Awful, I wrote to head office about how i was discriminated against and they did not even have the curtesy to reply, there are laws to protect the disabled community but this restaurant or its head office do not care! Shame on them

Normally find Wagamamas excellent but last Friday early evening, service was slow and food cold. Disappointed

Waited so nearly 30 min before we could place an order. When the food finally came it was cold! The gyoza didn’t look or taste anything like gyoza- the Costco frozen tastes even better! For the cost of the food I’d expect much better

Live the food but it's never hot always warm.

They explained that what you order come out not in any order but we ordered 2 salads one with beef one with chicken I had eaten what I could of the beef one as meat was unchewable salad was stunning lots of diffrent types then they asked if we was still waiting said yes for the chicken one finally arrived just rocket and bit of chicken and thin slice of apple nothing like other salad from same part of menu just picked at the chicken girl did ask if anything wrong with salad and we said it's just rocket nothing else her replie would you like me to box it up to take home lol first and last visit I am afraid awful

Delicious food with great service. Come here around once a month and Food is always tasty and arrives quickly. All servers super friendly and polite.

Loved their bao buns, really fluffy and delicious. Must also try the squid. We had coconut kare, pork belly ramen for our main. The food is really yummy. The staff is very polite

Went here in 2023 and ordered a take away of an adult Chicken Katsu Curry and a kids Ramen - food was fab and of generous portions (2 large pieces of chicken). Fast forward to Aug 2024 - ordered the adult Chicken Katsu Curry and a kids Chicken Katsu curry - the chicken was overcooked and dry. The adult curry had a few sliced up bits of chicken and I'm sure the same chicken was used for the kids curry! Not impressed.

Food not as good as we have had in other wagamama's more the presentation and items missing. Plus side very spacious, except noticed a wheelchair user came in and not so easy to sit at tables with wheelchair, too high.

Lovely food, great service. We was in a rush and the lovely waitress Claire was more than happy to help with this. She was extremely polite and helpful. Shout out to Claire! Best place for vegans!

Wagamama Harlow is a great place to grab a bite and they have come a long way since they opened up. Recently gave them feedback in an email in regards to the fact that the same dish might taste different from one occasion to another and to my surprise one of the managers, Hollie gave me a phone call only a few hours after and assured me that she will pick this up with the team and do her best to create a better experience. Servers are always nice as well. Great customer service, amazed with the speed and their desire to improve. It was never a question but will be remaining a wagamama fan for sure!

Often go to wagas. And Harlow is my local, me and my partner went for our anniversary. My main came out first, and Ellis that worked here came over checked what we had left to come out, he then came back said one dish be one minute and another dish will be 2 he came and checked on us more than once while we was sat eating. Friendly happy guy. Really polite 10000% recommend Ellis being your server today. Thanks Ellis 👏🏻

really lovely waitress called Megan served us and made sure to keep checking on us. when one of our dishes hadn’t arrived yet she made sure to keep chasing it and took it off the bill at the end for us because of the wait. the food itself was great as always - with some really good editions to the menu

Weird !! Food was gorgeous but sadly won’t be going back Ordered , 4 coke zeros got 3 and a full fat coke 4 meals , 3 arrived and one person had to sit there without food for 15 minutes. After asking 3 times said meal arrives but the other 3 had finished their meals. Just about to pay and our starters turned up ! So headline is , great food , needs a good manager. Won’t go back

Service was super lovely. We had a waitress called Megan and also Paige. Myself and husband were limited for time and they made sure we got our order super super quick. Really lovely customer service also. 🥳 Give these girlies a raise (or a slice of cheesecake on the house) 😅

Went on the 8th for my birthday and I must say, the food and service was 10/10. This a is a very friendly atmosphere and all the staff are very professional. Our main waitress for our table was Claire and I would like to thank her again for everything she did. Also spoke to the manager (sorry forgot name) who was extremely helpful and professional. We will 💯 % be coming back. PS you must try the fire cracker chicken if you like spicy 🌶️

Absolutely amazing team you have working for you tonight. Everyone was amazing and delivered 10/10 service. Food arrived promptly and was delicious with hardly any wait time between our orders tonight. Special shout out to Milly who was our waitress.

Food was great as always. Service was slow. We wanted to pay our billing cash, but after waiting 20 minutes after finishing our meal, with no interaction with staff we paid on the app and had done with it.

Food was leng but bought my plate out 15 mins before the rest of the table so I couldn’t eat with everyone else I think this should be improved on as we couldn’t celebrate together!

Came here for my daughter’s birthday, excellent service from Michael & Megan. Food was amazing and staff were very attentive, especially to my wife’s dietary restrictions. Great atmosphere.

