Lovely today, service perfect, food amazing! My favourite one here! Always check to see if everything is ok, nothing is a problem for the staff here, 5 stars (knife man)

Food is always amazing & fresh. Service cannot be faulted

Staff were very friendly and helpful, but that's where the positive experience ends. My Pad Thai was luke warm with the Tofu cold and soggy. I ordered the vegetarian option, but now i think about it i just realised there was no egg in it. It was basically noodles and onion with half a piece of spring onion. Lacked any content... it should have crushed peanuts in it and needed some veg in it. I didn't send it back because i just don't send food back. I'll just never return to this branch. Hubby had ramen, which was better than my dish but still not great. The tofu was soggy and broth was very greasy. The portions were very small and we were both very hungry an hour later. Prawn crackers were very oily and quite bland. We'll try another Wagamama in the near future, and if it is bad again we will never return.

Food was fairly quick, and decent. It is overpriced but it’s what it is. £3.80 for a can of coke? C’mon. Jack the server was quality. Very helpful, patient and attentive.

A first-time visit for us a party of 5, although some had been before. The greeter was attentive and explained how it worked and introduced our server Tom, a very pleasant young man who was diligent with our order and made sure it was right. I have a strong palate and my food was very tasty, all the dishes were fresh and hot and I tried mu daughters vegetarian option which was also tasty. We definitely need a 2nd visit so that we can push our comfort zone and enjoy something different.

Summer was absolutely fantastic with us today, we had some issues with both a gift card and the app but she was incredibly helpful and put our minds at ease, really patient and kind and complimented my girlfriend's necklace. Really bubbly and friendly and chatty and overall really lovely to chat to, felt like talking to an old friend. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit.

Horrible place , extremely salty ramen. Super expensive but quality is super trashy. Never again.

My sister and I recently visited Wagamama and had a great experience. We were warmly greeted by our waitress and given the choice of where we’d like to sit, which was a nice touch. The entire team was friendly throughout and the food was absolutely delicious - extremely fresh and high-end quality. While it’s a bit on the pricier side, it’s definitely worth it for an occasional treat. I would recommend Wagamama to anyone looking for good food and warm service!

We came as a big table and were seated straight away. Mitch the manager (I think) was great and made sure my daughter’s nut allergy was properly taken care of. Food was amazing and service great. Great family night, thanxx

Me and my partner went here to use a gift voucher and had a great time! I had never been before and found something I liked despite being a picky eater. Our server, Paige, was extremely welcoming and helpful alongside Dillan. I’d definitely recommend.

Amazing service, all the staff were really attentive and special mention to the chef- one of the dishes was a bit late because of a missing ingredient, he came out himself and served it to us and apologised. Really appreciated this because he didn't have to, clearly a passionate and dedicated chef. Food was great as always and I liked the new additions on the menu.

Chicken was overcooked and hard

My son went with a friend and after having the ramen many times before the meat was not good. Very chewy and potentially not cooked through. When he asked about it they said nothing could be done because he didn't mention it on the check back. Very disappointed. I think he was only treated like this because of his age. Won't be going again.

Good selection of Japanese and other Asian dishes on the menu. We dined many times at Wagamama's in Stoke and the food and service was very good every time. The food is cooked fresh to order and it they bring it to your table as it becomes available so sometimes you may get your main course brought to you before the starter - that's how Wagamama's works. Happy to dine there again in the future.

Just home after an impromptu visit. We've never had a bad experience here and tonight was no different. Food was excellent, as always. Tonight however was made extra special as our servers, Paige & Summer, were just amazing from the very start of our evening right through to the end. Thank you both 😊

I am a regular customer at Wagamama foods always on point waiter always make me laugh food is fresh and delicious only criticism is I advice you to create me tables because I want to eats with my family in the establishment in Saturday nights

Love a wagamama's and the one here in stoke always seems busy and for good reason the food is brilliant.

Me and my partner went here for our date night and with it being my first time there, i was super pleased! The Atmosphere was lovely and the staff was so kind! Especially Paige who took our drinks and food order. She came to check on us to see if the food was okay and asked if we needed anything else, such lovely manners too! Another staff made me smile too as she said that she thought my Jumper was cute! I didnt get chance to get her name though. The food was incredible and the Cherry Blossom Lemonade was beautiful! Thank you so much! Defintely will be coming back.

Great selection of dishes, all served quickly and v tasty.

