The white chocolate and ginger cheesecake I ordered was amazing. Me and my friend also ordered the matcha which i recommend, it was really good.The presentation of everything was so good. We were served by Lessy and Emmy who were really friendly and positive towards us. I will definitely be coming back again :)

We go every week but our last three visits have been poor. Today the restaurant was cold and draughty because both doors were open. My meal was cold by half way through. The pad Thai is now served with dried onion bits instead of chopped peanuts and it's cheap and horrible. Very disappointed. Will find another restaurant for our weekly meet.

I was there with my family, we where waiting by the door to be seated but nobody came. Some family members had been there before and just went to sit down, we got instant service. ( if this is your policy, put a notice at the door) Waiters was nice and giving good service. I have no problem with service. However the music was too loud. We were a party of 8 people and could hardly talk to my neighbour across the table. We came here to have a family catchup but could not talk. About 20.30 (8.30pm) the music turned down when we where about to pay the bill. Food was great to start off, very tasty and a bit spicy (chicken gochujang rice bowl) However soon all the tasty suce was sucked in to the rice and was like eating plain white rice. If you could have given a pot on the side where you can gradually add sauce as needed would be great so I can keep the flavour ( like you do for kids menu) Also prefer smaller tables than the bigger tables you have as well as less bright lighting. - lower music - some sauce on side - clear instructions if we wait at entrance or sear ourselves.

Lovely meal as always - crispy chilli mushrooms and vegan yaki soba. We were served by Loyd and he was great. Will definitely return to again when in hereford

Avoid the ramen here. I had the pork ramen and it was the most bland and pathetic bowl of ramen I've ever had. There was absolutely NO flavour to it. I'll definitely stick to bao to the broth in future. It's a million times better. I'm fine an average review because the gyoza and hot honey chicken sides were actually really nice. My husband was also happy with his curry. AVOID THE RAMEN

Plenty of places to chose from so went with Wagamama. Seated and served quickly, they were fairly busy. Food came quickly it was hot and delicious. Efficient friendly service, great food, fair prices.

Wagamama is a great place for a quick lunch or a slightly more leisurely dinner. I seem to order the Pad Thai which is yummy and freshly cooked.

Went in for a quick bite before the cinema, food was lovely but service was very slow, about 5 waitresses, only approx 10 customers and still waited 50 mins before any food was brought to us. When it arrived it was lovely though

The time it takes to get your food is too long and food comes out at different times so you have to watch each other eat.

We have just had our first wagamama delivered by deliveroo. I have eaten in and love the food but decided to try a delivery. And the food and delivery was way better than I expected. The food arrived hot and as good as eating in and the food was delivered in amazing time. All in all I was so impressed I called the shop to thank them.

We're only in Hereford for 10 days and have eaten here twice already and will probably be back twice more before we leave! Delicious food, very attentive and knowledgeable servers - absolutely nothing to criticise! Even the loos were immaculate! Would recommend unhesitatingly. Bon appetit!

They were busy but this was no excuse for the food taking an hour to reach us. When it did come it was perfectly acceptable but unfortunately the coffee and hot chocolate we ordered were both stone cold and we could not attract the attention of the staff to have them changed. Surely they would have noticed that the drinks were cold before bringing them! When we mentioned it at the end we were met with silence and indifference, not even an offer of a refund an apology! This ruined an otherwise perfectly acceptable visit to this restaurant but sadly we would not return any time soon.

There is a lot to choose from- your dishes will not arrive at the same time - the portions are very generous, the food quality good but it is really quite expensive and the experience just does not match how much you have to pay - just needs to be better. Team all work hard but are restricted by the business model. Will think hard about coming back. £200 for 7 and that was not being frivolous... it was a birthday treat but not convinced will come back.

The staff were really lovely and helpful. I didn't get their names but the girl, in particular, serving us this evening was great and we had a very pleasant meal. The food was filling and there were a few options for vegetarians.

