed by the service. He was very informative about the menu, attentive, kind and dealt with an issue with a drink very professionally. We had spotted there was a broken bit of chopstick in one of our drinks and he immediately was very apologetic and resolved the matter immediately. We wish him the best with his career at Wagamamas. He’s a useful asset to the team - we wish all servers were as good as him!

Had an outstanding evening at Wagamamas tonight all thanks to our waiter Jakob . He was extremely professional and handled every aspect of our service with care . I’ve been to this restaurant a few times before but haven’t had this great of an experience up until today . Jakob took the Time to help me and my family decide what would be the best dishes for us and kept checking in on how we were finding the food which I greatly appreciated . As we were sat near the kitchen even when he wasn’t serving us I noticed he was constantly helping his team which was also great to see at a restaurant . We will definitely be returning ! Very busy, food took longer than expected and didn't all come together. Food itself was good and they made the adjustments asked for. Space to keep buggy in front and options to take it with you. High chairs don't seem very comfortable.

The food was alright but cold and the waiters were nice but very slow and not helpful. There was a hair in my drink and they gave me a used fork. Later on I asked for the bill at 3:55. They didnt give it me and they were all talking or sat doing nothing. I then had to ask again after 15 minutes. Still no bill. Three times I asked. It finally came at 4:20. This then caused me and my boyfriend to be late as we had places to be. Don't get me wrong the waiters were kind and nice people but just weren't helpful or efficient. If you want to go I'd just recommend not being in a hurry or having plans for after.

I love Wagas and we took our daughter for her 14th birthday meal, at her request...even tho it says so on their website they no longer offer a free meal..she eats a child portion as she has more than 1 starter so not a lot of money....no offer of anything, not even a birthday wish. Have the app which did not work twice as wifi is poor in bluwater so stuck on free edename offer..was told to get my husband to download the app which i declined but the waitress was quite pushy..i had to say we can manage without the new offer of gyozas...in all my years of dining here a hugely poor level of customer service...we wont be using them as a birthday treat again!

BLUEWATER BRANCH IS NASTY! As a Wagamama lover who frequents the croydon branch weekly I was shocked at how disgusting the Bluewater branch was on not only the service, staff and cleanliness but then staying against our better judgment to have our food arrive stone cold with the rice a mess and Katsu curry congealed with film on top as if it had been sitting there all day… the salad came bone dry and tasteless with no dressing which we had to ask for along with burnt Yakitori chicken sides and rock hard gyoza… after sending all food back to kitchen and leaving no apology or refund was issued? Very odd

Visited for an early lunch. I was eventually noticed and taken to my table and that ended my interaction after an extended time as the waiter hadn't returned I gave up and left.

**Review of Wagamama, Bluewater Shopping Centre** I recently visited Wagamama at Bluewater Shopping Centre and had an overall great dining experience. While enjoying the delicious tantanmen beef brisket ramen, I did encounter a minor issue—a hair on the egg that accompanied the dish. Upon bringing it to the attention of a staff member, they immediately apologized and replaced the meal without hesitation. Their prompt response and the overall great service I had received, particularly from Kritan, ensured the situation did not dampen my experience. Mistakes can happen, especially in a busy kitchen, but the team at Wagamama handled the matter professionally and with care. Thanks to their excellent service, I left feeling satisfied and appreciated as a customer. I would happily dine here again and recommend this Wagamama location to anyone looking for delicious food and top-notch service.

There's always a queue for a Wagamama, and this place is no different. A good selection of vegan options, but they've got rid of the one with the fake egg. Wagamamama is my only experience with this style of Asian food, so I can't comment on its authenticity, but Wagamamamama does taste really good. The banana fritters pudding was lovely.

I don't write many reviews but the experience I had tonight due to the waiter with the pony tail deserves one. From the moment I stepped in the restaurant he was nothing but friendly, helpful and attentive and that's often hard to find now days, so thank you and I will definitely be returning :)

Exceptional service from Jonah. I visited today with my toddler who wasn’t very happy. Sometimes eating out with young children has its difficulties and as a mother I really respect and appreciate people who take the time out to show you patience and kindness, which is what Jonah had shown us. Best Wagamama in the country. Great service and consistently good food.

It is a well established chain and I personally have never had a bad time. You are given comfort in knowing no matter where you go, you will have an almost identical experience. The Bluewater branch is no exception. You could be in London or Canary Wharf and that is amazing for a shopping centre in Kent. My most recent visit I discovered that not only can you pay from your phone at a table, you do not need an app to do so and there is a decent split bill option for larger parties that is fairly intuitive.

after a serious incident involving me being cut by a bottle and after numerous emails and phone conversations still no vouchers received after being promised.. we paid our bill in full !!!

I had such a wonderful experience at Wagamama this afternoon that I felt compelled to share. From the start, the staff went out of their way to accommodate my mum, who has specific allergy and disability needs. Iziaz, in particular, went above and beyond by helping us find a spacious table. The whole experience was smooth, and I’ll definitely be bringing the family back soon. Big thanks to Iziaz for making it so enjoyable!

I visited the restaurant this week and my experience was amazing . I was by myself but still I didn’t feel it. The staff was very polite and quick to respond . The food tasted really good and I did her it all which is very rare when I eat out . Although yes I was hungry as well but still food was very much to my liking . We had a family lunch on 16th August. The food was great, tasty, hot and plentiful. The service provided by Manta was exceptional. She was friendly, informative and made the experience lovely! Thank you Manta!!

We always have a Waga's after our day of shopping at Bluewater. The food is always great and reasonably priced. This time the service was a little hit and miss, but not a real problem as we weren't in a rush. Paying on the app is simple and you can collect stamps now with the Soul Club app.

Today we enjoyed a most delicious (late) lunch and had the great pleasure of meeting Chef Shereif, who spent time sharing the ingredients of some of the tasty dishes accompanying the food. Food is always great, service can be hit and miss depending how busy it is.

As deliveroo rider working in Bluewater for two and half to 3 yrs on job. I find the management really difficult to grasp and their regularity regarding present on site. I feel as though even when I need to go and re-enter they shun away those who won't stick to the site refuse to handover order, on the other hand they took half hour to an hour to prepare. If you can't deliver on time, don't alert driver of arrival when food is not prepared. Cuckoo management wrong use of tongue here, I mean snidey rules.