Food was amazing and the staff was excellent. I can't remember the young man's name who seated us but he even brought us a complimentary desert. Our table was waited on by Yahuli who was very helpful in recommending dishes based on what we liked and she was spot on. We knocked over our wine and one of the other waitresses helped us clean it up, all while making a few jokes. Outstanding staff, every one of them and the food was delicious. Will 100% go back. I hope the staff get recognised for the great service they're providing. Thank you!

My 6 year old daughter chose to go here for her birthday meal. The host and our server Cieran went above and beyond to make a fuss of our daughter. From the minute she walked in with her birthday badges on he made a fuss of her and this continued throughout our meal. He really did make it special for her. What a credit to Wagamamas Cieran is!!

Very nice restaurant in a great location. Food was great, full of flavour and well presented. Would definitely visit again! It is a little noisy in there I must say, but not enough to deter you away.

The service was absolutely terrible. Was served cold food had to send it back and in the end didn’t end up re-ordering it as it was taking too long and the person I was with had finished his entire meal before I’d even got one thing. Ordered grilled gyoza and Edamame and this took them 25 minutes to bring to the table after asking where it was. No apology and was made to feel it was an inconvenience that I asked for the food to be remade after them serving it cold

Our waitress, summer, was so friendly. Being our 1st visit and not trying that type of cuisine, we asked a lot of questions which she answered, she was very knowledgeable. Enjoy everythin we had. Chicken gyozas, grilled chicken raven but the yuzu cheesecake is to die for

Food was lovely but what stood out most was the service from Summer. She made sure to check back with us and, when our little one said he wanted banana for dessert, Summer went out of her way to make up a plate of banana with caramel sauce for him and even wrote his name on the plate in icing sugar. Made our little one’s day. Thanks 👍🏻

Great food and atmosphere. Brilliant service - thankyou Summer. She helped with the menu and there was a good selection for vegetarians too. There was a delay with one of our meals and she sorted it without us asking . We were offered a free drink and money off the bill and we didn't even complain. Summer really looked after us and was so friendly too - made a refreshing change! We will be back!

Fantastic service let down by truly terrible food. The worst Raman I’ve ever had, congealed cold noodles, in a luke warm flavourless broth. Partner had the Pad Thai which wasn’t much better or warmer. Despite the £15 voucher and reduced bill, I can’t see me going back.

We were seated after about 10 minutes. Took about 15 minutes before our order was taken, to which the server came back to tell us the order hadnt gone through? After about 20 minutes, the first starter arrived cold so sent it back. Then a main arrived 15 minutes after, for that to be cold! And the first two starters forgotten about. We received an apology, overall experience was not great, we werent the only people who had to deal with missing/cold food. Wont be back to this location.

Ordered food for 2 people, was informed food is cooked fresh & could be a few mins between each persons order which we had no issue with... One order came & was waiting on 2nd order that never came by the time my friend had finished there's... I asked where my food was & long story short the chef had forgot to cook my order... They did deduct it off the bill, but still very very poor service! Will not be going again!

I don’t normally leave a review unless I’ve been impressed by something! A few of us went in at lunchtime for a bite to eat and I was a bit overwhelmed by the menu and not really knowing what the food was. Our server- Summer, was amazing! She explained what the food was and helped with our orders. Thank god she knew what was what. She was very attentive and went out of her way to help. We all enjoyed our food too which was a bonus. We will be back…thank you

Great location and as always the menu is amazing for vegans 🙌🏻 the staff are so friendly and smiley when we come in. The food is always delivered quick and it’s so tasty! Highly recommend. We had the otsunami and dogs which are a firm favourite.

Came here for the first time last week. Nice & busy atmosphere as it was Saturday lunchtime. Service was good, chicken donburi rice bowl was nice.

On a very busy black weekend night, we enjoyed a lovely meal of gyoza and don buri. Summer was our wait staff, and they went attentive and caring, remembering to check back during the meal (despite the rammed restaurant). She fetched extra amai sauce for my don buri immediately when asked. Thanks!

Shoulder to shoulder crowded, loud obnoxious music. Waiter was kind and friendly but kept getting our orders wrong. Unfortunately the food was bland and overcooked, all four of us were unsatisfied with this branch’s performance.

My saku soba with crispy duck was heavenly. The chicken yakitori was scrummy. The only (slight) disappointment was the chicken katsu curry - the sauce seemed very bitter and unpleasant.