I'll be upfront; not a fan of generic restaurant chains, however what Wagamama do, they do reasonably well.Hardly the level and authenticity of a Malaysian street market, but they have amalgamated a number of Asian dishes into a reasonable facsimile of the real thing.The bang-bang cauliflower was particularly tasty, the noodle dishes were fine. Overall a decent dining experience. Cost wise they are expensive - nearly five quid for a modest glass of fruit juice is cheeky. Not a fan of their principal of serving each dish as it is cooked - makes for a haphazard service. Talking of service, the staff were friendly and attentive. Don't like the school bench layout though.

My sister and I visited here for some lunch and it was very quiet in the restaurant. We ordered some starters to share and they were really nice and the calamari dipping sauce was refreshing. For our mains I ordered a chicken and prawn Pad Thai which I can only describe as average, there were a lot of bean sprouts and the flavour was quite bland. My sister had the Yasai Yaki Soba she said the flavour was good but the noodles were chewy and tasted as if they had been sat out for a while. The food is alright, but for the money you would spend you could go somewhere else in Hereford.

We had visited Hereford to browse around the shops & get some provisions & after doing this we decided to go somewhere different for lunch so we went to Wagamama. The staff there are lovely & very helpful & give advice if required as to what to have to eat there. Being partial to curry I decided on having their Tama squid as a starter, then chose the prawn firecracker as a main. After as short while these arrived & were very tasty indeed & full of flavour. I just about had room for a portion of their yuzu + lemon tart which was delicious, after which I sat a while then paid the very reasonable bill & left.

Our first visit to Wagamama’s, very impressed with the food, we like Korean food but Japanese is new to us and we really enjoyed. The waitress said that our food would come out as and when as it’s cooked fresh so could guarantee that they would come out at the same time which was fine, they came out within 5 minutes of each other and we were both pleased with our meals, I had the teriyaki donburi with beef brisket which was so full of flavour and my boyfriend had the Chilli Ramen, deserts were great too, We had the banana katsu and chocolate layer cake, we also had the jasmine flowering tea, which was beautiful to watch and also tastes similar to roibos. Thanks to the girls who served us!

Came in with friends for some lunch. Got to be the best wagamamas I’ve had. Really fresh, warm food and great service. I usually order the same thing every time (chicken katsu curry) but pushed myself with the chicken and prawn pad thai and it was delicious. Very delicate flavours and extremely filling! My friends enjoyed their food too and the atmosphere was great. Would definitely visit again. Highly recommend any of the steamed buns. Delicious!

The food is great, that's for sure. But I would say for the portion sizes the prices can be quite high.

My friends and I came here for something different, and that we got! There was a huge variety, albeit also a confusing one. I ordered a duck donburi which was delicious and a katzu chicken curry the second time, although I can imagine that lots of people would struggle to find something to eat here so definitely look at the menu before you come (as you may have to google some things!). The staff were really friendly and the service was fast too, the food was good quality and overall the only complaint I have is that I didn’t get a knife with my katzu curry so it was difficult and messy to eat!

My partner and I visited Wagamama in Hereford and enjoyed a delicious meal and outstanding service from Matt and Kat. They were friendly, efficient and we left with smiles on our faces. Highly recommend this establishment. 5 star service.

If you like Japanese food then you will like this place, it is a lovely spacious restaurant & the staff are very friendly. It is great to see your food being prepared for you & all can be purchased for a very reasonable price.

I love a good Wagas, and the restaurant in Hereford is really up there in my opinion. The food is always fresh and interesting and Alix who looked after us gave some great tips on what to order and was fun and enthusiastic.

My husband said this the was best meal he'd eaten in Hereford for a really long time. Great, friendly service, loads of choices on the menu (I was really happy about this, as I'm a vegetarian and normally really struggle) Our little girl (4) loved the origami puzzle, colouring and crayons that kept her occupied until our food arrived. We had a lovely server who knew loads about the menu choices, brought our drinks quickly, and our food arrived similarly quickly. The food was hot, really fresh, and delicious. I highly recommend the bang bang cauliflower. We ended up trying the desserts too, which were also really fab. Will definitely be back soon.

