Excellent service. welcoming and friendly staff. Foods are always served fast. Tasty and well grilled. I always go baxk to this branch.

One of the best Nandos I've ever been too. Great flavours, and freshly made, staff were great, especially Kristian who ensured our food was out swiftly. Definitely will be coming again!

All Halal. However, they have become very expensive. They have also taken out the meal for two with half chicken n side with drinks for £20. Not a good decision. I used to go there every month. Now perhaps once in a year.

Popped in for some lunch after Xmas shopping, found a swat straight away, served fast and food was brought over fast. Food was very tasty and good size portion, will definitely be back soon 😁

We usually go to the Nandos by Tesco Hanley but needed a halal restaurant as we had family visiting. We are new to the area so was abit hard to find, tucked right in next to cineworld. They have great large booths. We went at 5.30pm on a Friday and it wasn't busy. Service was great although a little hard to catch someone's eye. Food was perfect and portion sizes were good. Fast waiting time for food. Hot when came. Overall very nice and we would go again.

We visited from Birmingham on a Saturday afternoon. Food was ok but nothing special.My little ones chicken was extremely dry. There was nothing open around so we were kind of forced to eat here before taking the journey home. Otherwise we will not be returning customers!

Hi, We have received : 12 Oct2024 - cold food - dirty plates twice ( dirty forks and knifes ) - no apology - the smallest chicken I had from Nandoos ever - dirty table - no nandoo salt available - dirty toilets Never again

We love the eclectically individual styling of Nandos and the atmosphere they achieve and this was no exception with some fun nods to the local industry. The food was excellent as always, but the service was the best we've had in any Nandos, we were really charmed by the attention paid to us and will certainly eat here again in future when visiting.

Excellent service by a beautiful girl name Charlie, she went out of her way to make our visit to Nando's a remarkable experience and explained the menu to us in detail so we were able to select dishes knowing what to expect… The food was delicious and fresh. It was our first time at Nando's and because of the warm and helpfulness of this young lady Charlie, our experience was remarkable. Hope she keeps up her beautiful smile and i wish her all the very best in her future endeavours and hope Nando's employ more people like her to serve customers. Thank you.

Waited a while for the food- that's fine. I saw that the food was all ready for our table and waiting to be served at the pick up station. Food was there at the pick up station for over 20 minutes before I had to go up and ask for it to be served. Once the food was served it was cold. Raised the complaint with the lady who served and she just said she could make another burger, but by then everyone else would have eaten and the rest of the food would be cold. Lady mentioned there is nothing else she can do, didn't offer a refund for the cold items. Won't be coming here or to any nandos for that matter. As I've noticed also that the portion sizes are ridiculously small for the price.

We often come to the Hanley Nando’s when we visit Hanley. The service is always nice and quick and the atmosphere is nice. Yesterday we were greeted by Andrew who was happy and smiley and even asked us if we had a preference on where we sat which I thought was a nice touch as we have never been asked that before. I had to go to the counter as I had a gift card and I was served by Abdul who was the most loveliest gentleman ever, he was happy and polite and I thought he was really really sweet. A great asset to the team and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves!

We go regular to this restaurant and it’s the best in town.

Incredible server called Charlie this gorgeous girlie couldn’t be more helpful and bubbly, our dinner date was fantastic and followed by inside out 2 at the cinema, the halloumi was perfect!!

We enjoyed it. Five of us had very decent meals- mash, chicken, chips, spices and drinks - stayed for a hour and got through £96.

I came with family meal make me completely disappointed one the waitress her name was hannah she being very very rude Customers I don't know how nando's keep this kind of ugly people for serving foods to the US very rude she is ugly

First time ever at Nando's and I really enjoyed! Food was good, got the spiciest option and wish it were slightly spicier but adding the sauces made it perfect. Staff were very nice, I asked about buying one of the sauces and they were able to get one for me! Then I noticed it had a crack in the bottle and then gave me a new one. Very happy to have the sauce! I had the butterfly chicken (extra hot) with the seasoned chips and garlic bread. Very tasty. I would love to go back