Visited today for lunch and couldn’t fault anything. The food as always was delicious, portion sizes are very large and lots of vegan options. We were blown away by the service from all members of staff. Everyone was so lovely and friendly. From checking in and making sure we had everything to answering any questions we had. I want to give a special shout out to Summer who went above and beyond, we will be back based on her customer service alone. This Wagamama isnt our closest but we’ll make the trip just based on our experience today. Thank you summer, if I could give more starts I would.

Brilliant young man served us here and sorted seating for my 80year old mother in law, he was lovely and whole evening was great.

We’ve never been a Wagamama before and we were excited to try something new, came away very disappointed. Both had noodles, dishes came in massive bowls yet they only filled the base of the bowl, not necessarily criticising the amount of meat/tofu but considering the cheapness of noodles and beansprouts I expected the portion size to be at least 50% more. Husband also had a starter to come with the main, it came after he had finished the main-if you haven’t been before they do tell you food will come when it’s ready, not together which is something else we didn’t like (although appreciate that’s part of their experience). Anyway the starter was arguably a portion size you would expect for a starter but you paid £9 for the privilege, else where it would have been £6-7. We went into a show then went home where we both had a second tea! Definitely our first and last visit to a Wagamama.

Hi this is not Pina colada, but the waiter just told me this is pina colada. Where’s creamy as you write on the menu? How dare you come to a manager and tell me it’s Wagamama’s special pins colada? And your staffs unprofessional behaviour, that trying to force me take the drink is really disgusting. Get some real bartender and hire some high quality who at least know what is classic cocktails staff and manager plz😅👎 Btw don’t waste your money here the duck is dry like died for ages

Collected a takeaway in the time it took the 10 minutes to get home the food was stone cold, dry and was no way freshly cooked! The chicken tasted at least a day old! An absolute rip off and won't be going back!

Really good and the food is always really nice only downside is sometimes when busy there's no way of tracking whos ordered so we were sat waiting a while before ordering. Servers are lovely though!

I put 3 stars to service cause the waiter was nice. But if 6 people order starters and mains and then the food don't arrive at same time and even some mains before starters... well, i don't recommend it. Food was ok, but for the price i've been in a lot of better asian restaurants. Gyozas were meh and ramen just ok.

First time eating at Wagamama’s for a few years. Unless I was just unlucky at this branch, the quality of food/ingredients has fallen off a cliff. Used to be alright, but everything we ordered was just really poor. Another chain slashing costs/quality yet raising prices. And of course, you still get your food 20 mins after your partner’s dish is served. Never again.

Staff were so rude, having mean girl attitudes and kept insisting that we buy more food when we didn't want any. Staff don't listen when taking our order, huffing and puffing with an attitude and fake smiles, and at one point, I see them gossipping about us. They gave us the wrong order and still charged us for it. Food wasn't anything special, more so when you're paying quite a bit! You'll get better food at a takeaway. In my 3 experiences here, staff were rude, have an attitude, and food came so late. Don't recommend this place at all, not even for a coffee! Rather go to Nandos, which is a couple of steps from this place.

Wagamama in Stoke should be commended for handling a simple transaction error extremely efficiently, with no fuss or problem. Not even 24 hours after sending an online enquiry, Ellie (General Manager), emailed back to start the process of resolving the error. And by the next the error had been completely resolved. I often dine at Wagamama in Stoke and I am always impressed by how lovely and hospitable the team are. This anecdote only goes to reinforce my positive view of the establishment. Thank you once again for all your help. You are all doing an excellent job!

First time at wagamamas.. And we loved it... Great atmosphere... Staff very attentive.. Highly recommend..... The only criticism would be my sons main came out very quickly after the starters so he had nearly finished his while we were still waiting for ours!!!.... Maybe an oversight... Food was delicious. Not cheap but pretty filling... Felt like we were on holiday in Japan. 😁 Loved it

I come to Wagamama 2-3 times a year. We like to come here because of the authentic food you get here and I like the flavours. However most of the time this place isn’t clean. And the lack of timing for the food it’s horrendous. There was a time everyone had their food and I was still waiting for mine and they even finished their food as well. I had to ask for mine at this point and could have offered goodwill gesture. So I wish they could be a bit more attentive and ensure everyone has got their food and happy. The drinks on the other hand is pretty poorly. Lacking of flavour I must say and drink sizes could be better. Overall I’m rating for the food mostly.

The staff and service were excellent, and the food was high quality for a large chain. It’s not an ideal place picky kids and quite pricey, however I would visit again but probably without the picky kid.