Our family of four are already big Wagamama Hereford fans, mostly because of the excellent service we always receive, and the fact that the food is always so fresh and is a healthy but tasty option for the kids. Last night we decided to get a takeaway, but told ourselves it may not be as good as the real thing. How wrong we were! The food was wonderfully fresh with the same portions that you receive when dining out. The food was still hot and was served in handy lidded bowls, so no need for washing up, which is always a bonus. Chopsticks were included too, and as usual, all dietary requirements were met with no fuss! So much better than a greasy Chinese takeaway, and the kids meals are so reasonably priced too, and no waste. Wagamama Hereford, we love you even more now- Thankyou!

I was dragged in here by my kids and was sceptical about the quality. However, I was impressed by the menu and had trouble narrowing down my choices. Food was fresh , tasty and sufficient and price was not bad. Nice range of Asian bottled beers too. Try it.

Popped in for a quick lunch. Selected the pad Thai which was very good, although if hungry you would probably need a side order. Beware of the price of drinks; 330ml beer is £4.95 and a large glass of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc would set you back £9.25 which for a restaurant with tables set out with communal benches is excessive.

Visited the restaurant at lunchtime. Not too busy and we were given the opportunity to choose where we sat. Good choice of food. Freshly cooked so you are given your order as soon as it is ready, it does mean that meals arrive at separate times but you are guaranteed a hot plate of food that has not been left on the side. The staff were very friendly and professional from start to finish. I would recommend this restaurant. There was a cross section of customers couples, families and solo. A restaurant that caters for all.

we arrived in Hereford mid week wanting something a bit different for lunch. We had eaten at a wagamamas before but not in the UK. We had 2 sides and a main between us and then both had a dessert. Service was very friendly and fairly quick, this despite the place being very busy as it was the school easter break. The food was very good, clearly fresh and had lots of different tastes going on. We were really pleased we had chosen to eat there. As we don't visit Hereford that often, this is a good find, we will definitely be back.

Whilst visiting Hereford my wife and I popped in for Lunch, we were duly seated and handed menus and asked what drinks we would like, these arriving quickly, orders taken, and my wife’s Chicken Pad Thai arrived without delay, I had ordered the Seafood Ramen, which I had to wait 5 minutes after my wife’s food had arrived? considering the restaraunt only had around 10 people in as it had only been open for around 30 minutes that day I cannot understand why a delay in one of two of the meals arriving and no reason given by the staff or and apology for the delay?

I arrived early evening after a long hard day. I hadn’t had time to eat earlier and passing Wagamama- the temptation was irresistible and I was not disappointed. I feared being alone, there was no need, my welcome was warm, there were perfect papers and magazines to read. I ordered a gorgeous large glass of wine and a chilli salad with chicken. It was DELICIOUS!

We ate at Wagama's last night after arriving home from the rugby match in Cardiff. It was the tail end of Mothering Sunday and lots of places down the 'Strip' of the Old Market were still fully booked so we decided to go in to Wagamama's, I'm SO glad we di! We received FANTASTIC, FRIENDLY service and were instantly welcomed as soon as we crossed the threshold, note to some of the other restaurants locally! Kat really went the extra mile, looking after us and treating me (as mum of the group) to a very sweet little posy to take away with me as a Mother's Day treat! Well done to all the staff as the food was absolutely delicious! Thank you for looking after us so well Kat and hope to see you again soon!

Looking for a place to eat that was good for kids can be challenging. However, wagamamas was such a great choice! The manager is just simply brilliant and so helpful whenever we go in explaining the menu and helping with my gluten allergy. Love the new colouring mats as well - even entertaining the adults!