What a let down! Was looking forward to a nandos for a long time and this was a complete let down ! Sunset burger was poorly put together which two small pieces of chicken ...didn't even come put together properly. Completely fell apart while eating. Chips not as good as other nandos ! Food came cold - customer service was appalling and not helpful at all - delivery driver apparently didn’t know how to ring and intercom and waited outside the apartment for 35 mins with the food - said he couldn’t contact because he was using brothers phone

First went to Nandos years ago in Manchester,found it mediocre then and still do ...my Daughter wanted to go after we had been to the cinema I wasn't keen but went along with it ...it doesn't impress me in the least ....its just chicken overpowered by sauces ...not worth the cost at all ...overpriced KFC but not as nice

Our server Ffionne did an excellent job at serving for my friends birthday, she was very lovely and definitely deserves recognition for serving all the tables on a very busy afternoon. Some staff came out singing with a cake and it made the experience wonderful. Food was also great and was a good price

Got there at 11.30 A guy showed us to our table. Service was good. Food came In a fair amount of time. Then a young girl asked how our food was but seemed rather miserable and it was clear she didn't want to be there or was very new and didn't know what she was doing potentially.

Good place but shame the lady at the front reception simply lacked any genuine welcoming manner. An extremely dry welcome , but once we got settled, the order at the order desk, the service from there on, all were spot on. Guys you represent a decent banner. Please make sure you're always welcoming to others guests no matter if you're running out of chicken or spirits

Not great to be honest, very cold, everyone had their coats on when eating as the first door does not close. Chicken was ok but chips were cold. No one came to check if the food was ok, when leaving no one came to say bye or have a nice day....

One of the best run nando's I've been in. Chicken chips and salad were all delicious! Ordering is done via mobile qr code and the music is quite loud so wouldn't recommend to the older crowd, but a great place for a date or hang out with friends.

A cheeky Nando’s is always our go to meal when we want some sweet Peri Peri chicken. Great options to share and go alone. We are always coming here ether after the cinema or before Peri salted chips are the bomb 💣

It's a shame I've had to rate this Nando's as low as I have. Same great food I've come to expect from Nandos and presentation is great but the service today was more than sub par . Waited ages for my drink coz a oh sorry then waited ages for one of my sides. Honestly it was just really forgetfull staff id understand if it was busy /short staffed this just felt poorly run . Possibly would return mainly because of location and design of the restaurant

Not been for years and was pleasantly surprised. Opted for a sharer platter for 4 which was more than enough for 2 adults and 2 children. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were great. We will definitely be back

Its a standard nandos really? It's a bit of a shame that all the other restaurants around it have closed as it feels like it is lacking footfall inside but still decent chicken

Originally tried Etruria Mills and they said we'd have a 30 minute wait for a table (this is a Friday night so completely understandable), and we're recommended to try Potteries. Seated straight away with menus already laid out due to great communication between restaurants. Staff are really friendly and food is just as good. Restaurant is slightly quieter but still has a buzz so a great recommendation to anyone looking for a nice meal out - the extra parking is worth it if other Nandos are busy and you're looking for a quieter meal.

I got the worst food poisoning in my life, me and my husband, watery diarrhea, tummy pain, fever, and feeling sick , unable to leave the house, we are still in bed trying to recover, such a shame , will never eat at any nandos again!

We stopped off on route to Suffolk. The manager/staff were ever so welcoming and friendly. Service was prompt, atmosphere was great and the food tasted amazing. Just ask my children! :-)

Amazing customer service. Not sure if he’s the manager but Phil was really friendly and helpful - he chased our order up as he realised we’d been waiting a while and made sure everything was okay. Overall great experience would DEFINITELY come again!

Delicious and fast I can't ask for much more

Fantastic customer service. visted on a busy Friday evening around 7pm. The staff member at the door dealt with customers requesting tables very well. We had a short 10 minute wait. We ordered from our table with a phone. Starters arrived within 20 mins, then around 5-10 minutes after our mains arrived. The waiter was quick to notice we needed more plates because we had a sharing platter. We was asked if everything was okay with the food and if we needed anything else. Staff member at the door noticed we had finished, said goodbye, wished us a nice evening and again apologied for the wait. We was very happy with our food. Would definitely visit again. 👍☺️

Too expensive plus food quality is just okay and when we went there they runout coke so very disappointed