Wow what an experience. Myself and my partner were overwhelmed with how attentive and friendly the staff were with ourselves and our 5 children. The staff went out of their way to accomodate one of our daughters specific needs. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was chilled. A special thanks to Dillon our waiter who couldn't have done enough. A huge shame we only visited on our holiday as we would definitely visit again.

Wagamama’s. One of the few recognizable high street chains that has survived and you can see why. Clean and fresh modern interior with really friendly helpful staff. A cliché but one of our party had the chicken katsu main, as usual it was perfect. The spicy chicken broth was also very tasty. My favourite dish for the autumn and winter but I couldn’t wait that long to have it again. I really hope they can hold where they are with pricing. Nando’s across the road have gotten unbelievably expensive for what is essentially chicken and chips. Come here and receive a variety of tasty options for better value. Finally, it’s hard to not to point out the efficiency of this restaurant. Tables are turned quickly and if you don’t have much time you can typically be in and out in 45 minutes, perfect for anyone even on a work lunch (if they get an hour of course).

If you go here for lunch or dinner, you will be well taken care of. You are asked if anyone has allergies. And when we answered that it was someone with a fish allergy, we were extra well looked after.

Delicious food as always but made even better by our excellent waiter Josh, whose recommendation to switch chicken for pork in one of the dishes elevated it even further. Other staff were interested and friendly too, clearly a good team. Place was clean and nice layout, as expected from wagamama.

Came on here to write a review for the waiter Dylan ,been this afternoon and honestly can’t thank you enough for making our friend’s birthday feel so special, the food service was quick and impeccable, Dylan was so kind and helpful and polite , would 100% recommend this wagamamas to anyone stoping either in stoke or who is from stoke !!! We ate here recently for the first time. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We came a bit early for dinner so it was quiet. The food was okay, I found my ramen broth didn't have a ton of flavor and the amount of meat was quite small for the price markup on the beef (the picture looks like a lot but the layer was very thin so had like 4 bites with meat). The dumpling starter was the best of the meal. I love ramen but as I said the amount of meat and vegetables was less than I'm used to. I would try to eat here again but order something different and see if it's better. It just felt a bit expensive for what it was.

Went here with friends last night - super helpful staff and really accommodating to allergies! The best allergy process I've ever come across. Been served by Josh a few times we've now and every time they're absolutely amazing.

Fantastic experience. Travelling for work so find myself alone looking for food and Wags is usually pretty good. Walked in and asked for a table, the lovely waitress showed me to a small table to the side so I could have a bit of peace on own, absolutely brilliant! Then the waitress for my table (Tiff) came over really promptly, introduced herself and took my order, she was enthusiastic, joyful and funny. Food arrived in good time and tasted fantastic, which is a given for Wags! Overall I had a brilliant experience and could not recommend this particular Wags more. The staff are a credit to the business.

Having never been to this wagamama, I was pleasantly surprised. The waiter (Dylan) could not have been more helpful or friendly. Food was served quickly for our big group of 14 people. Good choice on the menu at a reasonable price, pudding was lovely! Would be worth a visit!

I'm quite disappointed . I ordered the vegatsu .when it came it had no tofu. I questioned this and then they told me they didn't have it in .i don't understand why they didn't tell me when i ordered ?.the waitress kindly said I could try it but change the dish if I wasnt happy, however I still ate it because my partner was eating , i didnt want to wait for another dish as it was busy , there wasn't any waitresses available at the time and I didnt have a menu to chose again anyway, I didn't feel I had much faith at this point anyway and I was hungry. plus it was tofu I really wanted, and I think they would have charged me if I had something else.maybe I should have tried to ask I dont know .the description of the meal on the menu had far more on it than what came on my plate! . I just had a thin vegan chicken breast which was dry with katsu curry and rice and a few leaves, .the bang bang cauliflower side was tasty but not very substantial. This isn't like the wagamamas I know and usually love .Although the waitresses were pleasant enough , the style of service wasn't for me, I can appreciate they were busy but it just didnt feel very attentive and it was clear I wasn't happy . It came to £54 which would have been well worth it if all the above was better. Apologies But I feel like it was a waste of money this time .wish I had taken photos so you could see what i mean.

I love this restaurant. Nice vegan food, a bit spicy, with several alternatives. A little suggestion: why don't add sushi in the menu? I am pretty sure the customers would appreciate it.