The staff here really deserve a huge pat on the back for their friendliness and efficiency. We were a large party of 10 on a busy, wet, Saturday lunch time without a reservation. We weren’t hopeful that we’d get seated but we were greeted warmly. I was so impressed that the staff used their noodles (!) to seat half of us first, knowing that the adjacent seats would be vacating shortly and get at least half of the party started on menu choices and drinks. Food was fast, and yummy as always but the service really sets this Wagas apart from others we have visited.

We recently moved to Hereford and this is the only Wagamama I have eaten in and it’s simply excellent. Lucy the manager and kat are excellent as is martina.

I was really, really impressed by all the staff members who looked after us last night. The place was heaving and even though they were run ragged by a group of 50, they stayed completely on the case with our order, despite one dish being delayed in the kitchen. Everyone genuinely cared that we were looked after - they couldn't have been more helpful, more cheery and caring that they were doing a good job of looking after us, This was much more than the regular corporate version of "good service." Many thanks to you all and excellent food too.

I’ve been to this Wagamama many times and have always had a good experience. However, the past few times my meals have been way too spicy. Even the katsu curry was over spiced (which is my go to dish). This prompted me to order the yaki soba which came completely plain with no sauce whatsoever. I’m assuming that a new chef has been bought in. I love Wagamama but I won’t be visiting this one again.

Becky was our server. She's a very friendly and personable girl. My partner got to eat spicy food, and I got to eat non-spicy food, just the way a restaurant ought to be. Plus they allowed us to simply order sides instead of choosing the more expensive entrees.

Excellent service, staff are so friendly and helpful. Food was very nice and and served very quickly. We had pre-booked a table as it was daughter and her friends' birthday. The staff were great and had set table with balloon and table decoration that we had taken in to the restaurant earlier in the day which was a lovely touch. Love everything about this restaurant and the staff are always excellent at looking after you.

Can’t fault it - Fresh- healthy - delicious - amazing food. My 11 year old daughter wants to work here when she is 16 just so she can eat the food. We just love Wagamamas ❤️❤️❤️

Our first ever visit to Wagamama, the food was great and really enjoyed the pad thai. All the staff were excellent, approachable and helpful. The only small criticism would be the size of the 'puds' especially the banana fritter with chili ice cream....it was delicious but at that price I would expect more than a few small chunks - probably a 1/4 of a standard sized banana in total. I'd love to know the mark up on that!! Must be huge...... but it wont stop us coming back for the noodles.

Had our works do here on Friday night and can’t believe how amazing the food was. Ordered the chilli squid as a starter and have been craving it ever since. The food is out of this world and I’ve just discovered that they do take away.....How great is that?

It was my first time to a Wagamas and I loved it. Crispy ebi katsu (watch out for the chile sauce - you only need a dab), succulent pork gyoza, a large plate of yaki soba - delicious noodles with tender chicken and tasty prawns and to finish a lovely banana katsu with delicious ice cream. Washed down with a couple of jugs of (chilled) saki and a free green tea at the end, the meal was a delight. Thank you Wagamamas. How about coming to Stoke!!!

Good service, great food, nice atmosphere even if you have to share your table with strangers. Love the squid starter and the unlimited green tea ( neutral flavour compliments the flavourful dishes)...never been disappointed, worth the money.

Staying in Hereford for a couple of nights and looking for some dinner, decided to go to wagamamas as I've never been and my partner really likes it, we looked online before we went out and decided that we were both in the mood for a duck dish.

We popped in for lunch on a Saturday afternoon and it was packed. Straight away we were met at reception by friendly staff and shown to our seats.

It’s been some time since I visited one of these establishments on account of it being so popular; I’ve always been too hungry or frustrated to queue the mandatory 20 minutes for a table! Hereford Wagamama has no queue! Enjoyed a superb Lamb teriyaki for lunch which was sumptuous! Great service with simple wholesome food. With it being so convenient, I think I will be visiting this establishment whenever I’m local to Hereford.

