Wagamama in Hillingdon

Wagamamas is always a pleasure. Nearly missed my flight 😅 off to well deserved holiday after a scrumptious meal. Yummy. Service is always nice.

Expensive for what you get but suppose that is about right for an airport. Cherry blossom lemonade was nice but I would say it was worth £5. Hoisin duck buns and tama squid - nice (always get the tama squid but looks like the price has gone up! ) Pad Thai - good Teriyaki Soba, Steak - first portion was burnt (waiter was trying to tell me that’s how it was meant to be and it was because the wok… told him I’ve had it many times and it should not be black! = burnt) had it replaced and tasted good.

Okay. Food was very quick and up to a good standard however service was lacklustre. Not polite or friendly just very abrupt

Visited here whilst waiting on our connecting flight. We were served by Joseph (Joe) who was brilliant, chatty and attentive. Food was great…we selected some starters and a main plate between us and it was perfect. Definitely recommend the Teriyaki Beef Hot Pot :-)

It’s great to have an Asian choice within the airport. Best part was the quality of the service. Telma was our great server.

Very busy restaurant inside T5 welcoming staff at the front but service was let down by serving staff, the table was very sticky and wasn't clean, also the drink menu is sticky as well. I know is a very busy restaurant but the standard of the food compared to outside the airport this one is much lower on food standard, chilli squid all stuck together but overall if you want a quick easy meal is a good choice but need improve on the cleanness of it

I can’t recommend this restaurant enough honestly the staff were so accommodating as I really needed a phone charge so they found me a space with one ! They all so friendly and helpful, the food came super quick and was soooo good! Thankyou so much!

Went for breakfast whilst waiting for flight . Bao buns were excellent , as was the Assam tea . Great relaxing place to sit away from the busy areas outside . Staff were nice too . Thanks

Found a bit of calm in the madness of Heathrow Terminal 5 in Wagamamas. Only to be seated and ignored by staff, took ages to take our order even when I asked if they would take our order. The member of staff who took our order was so rude and made it seem like we were an inconvenience. Not the way I like to start my holiday.

I had a wonderful beef teriyaki at the end of December. As I indicated, the meat was juicy but not rare, and the vegetables remained crispy. Everything was really delicious. The waiter, Carlo, was super friendly and made sure that my experience was pleasant. He is fluent in English and Italian, so be ready to practice your language skills! All in all, I can only recommend it.

Pensavo fosse un problema solo italiano, sicuramente il ristorante di un aeroporto non è il modo migliore per guiudicare la qualità del cibo di una catena ma sono rimasto veramente male. Gioza e bao, di solito 2 cavalli di battaglia praticamente vuoti o quasi, una quantità di ripieno ridicola. Forse ho scelto i prezzi sbagliati, ma oltre al fatto di aver pagato 26 euro 2 bao e 5 ravioli mezzi vuoti, non mi sento di consigliare questo posto. I thought it was an issue only in Italy; surely, an airport restaurant is not the best way to judge the quality of a chain, but I was really disappointed. Gyozas and baos, usually two flagship items, were practically empty or almost empty, with a ridiculously small amount of filling. Maybe I chose the wrong items in terms of prices, but besides having paid 26 euros for 2 baos and 5 half-empty dumplings, I don't feel like recommending this place.

At this point, Heathrow may well be the best airport in the world (though have not been to Singapore) and the dining options do not disappoint. Wagamama is an exceptional choice for lunch. The check-in process is hyper efficient "You'll be seated in 5 min and you should expect your food in 15". Seating is communal tables which actually is great as it helps them to maximize their capacity. Food was fantastic. We had spicy chicken ramen, bang bang cauliflower, edamame, and beef bao buns. Beer pints are English-sized pints (always nice). All to say this was a great experience and makes me wish we had Wagamama at JFK.

We ordered the tappanaki with pawns and chicken. Not heavy tasting we really enjoyed this dish of noodles. We did add soy sauce and chili oil both table condiments. We also ordered the Bao buns with Korean pork and fried onions. We would recommend both, although looking at other customers dishes, everything looked tasty.

The place was so chaotic on the Easter weekend with a queue stretching way past the entrance. The food was fine but the restaurant is uncomfortable with bench seating with nowhere to put your things.

Stannade till och åt en lunch på Wagamama under en mellanlandning på LHR. Åt Pad Thai och drack en öl till. Smakade utmärkt och ölen likaså. Vänlig serveringspersonal som ordnade ett lite avskilt bord till mig som var trött efter en rejäl långresa. Helt fullsatt restaurang vilket ofta är ett gott tecken. Rekommenderas!

Last Thursday I went to Wagamama.

Trip Advisor brings up all the Wagamama's but not the one I would like to review at Heathrow Airport. The Wagamama at Heathrow is excellent. Staff great and food good.

Breakfast Roti Bacon Wrap I will be back for and the same goes for the superb Positive Juice. All finished with a shot of coffee and I was set to fly. Great mellow tunes playing too plus lovely staff . I like and will make it my go to place in T5.

The Wagamama at departure lounge serves great food at this awesome location, where you can have the tasty food and watch the flights taking off. The service is friendly and the vibe is great. Recommended.

We stopped for breakfast in Wags prior to our flight to Santorini. Wags is one of our favourite restaurants, and we were excited to see what the breakfast options would be! My pancakes with bacon and maple syrup were some of the best I've had, honestly. On top of that, Hamza realised that we'd just gotten married and were off on our honeymoon - he was a delight to have as a waiter and even got us a glass of prosecco each on him :)It was the perfect start to our honeymoon, so thank you so much!

Was given a table very quickly. The staff seemed very rapid, very aware of customers and friendly. Enjoyed the chilli squid side dish which was delicious if a little oily. And main dish was a duck pancake dish. I liked the flavouring on the duck but the cucumber sticks were not separated and very soggy. Pancakes ordinary. Felt it was quite nice but nothing special : I am a fan of Wagamama and it's great to have them in T5.

Absolutely love this restaurant. Traveling is always so tough on the system, and having good comfort food, tea, and juice goes a long way in reviving and making you feel yourself again. This place does the that for me.

I had breakfast here before my long haul to the US. I'm really glad that I did. No waiting and prompt service, I just had poached eggs on toast along with a coffee. A simple order not always done right - this was perfect and set me up nicely for the coming journey.Reasonable prices with good choice, this is probably the best place to eat in the terminal.

Quick, efficient, delicious, reasonably priced, outstanding service. I can't think of a better place for a hungry person to while away a couple of hours in a soulless international airport. Totally fits the purpose.

Service too slow. Not very good customer service. I won't come back again. Food was not that great. There were bugs near the table and was not cleaned very well.

Normally airport restaurants are of a similar type, not much like their high street equivalents, and with service to match. Not so Wagamama which is well worth a visit. Good food prepared and served well, just as you expect it to be. Recommended.

Achar uma mesa em pleno Heathrow no Wagamama não foi fácil,mas como eu tinha tempo de sobra, fui paciente e consegui. A comida é igual à de quase todo restaurante orintal,isto é, muito saudavel e gostosa.

The place has a balcony with a very nice view to the interior of the airport. Food is great with reasonable prices. Fast and polite service.