Me, my partner and new born baby dined at this restaurant today and it was a fantastic experience. We was seated quite quickly and this was great as my partner and I have not dined anywhere in a while due to the new born and it made us anxious to go anywhere with our child for a number of reasons, yet when we arrived here it was smiles all around from staff members. Everyone who we interacted was amazing especially Hollie the manager who greeted us and made our time here a pleasurable, warm and friendly experience. I was truly impressed and would recommend dining here to families, friends and those who are looking to relax if they was like us and had a baby present, whilst enjoying a fantastic meal! This place had a really rocky when it opened (and for a good few months after that) with poor service, cold food, and general disorganisation. Was really pleased yesterday (after deciding to give it one final chance) that it seems to have turned a corner. The service was the usual friendly and informative style that we love about Wagamama and the food was served hot. I gave the feedback in the restaurant but thought it was important it was also reflected to the public.

Went in for dinner with my wife….place has a nice and cozy vibe..we had Asahi beers on the tap for drinks…for starters we ordered the bang bang cauliflower which was packed with flavour and the vegan ribs were simply delicious and sticky…for the mains we went for the popular chicken katsu curry and vegan ramen bowl..both were sumptuous and tasty…had a fun night out for sure

The usual problem. Forget how bad the service is. Come to the restaurant and then think why did I come here after sitting at a table for 10 minutes waiting to be served. They really really need to sort the service.

Been here multiple times for a meal. Service is excellent, food tastes perfectly fine, tables, floor and chairs are very clean, and everything is getting a 5☆ from me.

Spacious, lovely ambience- right in the heart of the Water Gardens, Harlow. Loads of seating, beautifully done. I had ordered veg Katsu curry, which i felt was slightly bland. But decent portion size. Staff were courteous.

Visited on mothers day and it wasn’t that busy. I ordered what I always get (steak teriyaki soba) we also ordered other mains and sides. When my food arrived I noticed that it was basically plain noodles and overdone steak. I asked the staff if it was someone else’s food made to order as It looked so plain. I was advised thats how it’s supposed to be, but they were running low on bok choi . After hearing that I put all the veg aside (hardly any!!) and there was literally one slice of onion, 1 mangetout that was cut up, 1 piece of spring onion and a sprig of coriander . The staff did offer to remake the food but because of the attitude from manager and my party had finished eating I left the store hungry. When I gave the food back I made sure I was away from my table by the bar. The staff accused me of disrespecting them next to other customers accusing me. I will never ever go to the harlow branch to eat out. I don’t like the fact that staff just didn’t own up and say look we are running low on ingredients thats the reason why there was barely anything in your food. It ruined the whole day for me and my family!! I added some greens and a egg but was just put off from the food and gave it back without eating it.

I actually Love this branch in Harlow. The food is so tasty and the staff are absolutely lovely and very attentive. Definitely my place to go for date nights. Atmosphere is calm and not so noisy.

Food served quick and hot, staff were very accommodating, especially James, he was lovely and polite. We come here all the time and never have a problem.

Went into wagas today for some cheeky noodles. The food was great but the staff were even better!! Amazing service from both Mel and and holly. Especially Mel great banter from her!! I will be back soon x

We got yasai katsu curries which were bland and not enjoyable to eat. I’ve had plenty of katsu curries from different places and this was the worst - the flavour just wasn’t there! Honestly wasabi’s katsu curries are miles better. Wasn’t worth the 1000 calories. I’d eat elsewhere if you are more accustomed to well-seasoned authentic asian cuisine.

I visited a few weeks ago with my partner and there was a manager called James I think who had spoken to us really passive aggressively and I kept seeing him speak to his staff very horribly which I find disrespectful.

My partners order came out long before mine which meant that by the time mine arrived he had already finished. I only asked how long my order would be to which Holly (manager) chased this up and said that she would take my order of the bill and further gifted me a £15.00 voucher. Thank you again Holly, will be back again :)

No details of my booking. The food was nice. Food came out in an odd sequence. Served wrong drink. Had to shout to get a waitress attention. Toilets need a makeover. Expensive.

What a Shame They can clean every area of restaurant except one toilet on the back which is being used by their delivery partners. It’s recently been closed by management by saying they can’t clean it anymore 👎👎👎

I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys Asian food, everything was perfect. Definitely I will be coming back.

We were greeted immediately and shown to a table. The staff were lovely and the service was great, don't start me on the food though I'm still thinking about it now, all I can say is that the food was absolutely amazing I will definitely be returning 😀.

the wrong food was served to my son, I ordered the Katie curry and found that the size of the vegetables have massively decreased, so not impressed.