We both ordered the same dishes, and we were extremely surprised that they came out within 5 minutes as it usually takes much longer! A unique experience: not just the stylish setting with open (super clean) kitchen, delicious flavor combinations of colorful oriental dishes. fabulous food served hot. Loved the green tea they supply and the wooden eating implements. Novel seating reminds me of school canteen but much better. Great atmosphere and reasonably priced too.

Service was poor. Seated and ordered food and drinks as expected. However one side arrived on its own first, my meal followed (once we'd already finished our side as it would go cold) but no sign of my partners meal or our second side dish. Eventually a waitress checked up on us checking what was ordered. However when the food arrived the apology was simply "I have no idea what they're doing over there" (implying the kitchen). We then asked for a glass of water which never arrived and had to remind the waitress about it.

Food was great, main dish very rich of taste, excellent connection mint, chilli and lime. That was the best vegan food I’ve every tried yet. Very nice people, a specially chef with red hat, he brings our food to table, that was very nice.

Wagamama is perfect for a full meal that doesn't make you feel slow. Perfect food and great service. All the Wagamama restaurants I've ever been to are consistently very good. I'll always return to one for lunch or dinner

My Fiancé and I have visited Wagamama's once before and were really impressed with not only the food but the service. We visited on Saturday 19th August to be welcomed by a very bubbly chap. We chose our seat and was told someone would be along shortly to take our drink order. 15 mins passed and no one took our order at this time my partner was getting extremely impatient. And to make matters worse a couple who came is shortly after us had already been served their drinks and were now ordering their meal. We feel extremely let down by the service we were given especially when there was a gathering off 4/5 members of staff stood chatting by the bar. Wouldn't recommend if your hungry as you can not guarantee when you will get any service

Went with my girlfriend and we were served very quickly by three members of friendly staff who kept everything running smoothly.

My Nephew aged 11 chose Wagamamas for a post swimming lunch with me and my parents. He gets teased when he chooses Nandos but he loves their peri-peri. We have been before and like the way the staff don't try to cram you all onto the same long table if they are not busy. My nephew was insistent that we try the chilli squid so for a change we did have some sides. The steamed chicken dumplings and the chilli squid were excellent. The portions were large enough for four to share. My Dad ordered the endame, this was a huge, unfinishable portion. Beers, wines and soft drinks were icy cold, great after swimming. Tap water was served with ice. My Mum and I had chicken and prawn Pad Thai, and Raman and a chicken dish with rice completed our order. All were hot and flavoursome. A desert menu was produced and we took a chance. My Dad had tea, the taste was subtle. My nephew went for the lemon tart. My Mum had caramel salted ice cream and I had delicious coconut and fig cheesecake. This isn't the cheapest chain you'll visit but it is a good one.

Love the Wagamama menu. Gradually working my way through! The only reason they are not excellent is because service is often slow.

We chose Wagamama as we were fed up with usual burger and pizzas. We were seated quickly and our waitress was superb even recommending items that we were not considering. The starters were great and we loved the way the items came at a pace which was comfortable to digest and have time to talk. The ramen dishes were superb and the panko bananas are awesome( not normally a dessert person after a good meal ) this restaurant is a great place to eat and comfortable eating environment would recommend if visiting Hereford. Well done Wagamama look forward to our new restaurant at rushden lakes closer to home if this is the standard you offer.

Would think twice about going here again. Staff were a bit miserable. Food came minus the meat and took quite a while for them to get it replaced. Although it was ok when it arrived. I was left wishing I had gone somewhere else.

Our first visit to Wagamama and not really sure of what cuisine to expect? We were very pleasantly surprised at the excellent food with superb flavours and all freshly cooked.The puds were to die for and we found the whole dining experience a real treat.

I have been to Wagamama' a number of times and have never had a bad meal. My elderly mother had a dish from the children's menu and thoroughly enjoyed her first taste of Japanese food. The staff are very attentive and helpful.
