Absolutely gorgeous food especially the jerk chicken with rice and peas 😋👌, relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend, also love the new cold drink cups on offer now too 🇯🇲

Best food in Crewe, worth the wait, we thought the order would be cancelled as just eat could not assign a driver and we ordered 40 mins before the shop closed so thank you to the owner who must have had to work extra waiting for the delivery driver. Didn't have plantains but sent double dumplings and drinks. Amazing thank you x

I can’t right a bad review because the food is so good from this place. I didn’t get the goat curry I ordered but everything else was there and everything was outstanding. The goat curry was the main thing I love from here and it’s just down to human error it was missing I think. I’ll will still definitely order from here, I love the place

Me and my partner absolutely love wadeys, and come as often as we can. The food is brilliant. We eat here often and have never been disappointed with a single meal. I love the goat curry and jerk chicken, and they’re super good value too. The owner is always friendly and helpful. I would recommend to anyone :)

So, burger and chips were STONE cold, gravy was hot though luckily. The food was actually amazing even if portuons were small and cold, hot gravy saved it. Will give swveral more tries and maybe pop in to meet the spice master who mood this food dance across my tongue

Yet again amazing! This place is the gift that just keeps giving, the food is unreal from here. The goat curry is to die for, the meat just drops straight of the bone. There JFC is on another planet! It’s the best I’ve ever had. This place is most definitely my number one! :)

Hands down the best chicken in Crewe.

I ordered from this gentleman and then got a notification that it was cancelled. I called them in which they answered "hello wadeys". I explained to them that my order was cancelled so I would like to know why so I could possibly pick something else. They put the phone down on me and ignored the rest of my calls. Completely unprofessional behaviour

Absolutely amazing. Went in with no idea what was good. Wadey gave me a great mix up which my son and I demolished. The place has got a great vibe and the guys there are really friendly. Will be back and can see This becoming a regular thing.

The worse food I have ever tasted ..mac n cheese was rock hard defiantly been sat there atkeast 3 days and been in the microwave .. the jerk sauce was bbq sauce 🤣🫣never ever again and wen u to to the shop to tell them they start having a go telling u to go the shop for a fight

Very good curry goat, do wish it had some more substance though, maybe some mixed peppers or something. The goat was cooked perfectly and the curry sauce was great, the coconut rice was decent and the fried plantain was tasty overall good food and will order again

Hands down the best takeaway in Crewe! The food is exceptional, would highly recommended.

I had the chicken dinner which consisted of Rice & Peas, Fried Chicken and a side of gravy. The rice and the gravy were amazing. The chicken was moist and tasty inside, however the coating was very salty for me, I personally don't eat a lot of salt so it's probably my personal preference. I will order again but choose something else.

Great service. Nice and friendly and let us know exactly what was available. Food was very nice. Goat had lots of flavour and rice was cooked brilliantly. Dumplings were nice but on the smaller side compared to other Caribbean restaurants but still delicious.

Really enjoyed the food. Cooked well and delicious. Understand the delivery being a bit late due to the England game.

I ate Wadeys food before at his market stall and the food at that time was tasty and good quality. I have been meaning to go to the takeaway and finally got around to going. As his Facebook post said only open Thursday to Saturday I called 45 minutes ahead to ensure I got the goat curry which I had before. I got there 10 minutes early and had to weave my way through a group of interesting characters sat on the chairs outside with their bikes and a cloud of cigarette and cigar smoke who did make me feel uncomfortable. I went in there and saw no one. The characters from outside were popping in and out shouting their food orders. When Wadey came out when he acknowledged me I said I’d orders my food and he replied that I was early, in fact this was just after the time I had ordered to collect. He then told me he was doing the food for the group outside. I was happy to wait as he was on his own and in the back I could hear the microwave and tin foil being pulled. Wadey came out with my food and I paid and left. The bag didn’t feel overly hot and I thought that may be because of the tin foil, unfortunately I was wrong. I was home within 5 minutes and opened the food and I can only describe as tepid. I ate the food and the Goat curry was very tasty, as was the rice and peas, just not hot enough. This was the same for the Jerk chicken in the mixed box which was just as tasty. The dumplings were almost cold and I couldn’t eat them. I also ordered the crispy belly pork which came separately and again very tasty but this was cool and flaccid. Apart from negotiating the Crewe Massive, the warm and welcoming response and the temperature of the food, the food was very tasty and Wadey is clearly a great cook and recommended if you like West Indian food as I do. I think I went at the wrong time and this was a one off blip.

Price what you pay for the poor quality of the food delivered is shocking, then to add another £4 on top for delivery, service charges and paying for the plastic bag it comes in after you’ve already submitted the payment is a joke. not impressed at all will not be ordering again!

The BEST CHICKEN I HAVE EVER tasted. Had jerk chicken, fried chicken, rice and peas and coleslaw! Had to go back and order more fried chicken strips for my son. Impressed!!!!!

Portion sizes need to be bigger for the price

Really polite and friendly owner, great selection of traditional Jamaican dishes (I was lucky enough to turn up on a day that they had delicious Brown Stew Chicken!), excellent value for money with generous portion sizes. The only downside is a lack of parking outside as it's a fairly narrow street with double yellow lines on both sides of the road but don't let that put you off going!

We had the goat, jerk pork, oxtail and brown stew chicken. Everything was delicious. Service was great, prices extremely reasonable. I’ll deffo go again! And to the person who has reviewed above complaining about rice and kidney beans. Do your research before ordering from a Caribbean restaurant. Rice and peas IS rice and kidney beans! I went in and got my order thrown at me while they where muttering under there breath about me. What seemed to be the owner and a woman have terrible service. Was my first and last time going to that place

Beautiful hot and spicy food, the goat curry and jerk gravy with jerk chips were amazing, service was great - everything wrapped in tin foil to keep as warm as possible, definitely a returning customer here