My partner and I love the food at Wagamma's. We have been going for many years, before our 9yr old son was born actually. And now our son comes with us too and is also a big fan. It is so nice to be able to eat out and give him something that he genuinely loves and is nutritious. One thing you should be aware of is that your food will not come at the same time. Something to be aware of if you are a couple. When we were dating, we used to share our meal until both arrived. That being said, the service is usually quite fast, so not a big problem, hence has not affected my rating. Our son loves the chicken Ramen, and our favourite is the Katsu Curry, which is absolutely delicious 😋

The restaurant is woefully understaffed, overrun by online orders for delivery services and as a result the in-person dining experience is ruined. We waited 30 minutes for a table, my partners meal arrived quickly whilst mine did not arrive at all, but there were no servers around to resolve the issue. Truly terrible. Was asked to reach out to the management team by leaving feedback via the Wagamama website. Sent a detailed message and still waiting for any kind of acknowledgement 7 months later. Do not bother reporting any concerns to head office, they are not interested in the slightest. Customer service is NOT the priority of Wagamama.

Well worth a visit if your in the area and looking for somewhere to eat. Food was just how I expected with no complaints. Staff seem young and friendly, at little inexperienced but at the same time, young and enthusiastic. I'll look forward to returning.

Me and my family were welcomed with really polite and friendly people at Wagamama Harlow. Something rate nowadays, that's why I decided to post this review. By looking around, all members of staff were really good and professional, but I need to mention our table waitress Katia who went above and behind to make us feel comfortable and have a pleasant dining experience. The restaurant was super clean, organised and pleasant to be in overall.

Absolutely wonderful food, tasty, well presented and well cooked! Our waitress Paige was an absolute star. She was extremely helpful with a beautiful smile on her face. Would definitely be returning and recommending! ❤️

Absolutely awful are the only words to describe my experience in Wagamama harlow. Our food arrived roughly 40 minutes apart as they forgot my food and service was awful. Most of the staff were standing around talking rather than actually working! As well as this, there was no apology after I received my food (I made a point multiple times that I had been waiting for ages).

Really friendly staff! Service was quick, friendly and didn't feel rushed at all. The food was so delicious and it came out at a reasonable time (not too long, not too quick). I had the Pork bao buns, wok fried greens and ebi katsu. My friend had to chicken and ginger udon. Everything was cooked fresh and was served hot! The atmosphere is calm and it's a lovely place to dine for any occasion. Highly recommended

Ordered a takeaway in the store and was told it would be 20 minutes. Came back exactly 20 minutes later and was told to have a seat while waiting. Having waited for another 10 minutes, we asked another staff member where our food was and she brought it out straight away. Checked all the food straight away and 3 out of 4 of the dishes were cold. Not impressed.

So great to have a Wagga's in Harlow! We used to drive 30 mins to Chelmsford just to go to Wagamama and now have one on our doorstep! Delicious fresh food, wonderful flavours and a great menu. The service was fantastic and the atmosphere was lovely and calm. The restaurant and toilets were very clean. The food was great. Can't wait to go again!!

Always an excellent dining experience here in Wagamama. This one is in Harlow, Essex, and it's Father's Day today, so understandably very busy. However, the waiting team are coping very well, staying calm and not getting flustered at all. What I like most about this particular site is how lovely and brightly lit up it is. Unlike the Brent Cross branch in Hendon, which is always very dark and gloomy. The food, and service, are excellent as usual. I don't expect to come here regularly because I don't live locally. But if you're local and reading this honest review; you should treat yourself, and family.

Staff customer service was amazing very recorded but the young girls were great , food ……. Would not return love our local King Du , The flavour just does not compare. Had to wait 20 mins for our bill also !! Also people siting awkwardly nearly finishing there food before there dinner guest even got any food !

We went to Wagamamas at the Water Gardens in Harlow which was fairly quiet and was welcomed by an Asian server. We was told we had to sit by an open door due to there not being room for the pram. However, we have been there before and they let us put the pram between two tables which is what my boyfriend explained as we didn’t want to sit by an open door with our baby. The server argued about health and safety which we understood but as we were allowed to do it before we didn’t see why it was a problem now. We then left the restaurant after arguing with the waiter.

Service was amazing! Listened to all the auto had as this was my first time in there. The food was beautiful apart from… I ordered a meal with chicken & prawns it cost £13.50 I believe, which isn’t cheap, but only had about 3/4 prawns in it & not that much chicken either. Very disappointed as the meal was really nice! But £13.50 for a small amount of noodles wasn’t worth it.

The service was amazing, and it's was the best wagamamas I've been to. It was made even more special by a server named Lucie she made our experience even more special. As a new elected mayor of atherstone, this branch has done the wagamamas proud, and I intend to use Harlow again in the near future.

The food never disappoints! The staff were really lovely and absolutely adored the chili margarita!

Absolutely delicious. Ginger chicken udon was so tasty, staff very welcoming and love that you can pay online using qr code before leaving.

Terrible service. I know they say we bring dishes out as they are ready but waited ages for 2 mains both katsu curry. Lady brought 2 over put one down and walked off with the other. Then waited 10 mins asked where the other one was and had to wait another 5 mins for them to make it. Then when I asked a waitress for the bill she stuck the dishes she was carrying from another table on my plate and walked off to get it. Won't be going back in a hurry.

Never had a bad meal in any Wagamama restaurants. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and personable. Food is delicious.
